    I was on Risperdal for almost a year. Probably won't go onto it again unless my tics (Tourette's) become worse. So far, they're manageable and not worth the cognitive dulling I experienced while on the prescription. I already have deficits, I don't need to be any worse than I already am.

    I've only ever had to be taken to the psychiatric emergency ward and never the in-patient psychiatric ward. Mostly due to the bouts of catatonia I've dealt with. I notice I haven't gone through any catatonic periods since the beginning of the year - so some things are getting better.

    Guiness is ok. It's certainly downable but yeah, it does leave you wanting to up the ante a bit. I'm a fan of a brew from Montreal, St. Amroise's Oatmeal Stout. It's something I'm beginning to drink on a regular basis. From Calgary, Big Rock's Traditional Ale is also not bad, that I enjoy drinking from a tap. Bottles not so much.

    I went/am going to trade school to get a business degree. Uh, yeah, heh. I'm really credit averse - the one time I got a loan, it added stress to something that didn't need stress and I ended up dropping out. Returning to complete it without having anymore loans or lines of credit. Disability income should be enough.
