I use them at night to keep the sheets dry... or at least that's the idea.

My doctor sent me off to psychologist almost immediately, which is fine with me. I'm not so upset by my bedwetting that I'd let him stick something in me... As I get older I find I'm pretty happy to wet the bed, it puts me in touch with my ab side every time I go to sleep.

While discretion may be very desirable to all you closet diaper wearers, it's not worth the frustration. MOST brands of disposable underwear just aren't up to the task of handling anything past a light wetting. The padding may be there, but the sizes are standardized, and most people don't have the required shape. These undergarments bunch up, the padding isn't distributed evenly and leaves awkward bulges... you're better off with a thin diaper. Just my opinion...

They did a show about gender on "Taboo" which is on national geographic. It was pretty well done, in many other cultures it's easier to be out, India even treats transgender people as a third category, it was definitely worth seeing.

FYI, I have worn a wet diaper in public before, while shopping with a mommy that I met on diaperspace. I was clearly wearing a diaper, I had put on two and then ended up wetting on the car ride over. It really wasn't that terrible, I was in a part of the state where no one knew me, and even though we were buying baby items, the cashier never even glanced at me. If anyone noticed, they were probably feeling as awkward about it as I was.
