    Hospitals are supposed to assess the patient on their individual continent needs, using "nappies" continent aids is preferable than changing the bed "when necessary" as this can undermine the person's confidence and dignity, unless it is the general policy cathertisation should be a last resort because of the potential risk of introducing an infection which is very easy, of course the staff could just be lazy.

    For many people any change from the "norm" is difficult and needs time and patients, unlike the journey in many pieces of fiction. We agreed to a change in our "activities" a few years ago and started with the usual likes, dislikes, won't do, will try and review it every few months to see how things were going. I have to admit that the list doesn't change that much and there are still some areas that still haven't been included on the list - I quite like the idea of a pony girl but sadly that wont happen . Unfortunately the question of AB / DL probably wont be raised as we both were / are nurses and the idea has a different connotation for my other half. To say be honest and open is the right approach for any relationship (RELATE) taught me that but there are still some aspects that are still beyond discussion but that is about my confidence and the confidence of others. Good luck!!

    There are more stories that are better written, BUT DD has some amazing writers which is a hard act to follow. However the story is interesting and the characters, although only briefly introduced as you haven't written much yet appears to have depth and should give us good story to follow. Don't be disheartened by the lack of comments, many stories don't have comments just check the number of view which is an indication of people's interest.

    Thanks for another well written story in the Claire series. Like many readers I enjoyed the previous two which were on a par with Naomi. Although I wanted there to be more I had mixed feelings with a third part; I was worried that there was the potential to become a soap giving us more of Claire and Jessica but without the originality of its predecessors. There was no danger of that, so thank you once again.

    I didn't see that there was a problem with chapter 2, it seemed to follow a gentle pace and the right conclusion. Thanks for yet another super read.
