  1. Just found Milanoo the other day- and i'm now obsessed with Lolita fashion they are having a sale now through monday, i'm totally ordering a dress!
  2. *blink blink* lots of this is going right over my head. but let me see if i can answer most of your questions. it's a 2001 toyota corolla. there have never been any wet spots under it or signs of an oil leak, i never see any smoke, and it runs perfectly fine- the only time i've noticed anything wrong is the first time it got low on oil it was starting to make some really awful grinding noises and i asked a friend what the noise was and he checked the oil for me. since then i check it every 3 weeks or so and usually have to put some in every 6-8. but with staying on top of it, there have been no problems with the performance of the car, other than a decrease in gas mileage, which one of my friends also recently pointed out could be due to the fact that i need air in my tires. i drive quite a bit between work, taking my daughter back and forth to babysitting, and random errands... maybe 150 miles a week or so. and i use 5W-D because that's what the cap on my engine says, it doesn't get like really, really cold here a lot but it might get down in the teens when Ohio actually realizes that it's winter. we do get below zero sometimes, it just depends. i don't know if any of that info changes any of your answers, but remember, you're talking to someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars.... i know you have to put gas in it, and changing the oil is good, and running into things is bad, and the way an engine works has something to do with tiny little explosions and pistons, and the oil keeps all the engine parts all nicely lubricated so if it doesn't have oil it will make terrible grinding sounds. that is the extent of my knowledge. oh, and i know where to put the windshield wiper fluid.
  3. I haven't noticed any oil leaking anywhere. My boyfriend said there's something you can put in it that will make the rubber parts swell and help the problem but he doesn't know what exactly it's called and I have no idea what he's talking about...? and how often should i have the filter changed?
  4. so i have an older car, and just found out it is apparently burning oil. i have been told by car-savvy friends that older cars tend to do this and it isn't a big deal as long as i stay on top of it. i seem to be putting 2-3 bottles of oil in it every 6-8 weeks or so. my question is, if i'm filling it up with clean oil this often, should i still be getting oil changes? it doesn't really make sense to me to do so, but i'm a girl and i don't know anything, so maybe i'm wrong.
  5. WOOOO OSU FOOTBALL!!! thanks daddy-johnny, now i don't feel weird since i'm the only one who did it O.o
  6. I generally agree with you in terms of medicine trying to change everything rather than teaching management- but I just realistically can't wear diapers all the time. I suppose I shouldn't say 'can't'- I don't want to. Even when the utmost discretion is used, things still happen, and there are ample chances for people to see- and most people would just assume I am incontinent and never say anything, but it's just not something I personally am confident or comfortable enough to deal with. And while when i'm in my ABDL mindset I like wearing diapers as a prop, I find them comfortable dry, and the idea of the 'naughtiness' of wetting myself appeals to me in a sexual way; in my general day to day adult mindset the idea of purposely wetting myself all the time doesn't hold any appeal to me. I like the feeling of a wet diaper when i'm sexually aroused and don't mind it when i'm half asleep, but i've tried to wet during the day when i'm just wearing as an ageplay 'prop' and I don't find it comfortable and would want to change right away... and if i'm wearing diapers just to go to the bathroom and change as soon as I pee, I might as well just go to the bathroom in the first place. Which leaves me with the option of being uncomfortable ALL the time, or getting on some medication, unfortunately.
  7. I get you guys' hesitation, but I highly doubt anyone from the outside world is going to dig deep enough into this site to read these posts. I think you'all are paranoid still, you don't have to be as open as I am, you can always share some generic facts.
  8. So this was going around facebook and I thought it would be fun to do here, because I have too much time on my hands and talk too much even over the internet . Just share 25 totally random things about yourself that are kind of unique and show a bit of who you are. I'll start! 1. I can cook really well but because I am busy/lazy I eat way too many stouffer's frozen skillet meals and takeout from bob evans/boston market. 2. I go through strange cycles of ridiculously healthy eating where I have nothing in my house but fresh fruit and veggies and lean meats and beans/lentils and whole grain everything... it usually lasts about a month before I resort back to takeout and cookies for a while. 3. I am the kind of person who waits until I have literally no clean clothes left in my apartment before doing 9 loads of laundry in one day. 4. My first job at 16 was at a pet store and my mom made me quit because I spent all my money buying the animals and bringing them home. I had 6 very well-stocked fishtanks, a pair of finches, a rabbit, a guinea pig, a corn snake, a treefrog, and about a dozen feeder mice that I had to 'save' from being fed to things. 5. I have played an embarrassing amount of dungeons and dragons and various other old-school RPG's, I own a couple sweet magic the gathering decks, and I have painted pretty much all of a warhammer Bretonnian army. In other words, i'm a raging geek. 6. Continuing with the raging geek theme, my 2 1/2 year old daughter was named after a character from Battlestar Galactica. She knows all the words to the pokemon and ghostbusters theme songs as well as parody of Rebecca Black's 'Friday' entitled 'Void Rays' that is about Starcraft. I am raising the ultimate in geek spawn. 7. I went to the premiere of the last Harry Potter movie at midnight in full Hogwarts uniform despite having to work at 5 the next morning. 8. My hair has been every color except blonde. Yes, literally almost every color, including green and purple. 9. It was also black once because, no one who knows me now believes this, but I was an all-out goth kid in high school. I was very troubled, I skipped a lot of school, did some drugs, went through a lot of eating-disorder related issues, nearly got arrested for shoplifting, and cut myself for many years. I speak very candidly about these things now because i'm proud that I have overcome them and am the stable, independent, successful person I am today. 10. Back in my troubled days I practiced Wicca, mostly just to freak out my parents. Although i'm agnostic now I still keep a few elements of my old 'altar' (a candle for fire, a jar of rainwater for water, some polished stones for earth, and incense for air) on my dresser out of respect for the miracles of life and nature. 11. By about 2nd grade I had read every age-appropriate book in existence, most classic novels and quite a few young adult chapter books and was completely bored with them so my dad started giving me Stephen King novels. I learned Santa didn't exist at the age of 7 due to a scene in Pet Sematary. 12. To add to my outcast teen years, I played the violin for 8 years in middle/high school, and was in the color guard for 3. 13. I have a very extensive list of things to do before I die, including visiting all the wonders of the world and having sex in all 50 states. Sadly i've only hit 2 so far. 14. I am the worst driver in the history of woman. I wrecked my first car after 3 days going 55 in a 25, totaled the second one after 6 weeks pulling out in front of someone, backed into a metal trash can and busted my mom's tail light, sideswiped not one, but two cars trying to park my ex's car, and have rear-ended two people and hit a pole in a carport in the 6 months i've had my current car. I don't drive unless I really have to and nobody should let me, ever. 15. I have two cats named Jackson and Scotty. Jackson is after Jax Teller from Sons of Anarchy and is a complete sweetheart. He's a lap cat and lets my daughter dress him up in doll clothes. Scotty is named after Scotty Valens from Cold Case and is a brat who runs out the door every time I open it and bites my toes while i'm sleeping. I love them both 16. I attempt to work out a few times a week with a Jillian Michael's workout video, and usually end up cussing her out. "Fuck you Jillian, I will NOT do another squat and press!" I have a very extensive vocabulary and am highly intelligent and I still generally curse like a sailor in most situations. 17. I am incapable of saving money. I'm not in debt and don't spend money I don't have, but I typically take my bank account down to less than $5 by the time payday rolls around. I like shopping. 18. My mom went to nursing school with me and we graduated together, which was one of the most awesome experiences of my life she hated me because she studied for hours every week and I never cracked open a textbook and we scored within 5% of each other on every test we took. 19. I am terrified of drowning, sharks, and the possibility of simply ceasing to exist after death. 20. I am always cold and my fireplace and heated mattress pad are my favorite things on this earth. I love to lay on the floor in a ray of sunlight like a cat and take hot baths just to be warm. 21. If I had more time and money I would spend the rest of my life in school and constantly change my career just so I could have all the ones I want. I want to be a special education teacher, an occupational therapist, a psychologist, a veterinarian, a neonatal surgeon, an ultrasound technician, a social worker, a kindergarten teacher, a marine biologist, and a criminal profiler for the FBI. 22. I am obsessed with traveling to anywhere and everywhere. When I get old and retire i'd like to buy an RV and live in it and just see everything. I feel like there is way too much world and not nearly enough time to experience it before I die. 23. I was a vegetarian for 5 years before I got pregnant with my daughter, and would like to be one again someday when i'm not so concerned about her nutrition. I think my professional chef boyfriend might kill me though. 24. I am lazy about things like doing my hair and makeup. I am girly and I love to get dolled up to go out, but on an everyday basis I wake up 15 minutes before I have to be out the door and throw on some clothes and choke down a banana and go. No extensive beautying, I hate waking up early way too much for that. 25. I have a black thumb of death and I would love to grow flowers and herbs, but everything I touch dies. Even the orchid I bought that was supposed to be super hard to kill... it lasted 3 weeks in my apartment! There you go, now you have a little crazy random insight from the world of lovelylittle! I'd love to hear yours
  9. As long as she doesn't sit in the diaper and cleans herself front to back she shouldn't have too much of a problem. She should use Vaseline or A&D ointment in her diaper area and that will help protect her skin as well.
  10. oh man. I know there are AB/DL's into breastfeeding and I don't think it's that weird... I had to taste mine when I was nursing my daughter just out of curiousity (yes i know that was a wonderful mental image for all of you ) and it doesn't exactly taste bad, plus pretty much every straight guy likes to have tits in their mouth so whatever. but do they have to talk like that? it's the same way with AB/DL personals on sites like diaperspace and fetlife. if someone messaged me and said "hi I enjoy being babied and saw that you have some similar interests, would you like to chat sometime?" i might actually answer that, as opposed to the "oh my god you're hot please straddle me and piss in my diapers while i touch myself" .... .... i mean, come on. someone needs to teach these guys a little self-restraint!
  11. I have absolutely no business knowledge whatsoever so i'm not even going to try and speculate how a business like that would work- but I can say, as an AB/DL, that it sounds like a fantastic idea. It's very difficult to find affordable AB/DL products in one place, and I will gladly throw in my two cents as a consumer as to what i'd happily spend my money on. I liked Honu's idea of offering loose-fitting S/M/L/XL type clothes so that they don't require custom sizing and can be offered cheaper- that would be easy to do with simple onesies, sleepers, rompers, and dresses; you can leave off all the fancy fabrics and lace and ruffles (I think that there are enough of us who dislike those things anyway to make that worth your while) and use simple printed cotton and jersey fabrics that aren't terribly expensive (and might I throw in, there should be different sizing for men and women, some of us little girls are actually little girls and a men's S/M/L is a lot different than womens'). I'd buy it in a heartbeat. If you look at Privatina, they have a lot of simple clothes that are adorable and without the custom sizing I think you could mimic a lot of them easily and make them quite a bit cheaper. In terms of diapers, if you can find a way to manufacture disposables that can compete with ABU and Bambino at a lower price I think you're going to have a lot of success. There are TONS of incontinence diapers out there that are high performing, have multiple tapes, and are designed to hold a lot/fit well- we don't need any more of those. What we need are more choices for babyish diapers that are cute and affordable. Neither Bambino or ABU offer a very wide range of choices for different styles and our true tastes are all so different- my dream would be to have the choice between a plastic backed diaper that mimics the classic pampers (with 2 or 3 choices of tape strips at least one of which is geared specifically toward girls) a cloth backed diaper that mimics modern baby diapers (again with at least 2 or 3 different styles and colors and keeping the girls in mind) and printed adult pullups in 2 or 3 styles/colors as well. For us littles who need an authentic baby look, ABU is the only choice right now for two-tape diapers so I would strongly suggest it. I like a previously stated idea that membership would come with a choice of a few free samples (and a few more with membership renewal), that's a good incentive to offer and allows to people to make sure they are getting quality products. It might be an even better incentive if you offer a free item of simple clothing as well (pick 5 free diaper samples and get a pink or blue onesie)! People are a lot more apt to shell out money on a whim if they get free stuff, and then they can try out the quality of your clothing as well- as long as the cost of membership allows for you to do it easily. Also, Honu's idea of adding adult baby furniture to the mix is a good one. Also there needs to be a good central place for accessories like paci's, bottles, bibs, bedding... etc. You should also definitely have frequent polls for members on items they would like to see. I do know one thing about business, if you offer something people want and they can't get it anywhere else they will get it from you! If anyone actually starts a business like this and needs help designing diapers and clothes to appeal to us little girls i'd love to be a part of that i have tons of ideas floating around my head! Anyway, just some consumer thoughts to consider.
  12. i just discovered Privatina! they are insanely expensive not to mention the international shipping but they have the cutest modern looking LG play clothes i have ever seen. http://privatina.de.pl/ anyone ever used them? i really want this:
  13. What I hate about porn: sex. Lol. Don't get me wrong, I love sex. I just don't like it in my porn. Okay, i'm weird, I know. But I just never understood the appeal of watching other people have sex with each other. I do enjoy watching people wet or mess themselves, or girls masturbating, if they are alone... but I mostly enjoy just looking at pictures of the former so I can create the plot myself in my head rather than having some stupid corny one relayed to me. I have very specific fantasies, and if I see a beautiful girl, I want to imagine myself playing them out with her, not some butch chick or frat boy looking dude. ....also, I just realized I never masturbate to fantasies/videos/pictures of men, which is kind of weird. i'm bisexual, but all of my long term relationships have been straight ones. my boyfriend says he thinks my heart and brain are straight and my girly parts are gay.
  14. I completely agree with the person above who said that it shows you who your real friends are. I have never had a lasting relationship with a woman simply because I never met the right one so I never had a need to come out to my family, but all of my friends know. They were all very accepting (it's a little different when you're a girl, I know) but I did have one very religious female friend who didn't get it and thought I was just 'greedy' or wanted more options to be promiscuous. She's no longer a friend of mine and I don't miss her. Congratulations on coming out- I think it's incredibly brave of you and i'm sure it feels better to have someone know your 'secret.'
  15. I wet the bed pretty much every night until I was 12 anyway, probably once a week or so from 12 until 14ish, maybe a couple times a month until 16ish, and from then until 18 a few times a year. Last time it happened luckily I was very pregnant with my daughter and just used her as an excuse... the baby kicked my bladder, I swear! It's been about 3 years since I did it (accidentally ) but I worry about it still when I drink or take meds that make me sleepy... it happens to lots of people when alcohol is involved, even if you don't have a history, don't worry about it.
  16. Congrats Honu! I hope everyone got some awesome stuff for Christmas from the real Santa and maybe even the AB/DL Santa
  17. BabyJune, those are super cute! pretty modern and not over the top. I would totally get your book, i'm leaning toward getting myself a decent sewing machine with my tax return this year and playing around with some stuff.

  21. so as you all know my boyfriend took my AB/DL side very well and is accepting and loving. the nature of our relationship includes a lot of us teasing each other about various things, so this is no exception... his usual joke is to call me 'baby' in a romantic affectionate way and then say "...i mean, dear" and wink at me. today, we have determined that we are going to NYC for new years' eve... (side note: IM GOING TO NYC FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!!!!!! ) and he said: "my friend that used to live there said if we're smart we will go no where near times square, we'd have to be there all day and there are no public restrooms so we'd either be peeing ourselves or wearing depends. i'm sure that would be okay with you, but i'd definitely rather not." followed by him grinning wickedly and sticking out his tongue. i thought it was a funny story to share. am i weird, or does anyone else's partner tease them like that?
  22. life is going much better for me. :) still trying to find time to work on my story.

I am happy to hear this!

  23. so he came over last night to help me with the oil in my car, and showed up with the diamond necklace he got me for our anniversary that i had given back to him, and put it back on my neck himself. he said he'd learned a lot about himself in the last couple days and that he thought he needed space and what he really needed was me. i had a feeling he'd come around. and Andy, i respect your opinion. i think i had a lot more than four options of how i could have moved forward from this situation, and perhaps a few of them would have been good life decisions that would have been easier to execute without a boyfriend... and i'm sure a few of them could have eventually led to a relationship with less complications. but i'm in love, and while it may be the naivety of a 22 year old girl, people have done sillier things for love than forgive a little uncertainty. i'm sure you, as well as my family and friends, had concerns that his need for space was moreso a need to sleep around before making a commitment- so i feel the need to mention he has some physical problems (he had an injury in high school and had both testicles removed, and wasn't able to get implants due to infection) that make casual sex pretty much impossible for him without the need for awkward explanation. anyway, i feel pretty certain that this was just a blip- a moment of doubt that we could get over some of the hurdles of life and parenting and career, and fear of what it means to commit. it's going to take a little bit of work to move forward, we're not just jumping back in as though nothing has changed, there will be a significant amount of communication and reality-checking involved. but overall... i'm in love, and happy, and taking this as a sign that he feels the same and is willing to work out whatever big issues could come up for us in the future. thanks for the support from all of you, i suppose it wasn't really necessary, although it did feel like an eternity of a week. but i'm smiling now and ready to get on with life!

    Vices

oh lord. adult vices: smoking (only socially!) drinking more than i should, sex (i am perfectly capable of being monogamous, but not capable of being celibate even when single) i did smoke a bit of weed before i became a nurse but i can lose my license forever if i'm drug tested- i indulge in molly now occasionally because it's out of your system in less than day so i don't have to worry about it, and it doesn't have any long term side effects... also i eat way too much chocolate and candy and pasta and should be way fatter than i am. and drink about 5 cans of dr. pepper a day. oh and i facebook on my phone at work. soooooo many vices. little vices: pacis and more pacis and i keep getting new ones so i can have one to match whatever color i'm wearing and my blankie and my tiger, and thumbsucking, and pants wetting and bedwetting (hence i still wear diapers even though i'm a little girl and NOT a baby! ) and doing whatever i can to get a spanking... hehe. vices here, vices there, vices vices everywhere!
  25. i checked out cosyndry, there are a few things on there that are actually pretty cute. do you have any favorite ebay stores diapered jason?
