I am interested in these diapers since I have Multiple Sclerosis and do product reviews for others with Multiple Sclerosis and other issues. I am also ABDL aware and post reviews on those pages. Would you consider me doing some reviews as a compensated items? I am looking for Medium and Large sizes, only 3 or 4 of each. Lastly are these going to be available in other colors besides pink? Some of us that use adult diapers would want white and or other prints besides babyish stuff. Maybe wooded scenes or landscapes.

I put one on at 11:15 am this morning, 10-29-2022.

I like the way it's a bit larger than most "medium adult diapers I wear and have worn. So this medium should work for most " In Between Sized People" as myself. There was plenty of extra material on the wings for larger persons, waist dimension wise, and crotch to waist height. As you can see from photos the medium size LOOKS and seems LARGER... but without being too loose. A very nice fit.

Nice snug feeling.... Tall waist bands front and rear, so that you can tuck them in for discreetness and prevent getting your shirts wet from overflow. 

First Wetting / flooding: 11.51 am:

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, I held nothing back, minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" some. - not past the front of the diaper at all

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, just flowing into and some more slight swelling in the crotch area.  NO LEAKS - now flows completely past the whole front of the diaper and into the crotch ...more past to the rear... about 5 to 6 inches... up into the rear of the diaper... NO LEAKS - I am very surprised that no leg leaks or rear diaper area leaks or waist band leaks.

9th Wetting / flooding full bladder amount : 1.36 am: 10-30-2022 - I had 4 beers at home - sitting down watching tv...

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, just flowing into and some more slight swelling in the crotch area.  NO LEAKS - now flows completely past the whole front of the diaper and into the crotch ...all now past into the rear..up into the rear of the diaper... up to the rear waistband... NO LEAKS - I am very surprised that no leg leaks or rear diaper area leaks or waist band leaks. Although I am not "active" walking around etc .. just watching a movie.

This lasted about 14 hours, 11 minutes.

I put one on at 5:10 pm, 10-30-2022.

First impressions:

(regardless if I use this brand strictly for my MRI's visits 3 or 4 times a year and they WORK WONDERFULLY)

I like the way it's a bit larger than most "medium adult diapers I wear and have worn. My attraction from years ago as well

So this medium should work for most " In Between Sized People" as myself. Same as the Sunkiss brand.

There was plenty of extra material on the wings for larger persons, waist dimension wise, and crotch to waist height. Same as the Sunkiss brand.

As you can see from photos the medium size LOOKS and FEELS /  seems LARGER... but without being too loose. A very nice comfortable fit. A bit better than the Sunkiss brand. Maybe more material around the rear of the diaper?...Enclosed feeling... is the only way I can describe it

Nicer, MORE snug. feeling.... Slightly taller waist bands front and rear, than the Sunkiss brand so that you can tuck them in for discreetness and prevent getting your shirts wet or bedding or bed pads from overflow. (or embarrassing wet spots on the MRI table!!! )

The pleats on the inside seem DEEPER... a bit coarse to the touch of the fingers.. but.. deeper pleats should mean FASTER absorbency... Right?

First Wetting / flooding: 6.21 pm: (visiting some friends at their Halloween party having a few beers 2)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) took it all completely, just holding as long as I could and then letting go, I held nothing back, minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" some. - not past the top waist band edges or the front of the diaper at all. (went into the restroom and checked.)..NO LEAKS.

Second Wetting / flooding: 7.05 pm: (still at friends' house at their Halloween party having a few beers 2)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) took it all completely, just holding as long as I could and then letting go, I held nothing back, minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" some more. - not past the top waist band edges or the front of the diaper at all.... in fact filling out towards the edges on my waist more. (went into the restroom and checked.)..NO LEAKS.

Third Wetting / medium amount: 7.44 pm: (just got home from the Halloween party that I had a few beers at 4 total)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) MS issues taking over it was "slow going", just letting it go doing it's thing, not that I can stop going.. but minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" even more. - not past the top waist band edges or the sides / hips areas .... in fact filling out towards the crotch now... Am sitting here at my desk writing this and the absorbency without standing LEGS SPREAD is nice, NO WORRIES with this at all. 

4th Wetting / medium amount: 9.18 pm: (sitting at home watching tv)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) MS issues taking over it was "slow going", just letting it go doing it's thing, not that I can stop going.. same results as third wetting.... the reason I like Northshore's MegaMax diapers... you don't need to "babysit them"

5th Wetting / small / medium amount: 9.37 pm: (sitting at home watching tv) nothing much more than the last two entries, now absorbing into the crotch area more... still NO leaks 

6th Wetting / small / medium amount: 10.13 pm: (sitting at home watching tv) nothing much more than the last few entries, now absorbing into the crotch area more... still NO leaks 

7th Wetting / small / medium amount: 10.46 pm: (sitting at home watching tv - having a few drinks with the wife, 3 beers to her 2 strawberry daiquiris - our 19 year wedding anniversary  2 days ago) nothing much more than the last two entries, now absorbing into the crotch area more, just barely sneeking mast the crotch into the the rear of the diaper... still NO leaks 

8th Wetting or more / small / medium amounts: 12.04 am: 10-31-2022 (went to bed just the front and partial crotch wet) Woke up at 5:55 am to get ready for work and started coffee... I am soaked front to the rear of the diaper... still NO leaks. I sleep on a bed pad and it was TOTALLY DRY

I love this diaper. Mega Max never fails

Sadly you can't get the same quality/absorbency from US brands which are marketed to the healthcare "change every 3 hours" crowd. And as always there's the price. When I was selling cloth diapers I tried to source them from the US and found they would have been impossible to compete with those selling Chinese-made diapers.

I agree with you here: there are many things that don't make sense, although I guess the reason why people have to make cheap stuff like this is because of the fact that the state Medicaid division or insurance companies don't want to pay for the quality stuff. This doesn't necessarily mean that you can't get the good stuff, it just means that it takes a lot more time to be able to prove that you need what you're asking for. Even mega Max diapers,are made out of the country, but they are monitored by northshore to make sure that they are made to their standards . The problem is, that people think that it's necessary to change every two hours , and most of the time, that may not be necessary . Part of the reason why I disagree with the change every three hours but is, that mega Max diapers can last up to 8 hours , and if you're making good diapers, there is no reason to change as often . However, there is no reason in my opinion to have low end product that can't even handle the load that you're giving it if you are in some sort of care facility nursing home or hospital .

I think the reason why most of these things are made out of the country is because it is cheaper for labor to make them out of the United States and then they can afford to pay someone less. I also support making things in the United states as much as possible, because even cars today for example, are not made in the United states all the way. It's too bad that products are being made very cheaply, rather than being made in the United states where quality is monitored to a better standard. I believe I can state that when I did research at one point, because I was curious, about 75% of anything that comes from China, would automatically be placed under recall, and guess where it all came from? China!

I'm not saying that all things that came from non-us countries are bad: it just seems like they can get away with making stuff a lot cheaper, and because of being cheaper, I don't think there is too much quality control, or if there were, people wouldn't have as many issues. I understand that we may need to make things outside of the United states, but I would love to be able to see more products made in the United states whenever possible, because there are certain people who believe that a US made product is a lot better off than something that is made overseas, and obviously things are made better to last.

I don't believe many products are built to last anymore: for example a Ford F-150 pickup truck in 1969 or 1979, probably would last longer than one that was built in 2010 or 2012. The reason for me thinking like this is that most of these trucks are made in the United states, or were made in the United states, they were made out of metal, there were made with quality, and Ford used to go on the old adage: quality is job one!

Now, if you look at a truck nowadays, the truck is mostly aluminum, covered with plastic overlay: this means that it is a lot easier for things to be dented, or things to rusted out, and parts don't last as long. My dad had his F-150 1979 pickup until it reached an astounding 312,000 miles: this truck was bought brand new in 1979, and not only was it still operating, even though it showed its age and was rusted out and rebuilt from the ground up, it was still a good truck. My dad bought a 1987 model, and the thing rushed it out within three years. My grandparents always used to say they don't make them like they used to, and this is evident because we are in a situation where everything is in a throwaway culture: if it wasn't for the recyclables, we'd be throwing a lot of stuff in the landfill that probably would have been able to be recycled, and I'm glad that we have those at least items that are recyclable and can be reused. I sometimes wish that things would last longer, but another example is for example my grandparents had an old Hotpoint refrigerator: the thing was avocado green, made in the 70s, and lasted them all the way until 1990!They don't even make refrigerators or stoves or anything like that that lasts that long any more, because they figure that they want people to replace their appliances, so they make it hard for you to be able to get replacement parts, and they also make it too expensive to replace a part , using the adage that if it costs more to replace the part than it is to replace the entire unit, the best way is to replace the entire unit .

as I said: I have no problem with items that are made out of the country, but I wish that people would realize that if you make something last longer, then it would save money in the long run. Cars nowadays probably only last maybe seven years at the outset, and then either they rushed out, or they start breaking down. I remember old toyotas: some of them we're still rolling at 303,000 miles on the odometer! This is a credit to being able to make a product that lasts, however times do change and I do understand the technology changes, but I'd rather have a car that is not made out of all plastic in case I am hit and in an accident.

but I guess, things have to change, I just wish that they were built better so that they would last! The reason why they are built not to last is because people want you to spend money to replace things that should be able to be repairable: 20 years ago, you could always try to find a way to possibly fix something, but now stuff is so cheap that it is more advantageous to replace the entire unit than it is to repair it, and it is more expensive to have it repaired than it is to replace it!

I can't help but think that The Sunkiss and the Megamax are pretty much the same diaper. Would not even surprise me to find out they're manufactured on the same line but with different backsheet material.

I ordered more MegaMax White mediums yesterday. I still would like to see a darker gray diaper the same shade as fruit of the loom underwear... maybe that will hide the wetness in front more so my wife will leave it be. 

Or even a print that LOOKS LIKE underwear... Like the adult diapers I found in Germany years ago that are denim jeans prints.

We would use other prints but we ARE NOT into the adult baby stuff and she can't stand the prints and I am not a fan of them much either, but when reviews get asked for.. Well I do them.

I guess I should have ordered the tiedye's... Anyway... Even though the Sunkiss performed WELL, great price.... I still think AT NIGHT Northshore was the one that stood the test of time.

SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) the Review:

I put one on at 11:15 am this morning, 10-29-2022.

I like the way it's a bit larger than most "medium adult diapers I wear and have worn. So this medium should work for most " In Between Sized People" as myself. There was plenty of extra material on the wings for larger persons, waist dimension wise, and crotch to waist height. As you can see from photos the medium size LOOKS and seems LARGER... but without being too loose. A very nice fit.

Nice snug feeling.... Tall waist bands front and rear, so that you can tuck them in for discreetness and prevent getting your shirts wet from overflow. 

First Wetting / flooding: 11.51 am:

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, I held nothing back, minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" some. - not past the front of the diaper at all

Second Wetting / light : 1.22 pm:

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" some more.  NO LEAKS - not past the front of the diaper at all

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, just flowing into and some more slight swelling in the crotch area.  NO LEAKS - now completely the whole front of the diaper and into the crotch ...more past to the rear... about 4 inches... 

8th Wetting / flooding full bladder amount : 12.08 am: 10-30-2022 - after leaving work..I had 3 beers at home sitting down watching tv...

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, just flowing into and some more slight swelling in the crotch area.  NO LEAKS - now flows completely past the whole front of the diaper and into the crotch ...more past to the rear... about 5 to 6 inches... up into the rear of the diaper... NO LEAKS - I am very surprised that no leg leaks or rear diaper area leaks or waist band leaks.

9th Wetting / flooding full bladder amount : 1.36 am: 10-30-2022 - I had 4 beers at home - sitting down watching tv...

The SUNKISS Masterpiece Adult Diapers w/Ultimate Absorbency, (Medium) took it all completely, letting go, just flowing into and some more slight swelling in the crotch area.  NO LEAKS - now flows completely past the whole front of the diaper and into the crotch ...all now past into the rear..up into the rear of the diaper... up to the rear waistband... NO LEAKS - I am very surprised that no leg leaks or rear diaper area leaks or waist band leaks. Although I am not "active" walking around etc .. just watching a movie.

This lasted about 14 hours, 11 minutes.

I put one on at 5:10 pm, 10-30-2022.

First impressions:

(regardless if I use this brand strictly for my MRI's visits 3 or 4 times a year and they WORK WONDERFULLY)

I like the way it's a bit larger than most "medium adult diapers I wear and have worn. My attraction from years ago as well

So this medium should work for most " In Between Sized People" as myself. Same as the Sunkiss brand.

There was plenty of extra material on the wings for larger persons, waist dimension wise, and crotch to waist height. Same as the Sunkiss brand.

As you can see from photos the medium size LOOKS and FEELS /  seems LARGER... but without being too loose. A very nice comfortable fit. A bit better than the Sunkiss brand. Maybe more material around the rear of the diaper?...Enclosed feeling... is the only way I can describe it

Nicer, MORE snug. feeling.... Slightly taller waist bands front and rear, than the Sunkiss brand so that you can tuck them in for discreetness and prevent getting your shirts wet or bedding or bed pads from overflow. (or embarrassing wet spots on the MRI table!!! )

The pleats on the inside seem DEEPER... a bit coarse to the touch of the fingers.. but.. deeper pleats should mean FASTER absorbency... Right?

First Wetting / flooding: 6.21 pm: (visiting some friends at their Halloween party having a few beers 2)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) took it all completely, just holding as long as I could and then letting go, I held nothing back, minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" some. - not past the top waist band edges or the front of the diaper at all. (went into the restroom and checked.)..NO LEAKS.

Second Wetting / flooding: 7.05 pm: (still at friends' house at their Halloween party having a few beers 2)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) took it all completely, just holding as long as I could and then letting go, I held nothing back, minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" some more. - not past the top waist band edges or the front of the diaper at all.... in fact filling out towards the edges on my waist more. (went into the restroom and checked.)..NO LEAKS.

Third Wetting / medium amount: 7.44 pm: (just got home from the Halloween party that I had a few beers at 4 total)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) MS issues taking over it was "slow going", just letting it go doing it's thing, not that I can stop going.. but minutes later you can tell it is starting to "swell up" even more. - not past the top waist band edges or the sides / hips areas .... in fact filling out towards the crotch now... Am sitting here at my desk writing this and the absorbency without standing LEGS SPREAD is nice, NO WORRIES with this at all. 

4th Wetting / medium amount: 9.18 pm: (sitting at home watching tv)

Northshore's pink Mega Max adult diapers, (Medium) MS issues taking over it was "slow going", just letting it go doing it's thing, not that I can stop going.. same results as third wetting.... the reason I like Northshore's MegaMax diapers... you don't need to "babysit them"

5th Wetting / small / medium amount: 9.37 pm: (sitting at home watching tv) nothing much more than the last two entries, now absorbing into the crotch area more... still NO leaks 

6th Wetting / small / medium amount: 10.13 pm: (sitting at home watching tv) nothing much more than the last few entries, now absorbing into the crotch area more... still NO leaks 

7th Wetting / small / medium amount: 10.46 pm: (sitting at home watching tv - having a few drinks with the wife, 3 beers to her 2 strawberry daiquiris - our 19 year wedding anniversary  2 days ago) nothing much more than the last two entries, now absorbing into the crotch area more, just barely sneeking mast the crotch into the the rear of the diaper... still NO leaks 

8th Wetting or more / small / medium amounts: 12.04 am: 10-31-2022 (went to bed just the front and partial crotch wet) Woke up at 5:55 am to get ready for work and started coffee... I am soaked front to the rear of the diaper... still NO leaks. I sleep on a bed pad and it was TOTALLY DRY

I love this diaper. Mega Max never fails

Now that they have WHITE adult diapers... and I order a bag of Mediums of each WHITE and PINK (one more again) just for photo updates on this review. I will also be testing them and size comparisons to their Mega Max counterparts -  New Photos coming later this weekend
