  1. 5 for 5, need I say more?? My Mom hates Roast Beef with a passion, growing up I was told that it was the nastiest place on Earth!!!! As an adult I joined the Army and everyone was all about Arby's since we have one across the street from the Post. So I got brave and tried it. My God!! That place is totally at the tops of my all time favorite fast food restaurants. As a matter of fact I think my mom never tried that many different things and there are so many wonderful things that I love now that she would never have tried.
  2. Daily, I like that idea. I'm not sure if there is a Heaven, but if there is a way there, yours makes more sense than most.
  3. My wife and I found these at Target. The women's are purple, purple with white flowers and peach. They look great on her. Absorbency is kind of lacking though. The men's are gray and gray striped, very drab and boring so we didn't buy them The idea according to the official website is so that they will appear more like underwear and less like a diaper so people won't be as conciseness of them. If I was to see one peeking out of a pair of pants in public and wasn't in the community I wouldn't even notice it. So we recommend the women's set for anyone who likes girls pull-ups or goodnites. (all made by Kimberly Clark, coincidence I think not [joke er sort of])
  4. I worked Security at a few events in Nashville. All we checked was bags, and all we were looking for were weapons and alcohol (I assume drugs, but don't remember). I didn't notice any diapers, and even if I did, that would never be a prohibited item since I expect that would fall under "Special Needs", but I did see a few drunk women who's boobs fell out of their shirts. One of them was standing at the search station and her breast was just hanging out totally oblivious. I said, "Um, mam you might want to put that away?" She looked down smiled and said, "It happens all the time." That was it, I was kind of surprised that she didn't care.
  5. Most likely "The Site" approached them as a norm AB/DL site and offered to pay them a standard advertisement fee. Like most any small company they took the money and didn't think about it, or even look into it. I had come across them years ago and didn't realize that they were Peds until this whole fiasco. For that matter I had just thought they were childhood fantasizers. I'm not into that so I didn't delve any deeper, very much like the Wetters.org or "House of Shame" supported by this site. My bets are that ABUniverse thought the same or just didn't check. So I say cut them some slack...
  6. I grew up in Wichita Falls TX, but moved to TN when I joined the Army. So welcome, its good to see new comers and/or people speaking up for the first time. Either way have fun,
  7. There is a direct correlation between thickness and absorbency. So if you go thinner they won't hold as much. That is how they work. Leading word is that Tena will be your best bet. They make many different absorbency levels, just remember that as you get thinner the capacity drops. Hope this helps,
  8. I recommend simple child names or nicknames.
  9. As a soldier I have to workout at work. So usually I don't workout on my time, but I figured I would try it once. It was fun for the idea that if anyone looked it had to be a lot more noticeable, but performance dropped and it was uncomfortable. Don't plan to ever do that again.
  10. I found those 3 qualities in my wife. Cute, funny and she wets the bed. She also makes more money than I do, not a lot, but a few thousand. So what are your other 2 qualities you look for?
  11. I have found 2 things that help. 1) For some reason the longer I have worn and wet the easier it is for me to do it. So if I had been wearing and wetting whenever I had the urge all day, then I find it easier to let it go. 2) I have to start wetting, then start walking and it will continue flowing.
  12. My wife and I live in Clarksville TN, so if anyone wants to meet up let either of us know and we can meet for dinner or something.
  13. Ignore all the posts except for the first one by JABEZ: My only add on is to #3: and that is when powdering make sure to rub it in the area where the cuffs touch your body. Else wards than that she said everything that needs to be said.
  14. We don't really get together since as Soldiers we are like a small town, so we have to keep our lives very secret, but my wife has heard/come across a number of military people into diapers. As such I recommend around a military base/post.
  15. Well your age tells me you are probably still living at home and you parents probably don't know, so for now buying at the store is your best bet. Most teenage girls can fit into youth pull-ups (Goodnites/Drynites or Underjams) sold at most stores, but like everyone here says you will have to be careful since they are made for small wettings and not big ones. There is also a slim possibility if you weigh like 100lbs or less, that you will be able to fit into Pampers Cruisers Size 7. Adult Pull-ups will hold more, but they not nearly as cute. Adult Diapers you can find at most stores are pretty crappy too, so don't get disappointed by what you find there. Once you get your own place and/or head off to college/university you can start ordering offline. Diapers there are 1,000 times better than anything you can find at a store. So keep your head up and until then check out the review page and/or websites that sell Adult Diapers (usually called briefs).
  16. For all of you first timers or people thinking about buying diapers for the first time in the store. Let me tell you about the events that took place at Krogers (American grocery store) today. I went to buy my wife the Krogers brand Adult Pull-ups today because they are her favorite. So I walked over found the size and absorbency I was looking for and picked them up. Wandered around the store for a bit, then headed to check out. So I figured I would see if I could get a reaction, so I found the most attractive girl (she was probably 3 years younger than me) working at the checkout lines and got in line. I set the bag on the conveyor belt. She scanned them slid them over to the bag boy and he bagged them. I messed up with the card reader telling it, no, one too many times, so we joked about how they could get the best of you and that was that. She didn't treat me any different or even react in the slightest. So for you out there nervous: don't be. Just roll up, grab what you want, and checkout like you are buying anything else. I do wonder though as a checker how many people she sells adult diapers to on a daily basis.
  17. 1) I recommend a diaper with a tape zone. I don't know how many times they can be undone and readjusted, but I've never done it so many times that it wouldn't stick. Also once you show her where in the pattern the tapes belong, all she has to do is find the same spot. 2) Being a SGT in the military we teach step-by-step and that works. During 'training' she is the hand and you are the mind guiding her. Talk her through it step by step, don't let her go in blind.
  18. Ignoring I Heart Diapers Girl's hate for all things non-Bambino, the rest of these reviews are spot on. They look and smell GREAT, when its playtime these are the best we have come across. Now if you plan to wear for extended amounts of time or head out in public I wouldn't recommend them, but we didn't buy them for that and I don't think they were made for that. A diaper made by AB/DL's was built for playing and sex and used as such we don't have a single gripe. Just a warning my wife is a bit hippie ( is that a word? ) as such the 1 tape doesn't work as well as a 2 tape system, but like I said these were built for FUN. So Enjoy,
  19. My wife and I simply call them: PANTS I don't know where it came from or when, but it's what we use.
  20. I lurked for years before I ever posted and am glad I started. As for Diapers my wife and I recommend Secure Personal Care X-Plus: http://securepersonalcare.com/briefs-xplus-adult-diaper-c-1_2.html
  21. Black under shirt, Plaid PJ Pants and a Medium Secure X-Plus
  22. I'm lucky since my wife is both into diaper/knew I was before we started dating. However, in the beginning I could tell she was jealous when I wanted to wear. Now she is so far over that, that she will tell me to go get pants (our code for diapers).
  23. I think something got lost here: I'm not saying I want to wear Disney Princesses, I want Super Heroes or action oriented cartoons. In the baby section the options are clearly girl or gender neutral. Where is the Clearly Boy? The only thing I can come up with is that all of the companies have contracts with Disney so they can get the Princess line (girl) or Winnie the Pooh (neutral). Does Disney have a male oriented series? Then again I see Dora (girl) and Sponge Bob (neutral) cups and other things, but somehow their boy orientated shows don't get translated over. Now if you go to the Little Boys Section (leaving the baby) these things are all over the place. So why can't I get them on a diaper bag or sippy cup?
  24. Every time I go to the store in search of baby products, I always find really cool Girl Prints, but the Boy Prints are super lame. Girls get Disney Princess, on their cups and pull-ups. Dora, Butterfly's, flowers and all sorts of cute things. If I manage to find a boy product it is usually either Toy Story or Cars. I have interest in neither. Do you all have any advice or just want to complain about this?
  25. I believe that Pampers used to call their larger sizes, such as 6, Youth, but I'm not sure about that.
