    I love it. It is worthwhile just for the relaxation aspects of it. Results vary, but it is always great to relax with it.

    Definitely longer duration as I'm now able to have slow mornings before work, rather than waking to an alarm clock and jumping into shower. Frequency about the same, but those extra couple hours in the morning are wonderful
