That lock should be disabled or removed, plain and simple. Ive been in the garage door biz for over twenty years and I always disable the lock before installing an operator. Also on the operater itself is a close and open force adjustment that should be set to stop the door from trying to open if the door is stuck on something, you should check that.On the other hand, it's actions like these that keep me in business so give your step son a pat on the back for keeping our econemy going!

Annie, Did they change the tape zone on the classico's to the softer one they use on the teddy's? The last teddy's I got dont stick all that great, but the classicos were just fine.

Wow! I ordered two packs of the bambino teddys on saturday and got them yesterday,(wedensday). These things are awsome! I bought some of the first batch and loved everything about them except the tapes. With these new ones I am in heaven! Kudos to B.H.G. for listening what the customers said about the product and making the switch back to the original tapes.

I remember watching this right after it aired. All I could think was, That brave young women is exposing on national television what I could never expose to any one, And she is making it look like Just another normal day! I was really happy about the women explaining why we do this and that it is more common then most people think, but was most impressed with how you and Ryan came accross as normal, participating members of society. I bought some yesterday, They are light blue with spaceships on them. They have both the boys and girls. I am 6' tall and 175lb's and they fit me pretty darn good. Such a deal!
