Upsizing kids patterns ain't that straight forward as the proportions of the body change. and differnt seamlinesand areas of the pattern have to be enlarged to different percentages. You can get pattern drafting software but they are expensive and they ain't that good. Nor are they realy geared to the type of styles that most ab's want
