    We have all gone thru the same trial and error it getting our stent suited to our bodies. Congrats on your success.

    Somelildude, you may want to say what design your are working with? Using the 16FR stent design when inserting if by bladder is full it can slip out. Normally I will drain my bladder and then insert my stent. Once in place it says in place very well for me.

    Its October 7th and here in PA tonight we have low of 72 with humidity at 90%. We are normally thinking about the heat this time of the year. Latest in the season I can remember using the AC.

    I'm in to Estim, Chastity and of course diaper wearing and use. Recently I combined all three by ordering a chastity cage that has conductive rubber pads in the tube. So now I will put the chastity cage on, connect the electrodes and diaper up. With Estim its best to go slow,,, hours. I will normally drink plenty of fluids while setting the Estim on low. So now you have the constant electrical stimulation going on while soaking my diaper. In time you gradually increase the electrical current and in time you have whats know know as a HFO or hand free orgasm. Good for hours of fun.

    Yep, me too. Normally will poke holes in the disposable first then add a cloth diaper and plastic pants.The disposable fills then leaks in to the cloth. Love the bulk feeling too not to mention the long lasting.

    Qwerty, welcome to the board. I have many of the same issues when laying down or coughing. I will leak when laying down but only after the pressure has built some. Its always a surprise when standing after a afternoon nap. When I get that uncontrollable rush and there is no stopping it. In fact more than once I have stood only to rush to the bathroom for a change knowing full well the soaked diaper I'm wearing is not going to hold whats flowing.

    These two comments are so dead on for me except in my case its been ten years or more since I came clean with about diaper wearing. Best gal ever for me but she can hear a diaper even the cloth covered versions every time. She calls me crinkle but. While she has accepted me wearing and has on occasions purchase diapers for me I don't thing she will ever change me.

    Agree that wearing allows me to cope better with the daily stress of life. And like some here my wife is diaper aware but here is the problem I have. When I tell her my diaper wearing is relaxing she feels that I want my diapers more than her. Anyone else get this reaction from their spouse ? Trust me I pay plenty of attention to her regardless of padded or not.

    Grumpy Welcome and thank you for the contribution to our forum. I've given the Malecote a go a while back. The catheter is interesting but I could not get it work as a stent. We look forward to seeing your design. BTY can you let us know where can get a Malcote without a prescription in the US? PM would be a good idea if you are concerned about exposing your source.

    I have used for years now a 10lb braided fishing line. Unlike nylon line the braided line is very soft and not noticeable to me at all. The braided line can be difficult to tie so I will normally use needle nose pliers to pull the knots tight.

    It will slid out under some conditions such as when you may really push hard during a BM. Otherwise for me it stays in place very well. If you got it working and its sliding out try adding more fluid to the balloon, just go easy on the fluid in the balloon

    LOL, wait until you hit the sixty's. Funny thing is I have gone weeks with wonderful erections at night and then weeks with nothing.

    Tampons are OK but I prefer to use diaper stuffing from the often dry rear section of my disposables. You can make a large scale syringe using 3/4" PVC with 1/2" PVC that slides inside to make the plunger. Goes in dry and swells up nicely. It will swell up nicely make a large plug but in the end its coming out too. Works much better then a tampon.

    Sumelildude, what design did you end up settling with? Catheterslave, diaper use while using a stent is about the same as when not using a stent except without control. The more you drink the more you leak. When using my stent I have to back off the fluids before bed. Otherwise its a wet bed for me. Less than desirable when living with a spouse.

    Wetknight, Long detailed post are a good thing. And yes we had a board crash several months back and lost some content. I see the board has listed the above as your first post but you joined April 2014? Regardless welcome. There are several designs, some work well for some and not so well for others. I think Cathdiap is the originator of the bent stent design while I have had great success working with a 5.5" length 16 FR Foley. One of my more recent post describing the construction that works great for me is here Folley Stent Jump to May 24th post.

    Welcome back Cathdiap. Its not an easy fetish to escape and for me not a fetish I want to escape from. May your stent fit well and your diaper always be wet.

    For me when I have my stent installed I can barely feel the cap behind the ball sack between my legs. I found the prefect length to be 5 1/2". Depending on the catheter you are using this could differ? Play around with length, see what works for you.

    Its trial and error until you find what works for you, more fluid maybe? For me about 1 CC maybe 1 1/2 and it stays in for days

    Not that I want this but are you having this done as a necessary medical procedure or have you found a kink doc to work with?

    Nope, the cap has a hold punched in to allow the retrieval line and fluids to pass thru.

    If you buy the right size cap and there are several the cap fits tightly over the catheter. If it should come lose the retrieval line is passing thru the hole in the cap so its not going anywhere.
