thanks for all the feedback, i'll put snappis on my short shopping list

For those of you who use snappi's to fasten your diapers, do you use a single one, as would be done for a baby, or do you use a pair - one on each side? curious to try them

i have also heard the theory that disposable diapers are so much better at wicking moisture away that the baby does not feel wet and uncomfortable so they don't WANT to change their diaper. that may be part of it also

i really enjoyed this story, and don't recall ever seeing it before. I think it might benefit from either a new first chapter explaining in detail the anticipation etc of getting to the house - this could also be done as a flashback by each of the characters.

i always like the huggies commercials in the 80's featuring babies acting like doctors, lawyers, bankers etc. think it would be fun to film one like this for adults...

Actually, I personally love that mask, and as DD said--I'd love to have one. Would make a lot of pictures easier to publish. Although, there probably are better masks out there. LOL

I was thinking the other day about why I prefer cloth over disposables, and one of the biggest reasons concerns leaks. Either I am lousy at putting them on, or my body shape does not conform to them well, as I don't find one that does not leak. I tend to stay in cloth diapers for a long period of time between changes, as being wet does not bother me. In doing so, it would seem that 80+% of the potential absorbing power of a diaper is used. When using disposables, this drops to closer to 60%. A number of stories/fantasies/accounts I have read with ABDL themes includes a small number of daily diaper changes. Also there is a distinct preference for thicker diapers. From this I am assuming most AB/DL folks are similar and wear diapers for longer periods of time, theoretically using a higher percentage of the diapers potential. Compare this to a chronological baby which seem to be changed every couple of hours, if not more frequently. How much of a diaper do real babies use as a percentage of absorption? Could this be a contributing factor to leaks? (I realize that flooding vs dribbling may also impact the amount of leaking, but I try to pee slowly to imitate this to the same result) Thoughts?

Lots of good advice above. Cloth diapers are different, but if you can handle regular laundry, you can handle cloth diapers. kirababy

No desire to be a baby 24/7. For me it is fun as an escape, but as a life it would be extremely boring for me. I would feel caged. It is fun to fantasize about, but the reality would not be all it is cracked up to be for me. .02
