I wear 24-7 due to MS, with the proper rash creams as prevention you can wear and use them almost 12 hours and then change or shower and re apply rash creams... However.. I use a 50-50 mix or Cortisone 10 and Lotrimin for prevent of diaper rash as well and apply it at the same time right before putting on the reg diaper rash creams (get the 40% zinc Oxide Big Butt Paste)

But looking at their photos of the HIGH WAIST BAND, I wanted to try these out and Wow... Very nice construction! Tape tabs: These are translucent and tough... the same as just about any other high end adult diapers we in this community have come to know and like as "standard equipment" on an adult diaper. VERY soft inner liner and again, I REALLY LIKE the high waist band front and rear. Tall or higher waist bands allow the user to fold them down and in for leak protection at night or while wearing during the day for waist area leak protection. Tall leak guards. Not the tallest out there, but they are pretty nice. The Review: I started wearing a large one at 11:55 pm December 31st, 2022. The fit is REALLY nice as shown in photos from THEIR sales pages and my own photos. VERY soft inner liner!! I really like the way it "wraps" around the rear cheeks and is NOT narrow in the rear and front. NOT a fan of BABY PRINTS on adult diapers, but the way it "fits around you" is a PLUS and why I wanted to try these. Wearing this .... the front has "pockets"?? or the diaper forms pockets ...on the right and left sides of the front of the diaper above the legs that will hold wetness during the day or at night while sleeping. 3:07 am January 1st, 2023: I had to get up and take MS meds (my charlie horse cramps) and was already wet/wetting/flooding and there was NO leaks in the front. Not even down into the crotch or not even the whole front of the adult diaper was wet... 3:22 am January 1st, 2023: Waiting for MS meds to work.... the meds did start working and allowed me to let go and finish wetting...and getting rid of my charlie horse cramps.... I went back to bed. 9:17 am January 1st, 2023 - I got out of bed and started my day for New Years. I was noticeably more wet in front, not even past the start of the front of the crotch and NO LEAKS.... (started more writing of this review) 11:51 am January 1st, 2023 - having some beer and pizza for lunch, I cannot tell when I have to urinate, but when it already doing so..if it is a FLOOD, but not small streams...or one long continuous, stream but I did notice the VERY FRONT of the diaper is now more wet starting into the front of crotch itself and going down through the crotch. 1:49 pm January 1st, 2023 - after 3 beers and some pizza... wetting is really starting to take up the crotch now.... soaking into the back of the crotch. 2:23 pm January 1st, 2023 - after another 3 beers and a huge flooding... this was now soaked front to back. Soaked weight: 4 lbs 11 ounces

thats tough with FtMtrans I bet. I get wore out working 14 to 16 hr days with MS. I used to be able to go 16 hr days without any issues, not now though

Agreed. I know a few MS people who wear 24-7.... I have a concoction for diaper rash and the curing it or bringing it back down to near 0 and always pass it on.

I remember that as well..... before all that and even after - hated getting the dirty looks after gf's / ex gf's / ex wives yapped it all out. The New large size a BIG WIN for all of the in between sized people the NEW larges fit nicely WITHOUT biting or digging into your crotch / legs. The New large size High waist all around.... enough to tuck in before bedtimes, or discreetness. The New large size tall leak guards. The New large size I really like the fit around the rear cheeks, it is NOT a narrow diaper, nor is the crotch area. The Review is below: Medium size I DO find inconsistences in their dual sample product packs. See dual diapers photos. Not sure what this means, but they DID fit slightly different. As you can see one is longer than the other. Medium weighs in at 8.6 / 8.7 oz DRY Medium weighs in at 8lbs.3 oz / to 8lbs.4 oz SOAKED front to back December 12, 2022 - 11:07 am - started wearing one and went to my MRI. 5:22 pm - After my MRI was over after 4.5 hrs .... I was reasonably wet on the front, but NO LEAKS. Not even the whole front of the diaper was soaked or used up. GOOD SECURE diapers is why I got these and tested them. 5:48 pm - the wife and had stopped at a local diner and grabbed dinner, (you cannot eat 8 hrs before an MRI ) I did know that I flooded twice, and no issues. 6:04 pm - 11:42 pm - we went on our organ donor specimen / organ transport job, while driving, in and out of Dr's Offices for specimen pickups, I did have to wet several more times - the front is now soaked but nothing went into the sides of the diaper or the crotch area. I checked the diaper when we got home and still dry crotch and back. 12:38 am - huge flooding before bedtime while waiting for MS meds to start working. STILL dry in the crotch area and now though the front is soaked. (time to point this thing down and head to bed) 2:47 am: had to get up from MS muscle cramps and take another round of muscle relaxers, I AM NOW soaked in the crotch area - just past the back of the crotch into the rear of the diaper. 6:39 am - got up to go get ready for work, ALL BUT soaked front to back.... while having morning coffee, I know it flooded once and then a smaller wetting. 7:02 am - this medium diaper was soaked front to back and WORKED GREAT for 18 hours 9 minutes The Review is below: New Large size Large size weighs in at 9.1 oz DRY Large size weighs in at 0lbs.0 oz / to 0lbs.0 oz SOAKED front to back January 2nd, 2023 - 2:20 pm - I started wearing the New large size January 2nd, 2023 - 2:41 pm - I had a moderate wetting, No issues. January 2nd, 2023 - 4:18 pm - I had a moderate wetting, No issues. January 2nd, 2023 - 6:56 pm - I had a complete flooding, No issues. January 2nd, 2023 - 7:38 pm - I had a complete flooding, No issues. January 2nd, 2023 - 8:45 pm - I had a moderate wetting, No issues. the front of the Dinosaur Large diaper is now soaked and I can tell that it starting to soak up down in the crotch area. January 2nd, 2023 - 10:17 pm - Beers n Pizza for dinner starting at 9:20 pm....I had a flooding wetting, No issues. the front of the Dinosaur Large diaper is now soaked even more and I can tell that it starting to soak up down in the crotch area even more...probably halfway now January 2nd, 2023 - 11:17 pm - I had a flooding / wetting, No issues. the front of the Dinosaur Large diaper is now soaked even more and I can tell that it is to soaking up down in the crotch area even more...more than halfway now... sneaking up through the back of the crotch of the large diaper January 3rd, 2023 - 12:42 am - I had to take MS meds to alleviate cramps.... When I got up from watching Curse Of Oak Island... I had a moderate wetting, No issues. the front of the Dinosaur Large diaper is now soaked even more and that it is to soaking up down in the crotch area even more...more than halfway now... sneaking up through the back of the crotch of the large diaper, no over the wing edges / over past the hip wings.. January 3rd, 2023 - 3:57 am - I had to take MS meds to alleviate cramps.... I had a front to back COMPLETE wetting, No issues. No leaks on bed padding or blankets. Wonderful adult diaper to use.

Almost the same absorbency.......... I a starting my own very detailed Review of these Dinosaur diapers myself Photo suggestion: Rotate your photos.. some of us with Multiple Sclerosis and Arthritis cant turn our heads easy without getting craps or pain

Yes they have. I have some of the originals and the "newer ones" and wow... the originals held up better for active people more so than just trying to put on a diaper with the new ones... new ones fall apart with tape tabs right away and or rip open after the first few minutes of wearing

Alot of people now know I wear since it has gone from ZERO to about a dozen or slightly more..... MS and constant urinary issues keep me on my toes... I have to have a diaper bag with me at all times - My sister in law saw me putting one on, my mother in law knows I wear since I had overnight diapers and bed pads / chair pads while staying overnight before a few "black friday events" with her daughters and myself going out very early the next morning - EVEN with "long term use diapers" - pick a vendor... 6 to 12 hour diapers most of the time get close to their estimated use time period.. but never much beyond that.
