  1. After being diapered off and on basically my entire life and missing the days where I'd frequently wet the bed when I was a kid, I decided to just start wearing and using premium diapers 24-7 in December 2023. I also recently started following the 12 month diaper training guide that gets mentioned here quite often and now in April 2024 I'm proud to say that I'm wetting frequently with strong sudden urges but not much comes out and also dribbling involuntarily post void. I also woke up to a wet bed last night without remembering peeing for the first time in many years and I couldn't be more proud of myself. This stage seemed to come recently and out of nowhere for me after only feeling like I needed to pee sooner than before and that was it for a long time. I'd wake up needing to pee, frustrated that my body woke itself up to do so, peed myself then went back to sleep. This is finally starting to change. So don't get discouraged or frustrated if you're trying to accomplish the same thing I have. Be patient, stay hydrated and wet yourself no matter what as soon as you feel the urge to pee. You have to act like you don't have any choice. It's a mental barrier that you must break because we were trained at a very young age that it's not okay to pee yourself. Tell yourself that it is okay even if you think you might leak. I'm Looking forward to continuing down this path and I'm looking forward to the point of no return. To those that think that it isn't possible to make yourself incontinent, my nose and sheets are saying otherwise right now...
  2. This entire category does seem to be a strangely hot topic in the community. People will argue that it isn't possible to become diaper dependent and then others will argue that it is possible and I've seen it get pretty heated. Then there are people like me who stumble upon these arguments on the forums as we're just simply looking for advice on how to achieve our goals and we already fully understand what we're signing up for and are well aware of the consequences of diaper training ourselves. We've decided, as adults, that it is something that we genuinely want for ourselves and so we seek out forums about it only to get blind sided by people who are just wanting to argue with you about it with how it isn't possible or that it's self harm when so many people have given evidence that it is possible and provide entire backlogs of their journey and are happy with what they've done to themselves. But it's like that doesn't exist because well I didn't see it happen and you're not ACTUALLY incontinent even though many people started un-training and are now unable to make it to the toilet even if they wanted to. Which is the definition of incontinent? Personally I've been 24-7 for 4 months now and have definitely noticed changes in my pottying habits. I'm wetting far more frequently than I used to and dribbling without notice post voids. I even wet my bed last night without realizing it for the first time in many years. I guess I'm just imagining things though lol. For those that claim we shouldn't do this because it's self harm, this is a life altering decision and will not happen overnight so that right there should separate the ones that just have a fetish or whatever for the idea of it and those that TRULY want this. If you want to go there, then I'm allowed to criticize you for let's say, smoking. But that isn't my right to say what you can and can't do with your lungs now is it? There are ways to safely achieve this. Just using diapers at the first sign of the urge to go 24-7 for months on end does seem to weaken the ability to hold it to the point where you eventually won't be able to get to the toilet. Nothing else will happen, you're just now incontinent. There are far worse things you can do to yourself. They may technically be right that it is self harm in a way I suppose but it's your body so I don't see why anyone else should really care if this is something that you actually want to do. As with everything in life there are pros and cons. The people who argue with you and criticize you for this are better off ignored. If you understand the consequences and are willing to be patient with yourself to achieve incontinence, then just keep using your diapers and keep yourself hydrated.
  3. I like to pee in my diaper as needed and poop in it if I'm not at work and the urge hits. I'll masturbate and then clean up when finished. Love all the sounds and smells.
  4. I normally wear adult pull-ups to work but today I decided to wear a regular tape on diaper instead. I thought the bulge would be noticeable but it was probably just me being paranoid. Anytime I had to pee I'd just let go and keep working. They held it all no problem where as with pull-ups it likely would've been more of a challenge to hold everything. I did get the sudden urge to poop 30 minutes before my shift ended but thankfully I was able to hold it until I got home then I crapped myself. Felt SOO good to finally let myself go. I love all the extra padding that regular diapers have but I find that pull-ups are definitely easier to use on a daily basis if you still want the option to go potty in the toilet. Anyone else switch from pull-ups to regular diapers full time as their daily underwear? How did it go for you? Which do you prefer and for what reasons?
