The Future of Amazonian Fertility (Diaper Dimension) The End

Caroline looked over the email she had just opened and smiled. In the very first sentence of the correspondence, an Amazonian doctor from the mainland, had acknowledged her status as a doctor. It was simply unheard of for an Amazon to recognize the accomplishments of any little, save for when a little filled their diaper. Thus, this seemingly casual opening sentence had caught Caroline slightly off guard, but still, she had to admit that it was nice to see an Amazon paying her the due respect that she deserved. It was not just a simple title to Caroline, but the very embodiment of her years of seemingly endless hard work.

While she studied diligently, her peers had partied and enjoyed life to the fullest during college. Unlike the other students, she pushed herself to stay in her dorm room and study during weekends. Her roommates would be stumbling back into the shared living space, ready to go to bed when Caroline would be getting up, ready to tackle the day and broaden her horizons.

This dedication to her medical studies paid off handsomely as she had graduated at the top of her class; Magna Cum Laude, at the remarkable age of just 24 years old. While most of her colleagues had settled for simple jobs in nursing or practicing medicine to help the aging little population, Caroline forged her own path, one of the few, if any, Littles that had ever set foot on this path. She was not only a Geneticist, but she stood alone as the only Little expert on both Little Fertility and Amazonian Fertility.

This was a fact that few knew save for her nation's government, her University and her family. She kept this knowledge closely guarded and never disclosed the fact that she was a Little to anyone she did business with. The many books she wrote in an effort to help Amazons were only sold to the numerous Amazon nations and always through various middlemen. Even though she was doing her best to solve the infertility problems that plagued the Amazons, she knew that she had to keep her size a secret. Not only would she be scorned by Amazonian society if they found out her race, but any baby crazy Amazon could seek her out and confine her to a crib for the rest of her life. This made it a unique challenge for her to do business most of the time since a lot of people wanted to do a face to face conference call through the web when doing her book deals. It was especially difficult to do business with the various Amazon couples who had sought out her help with conceiving in the early days. However, as the years went by, she had proven herself able to help needy Amazons bare babies and the vast digital forums of the internet returned their gratitude by respecting her wishes for anonymity.

Not a day went by when someone in her research lab, or even her family, would ask her a simple question; why? Why help the people who actively enslave our kind?

Caroline always replied that it was fairly obvious why she was doing this.  "If the Amazons can naturally bare their own babies, they will have no need to baby us."

Such logic was definitely sound. Still, most of her colleagues would walk away dumbfounded and mystified.

Caroline was something of an enigma in Little Society and she knew it. Unlike the other bright minds of her people, those who provided their brilliance to the cause of trying to liberate littles laying in captivity across the mainland, through less than legal means,  she worked hard to stamp out the very need for said captivity of her people. While women and men wasted their time across the mainland metropolises seeking legal and political reform, seeking emancipation for their diapered brethren, Caroline was actively helping her would be captors by using Little taxpayer money, as well as her extensive knowledge, to give them what they wanted most: A baby.

The smile Caroline wore slowly faded from her face as she read through the email from Dr. Devereux. By the end of the correspondence she was frowning. What would've normally been the pinnacle of her career; an invitation to work with the brightest minds in the world to tackle an issue that everyone wanted resolved, filled her with a sense of anxiety. Her carefully cultivated secrecy had come back to bite her in the ass. Obviously, the Amazons thought of her as one of their own and wanted one of the best Amazonian Fertility experts to be on their team, but there was no way she could go to the mainland…. Could she?

She looked over the email once again and noticed that Dr. Devereux mentioned that there would be an escort provided by the Pannonian Government once she landed in their capital. Caroline stared at her computer, deep in thought. If she made it through the flight, which was fairly easy for most Littles, she would be safe from the massive maternal monsters who would want to wean her off coffee permanently, forcing her to feed off of their fresh supply of creamer, straight from the tap.

"Ugh" Just the thought of such a possibility made Caroline physically wince.

Still, the rewards would far outweigh the risk. To live in a world where no Amazon needed to incarcerate her people into infancy. To be truly free of fear and travel the world uninhibited. With the help of the Pannonian Government, she could achieve these dreams! She could wipe out Amazonian infertility and never have to worry about bouncing around in a baby walker or baby swing while sporting a packed pamper ever again!

Surely, she couldn't be considering their offer?

A nagging little voice in her head told her that she was being foolish. So what if she made it past the flight and reached her Government appointed escort? What was stopping that person from just picking her up and taking her home to their wife or husband the moment they saw that she wasn't an Amazon. It wasn't like it was uncommon for Littles to disappear abroad.

'I should just set this aside until the morning.'

Caroline closed the email and popped open her favorite website, TheTube. It was time to unwind after a long day and watch some stupid viral videos before bed.

'Chicken plays piano. Huh, that could be interesting.'

Caroline clicked on the video and, before she could watch the video, an annoying advertisement dominated the screen. Before she could click skip, a startling vision caused her to freeze in place. On the screen was one of her former classmates prancing around in pampers!

Just the sight of the bouncing baby blond caused her to shudder, but Caroline couldn't look away as the young woman on the video struggled to walk in her thick diaper. Caroline couldn’t remember her name, but her face, and those huge tits, definitely looked like the girl who was in that crazy sorority on campus.

"That's Sasha Valenovo!"

The name hit Caroline like a ton of bricks. She had gone to high school with her before they both went on to university. They were never close, but it was hard for Caroline not to remember her bountiful bosom. No, she wasn't a lesbian. It just was uncommon for Littles to be that gifted up top.

'She must've had an Amazonian ancestor somewhere in her bloodline.'

Despite her rich father connections and her own good looks, Sasha had been kicked out of the University and, according to the rumors Caroline had heard on campus, she had decided to travel abroad. As the one minute  ad continued, Sasha was given a diaper change while the Amazon prattled on about absorbency or something along those lines. Caroline didn't care, she was transfixed on Sasha. The poor girl looked like she had been drugged or brainwashed! The commercial ended with Sasha being given a big baby bottle to suck on while she knelt on the floor.

Her traveling options seemed to be severely limited to an Amazon's hip nowadays...

"That's it" Caroline shouted to herself. "I can't just sit here and blow off what could be my only chance to stop this nonsense from continuing!"

Caroline quickly reopened her email account and rapidly replied to Dr. Devereux's invitation. As Caroline hit the send button, she knew that no matter her odds in public, once inside the safety of an Amazon laboratory and research center, she would be off limits. After all, she had written numerous books on Amazonian fertility and was a respected doctor amongst the Amazons across the Internet. Who cared if she was a little? She had the ability to cure their biggest flaw; infertility!

This is a commission I wrote about a short Geneticist who decides to travel to the mainland that is filled with giants known as Amazons to help aid them in their quest to cure their fertility problems, but not everything is as it seems... Do you prefer very tall women diapering normal sized ladies in your diaper stories? If you do then I know you will love this story!

What could possibly go wrong.

Really what could just happen.

Some Littles also want to be adopted, I sometimes have the feeling.

Especially those who think they are very smart.

Sometimes the smartest of people think they can save the world, but fail to realize that sticking their neck out for others isn't worth it.

  • Cya changed the title to The Future of Amazonian Fertility (Diaper Dimension) Updated 1/2/2022

"You all have been chosen by the National Administration of Genetic Engineering and Fertility or NAGY for short. The nickname has gained popularity across the nation and has stuck since our government has been heavily invested in this department, making it the largest assembly of minds in the nation outside of the actual legislative branch."

The woman who towered over the rest of the people in the room explained to the gathered group of Littles.

"We’re Pannonia's chief research agency that is responsible for coming up with a breakthrough which will ultimately benefit all Amazonian kind! Our goal is to end the fertility crisis that has made society turn you Littles into our substitute children. With your help, we strive to create a world where no Amazon will ever have to pretend that you are their child!”

That last sentence was met with an uproarious amount of applause which Caroline couldn't help but join. Despite the inherent distrust of Amazons, every Little in the room was happy to be here. To be a part of a potential solution that would help Amazons reach a 100% fertility rate was worth the risk. Especially if it made the culture that enslaved their people as pretend babies nothing more than a bad footnote in the history books.

Despite the noble work that the Pannonian Government was doing to help her people, Caroline couldn’t help but think that her work was still vastly more important. Curing the mystery ailment which rendered seventy percent of the Amazon population sterile was far more important than simply raising the fertility of a few women. After all, if only thirty percent of women could possibly conceive and only ten percent of all Amazon women were ever successful this still left seventy percent of all giant women without a baby. If all Amazons could be cured and we're able to bare real children then it would definitely reduce the number of them who sought to "adopt" her people. This was why her life's work was still of utmost importance! Regardless of what information they had, her research was going to be her primary focus throughout her stay in Pannonia.

However, Caroline had a secret motive for traveling to Pannonia. She had long dreamed of a world where the distinction between Little and Amazon was non-existent. Where the only difference between her future children and the Amazon's children were measured in inches, not feet. If she could level the playing field by unlocking a Littles' ability to birth children capable of growing as tall as an Amazon then there would no longer be Littles to subjugate and baby. There would be no need for tests on perceived maturity levels. Yes, what had driven her to be here today was to help aid her own people while trying to help her Amazonian counterparts in their fertility issues. If she was granted full access to their databases, she could gain all of their knowledge and data in regards to Amazonian DNA. Then she could study their molecular make up and unlock the genetic structure of the Amazon. At that point she could put her theories into practice and be the first person to literally do what no one else has ever done: erase the genetic differences between Little and Amazon kind!

In her mind, there would be no need for Littles to be forced to pretend to be babies since both races would have their problems solved: the Littles would no longer be little and Amazons would be able to have children naturally. Still, at the end of the day, Caroline knew that once she cracked the Amazonian Genome she would have to overcome the fertility issues that the giants faced since her people would soon be plagued with those same problems too. So, it only made sense for her to make the journey to Pannonia.

"Young lady?"

Caroline blinked and found herself startled by the woman who stood before her. She didn't look that tall across the room when she was giving her speech, but now that the Amazon was standing directly in front of her, Caroline was forced to crane her neck upwards. She had heard rumors that it was possible for Amazons to be over eleven feet tall, but this woman was huge!

"Yes?" Caroline answered, trying to maintain her confidence.

Caroline had noted, upon landing at Pannonia's airport, that the Pannonian women, who were a part of the program, were rather tall from a distance. They all dressed confidently in a pantsuit that looked vaguely militaristic, but up close these giant women looked downright intimidating despite their big, bright smiles.

"I know you're bored having to listen to my explanation of the project, but I need you to fill out these documents like the others are doing."

"I think you have me confused with someone else." The much smaller woman stated before adding. "I'm Dr. Caroline Miller, a geneticist and fertility researcher."

"Oh yes, that's right. Dr. Devereux did mention something about a girl named Caroline coming to work with her. So you're the famous Geneticist and expert on Amazon Fertility?  You look much younger than I was expecting." The much taller woman stated. Her earlier cheerful manner was almost betrayed by a lingering hint of doubt that was in her voice when addressing Dr. Miller.

"I may be young, but I was solving advanced mathematical equations while I was still in diapers." Caroline boasted.

"I can only hope that wasn't last week?" The giant woman did her best to stifle a laugh.

Caroline frowned, realizing far too late that she had set herself up for that type of insult. Aside from her online interactions with Amazons, her face to knee experiences with Amazons were pretty much non-existent. In fact, the boat ride and subsequent flight that brought her to this very airport was the first time she had ever left her island.

"No. I have been potty trained since I was four." Caroline replied in a neutral tone. She didn't want to show any embarrassment or weakness. If the stories she had heard from her parents and grandparents were true about the Amazons, they simply loved to see a Little squirm mentally.

"My apologies." The much larger woman stated. "I think I overstepped my bounds, especially if you have been personally invited to work side by side with one of the greatest minds Pannonia has in its arsenal."

Caroline stared up at her for a moment, not entirely sure if the larger woman was being genuine, but ultimately, she gave in and smiled.

"It must be rather shocking for you to encounter a Little who is considered by one of your top Scientists worthy of working with your agency. I simply can't wait to exchange notes and knowledge with her." Caroline said, trying not to sound smug.

"Yes, it is. You really do look much different than I was expecting."

"Who exactly were you expecting?" Caroline pressed the giant for an answer, an answer that she already expected to hear.

"I suppose you could say that I was expecting someone who was a bit taller." The Amazon smiled. "However, I must say that you Littles age so much more gracefully than we do. A sixty year old Little looks as young as a thirty year old one. And you…"she paused. "You look like you should still be in high school."

"Thanks, I guess." Caroline scratched the back of her head. "I suppose I should take that as a compliment. I'm actually twenty six."

"Well, do me a favor." The tall woman leaned over, her grey blazer just barely holding her breasts against her chest. "When you exchange notes, be sure to tell Dr. Devereux anything you know about the gene you Littles possess that  controls your youthful appearance. I'd love to look like I'm thirty for a few more decades." The Amazon said with a wink.

"If everything goes well, I'm sure that both of our people will get everything we want and then some."

Both women smiled at each other.

"I look forward to that day. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy your stay and be sure to wear this badge." The Amazon reached into her blazer and pulled out a security badge with Dr. Miller's name printed on it above a barcode. "The last thing I want is for a little genius like you to end up in a stroller so please stay with the group."

"Will do." Caroline replied as she adjusted the large badge on her coat.

As the much larger woman turned to walk away, Caroline couldn’t help but wonder what sizes her clothes were. The giant woman's breasts alone were probably three times the size of her head!

Despite her overwhelming intellect, Caroline had always felt insecure about her physical stature. She could trace such feelings of inadequacy back to her freshman days in college where her fellow classmates, inbetweeners mostly, would make fun of her for having a small chest. Before those years, being a Little had never really bothered her, but being teased over the course of her college career had left a lasting mark on the young woman's psyche. She wanted to be large in more ways than one. Subconsciously, that was what drove her to try and break the Amazon genome so she could not only achieve physical unity on the planet, but finally have a body that matched her intelligence. How she longed to be seen as a woman and not just some tiny child playing pretend.

So, while everyone else was signing the appropriate forms and filling out paperwork, Caroline found herself free to observe her surroundings. She was standing in the terminal for flights destined for international travel between the Federation of Littles' nations and the continental mainland. From what the young scientist had overheard, the terminal she was standing in dated back a few decades ago to a time when relations between the Amazons and Littles were much more stable. Other than the group of volunteers, herself and the few Pannonian giants that stood close by, watching over them,  there were only a few people walking nearby.

A loud cry caught the little scientist's attention. It wasn't exactly a baby's cry. It was louder and a bit deeper than a baby's. Still, whoever was crying had quite a pair of lungs on them even if it lacked the squeal of a true infant. Suddenly, one of the numerous giants pushing a carriage stopped and proceeded to lift up the occupant.

Caroline didn't need to strain her eyes to see that the baby who inhabited the pram was a little. A little who obviously suffered a diaper blowout if the giant's booming voice could be believed.  The sight of the huge mother laying the baby woman back into the pram and using it as an impromptu changing table caused Caroline to overt her eyes. Even as she stared at the others in her group, she couldn't keep her mind from wandering back to the sight she had just witnessed and was now trying to ignore. Who was that woman? What had her aspirations been before she was forced back into babyhood?  Did she have a husband or family before being abducted? Did her parents know what had become of their daughter or was thier daughter ultimately joining them at daycare? Such questions were a waste of time to ponder on, but Caroline always had to ask them to herself. Lamenting on lost life gave her the motivation to continue with her research. These questions fueled her desire to bring unity to this cruel world. Seeing such sights as a fellow Little getting her dirty diaper changed gave her an odd sense of justification for coming to the mainland. If not her then who would remedy the evils of this world?

However, Caroline was no fool. She could easily be "adopted" by anyone of these women who walked through the airport. Just because these ladies were going on vacation or traveling to meet family and or conduct business didn't mean that she couldn't be added to an Amazon family.

...Why did Littles even move to the mainland?

According to Caroline's grandparents, emmigration was much more common in the olden days. Bright eyed Littles were thrilled to move to the mainland seeking adventure and higher paying jobs in specialized fields. Her grandmother's best friend had left the island nation to become a starlet. However, according to grandma, she had seen the beautiful woman on a package of diapers in the supermarket years later. The poor woman had her face and diapered butt plastered on every package of Huggies from Catalon to Honsho according to granny. Needless to say, it was one of her family's most favored cautionary tales to tell her as a child. Such stories of the past haunted her while simultaneously fueling her resolve.

This was why she was here in the first place! To prevent and make it impossible for future men and women to be demoted to diapers and forced to prance around in pampers. If everything went according to plan, Littles would no longer be an Amazon's doll to display in public like a status symbol.

This was the day! The day her life's work would truly begin!

Caroline is a well developed character (well apart from her Little boobs ?). Jokes aside I can see you put a lot of effort into this piece and it shows. ? Looking forward to seeing how Caroline's situation evolves- do her dreams and goals bear fruit or does the diapered fate of many Littles befall her?

I appreciate you giving my simple story a read. She's definitely one of my more developed characters personality wise. ;) I'm always getting commissioned to write fanfiction so I don't get to truly flesh out a character very often. That being said it's going to be an interesting journey and I hope you enjoy the ride.

OMG I'm now anticipating chapter 3!

Thank you for your patience. Here's the next part!

----

"Alright, everyone line up and turn in your forms! We're boarding now!"

Caroline noticed a flurry of activity as all the assembled Littles lined up, forming a very long line. Before she knew it, she was standing all alone. Standing alone was something a Little should never do when in Amazonian lands if they wanted to maintain their freedom!

The Little scientist quickly got to the back of the line and waited to talk with the Pannonian representatives. Sure, she had a badge and wasn't like the other Littles, but there was one thing that her grandmother had instilled into her and that was politeness. Being polite and obeying an Amazon's rules was key to maintaining their respect. However, this last truth wasn't something that grandmother had taught her. Caroline had learned this through multiple forums and threads across the Internet. One simply didn't do business with Amazons without learning how they operated.  Even in business, politeness and respect were paramount in getting what you wanted from an Amazon. Why would it be any different in public? Just because she had a badge didn't mean she could interrupt the operation.

So, she waited and as she waited, she couldn't help but be reminded of school. Each person in front of her handed in their form and was told to place their luggage in a large bin. It was all very orderly and everyone present was proving that Littles weren't just erant children driven by chaotic fits of fancy. In her time dealing with Amazons, she had heard so many silly things about hyper Littles and how they were no different than Amazonian children. Caroline could only assume that some of those Littles, who had given the Amazons that impression, were probably drug addicts who had done too much booger sugar as Granny liked to call it.

No one was perfect, not even Littles.

"What are you talking about?!" An angry voice shouted. "I'm not giving up my luggage!"

"Sir, please calm down." The much larger woman stated in a neutral tone.

"I don't want to surrender my luggage. What if it gets lost or stolen?!" The Little asked in an annoyed tone.

"Sir, I assure you that it'll be placed underneath the bus in the storage compartment and given to you when we arrive at the facility. There is no need to throw a tantrum."

The man sighed and paused, obviously trying to choose his next words wisely.

"Alright, but I have your word that I'll get my suitcase once we get to the facility. Understood?"

"Absolutely. There's no need to worry."

It sounded a bit cliche, having heard it so many times from her parents and grandparents, but when an Amazon told you not to worry, it was time to start worrying.

Caroline hoped that she would be exempt from having to relinquish her carry on. It was one of the reasons why she picked one with wheels. Her luggage from the plane wasn't that big of a concern to her if it was lost. She could always just wear her clothes until she was able to buy new ones after work. However, her carry on never left her side and was transported by her own hand. She was going to take it directly to the lab so she didn't need to worry about her research being lost, but the idea of her being forced to give up her carry on, the carry on filled with all of her notes and research, was far too scary to contemplate. What if they simply confiscated her research and dumped her into a nursery or adoption center somewhere!?

She had to mentally remind herself that she was different. She had something the Amazons needed. 'I'm Dr. Caroline Miller. The smartest Little in the world! I'm brilliant enough to be recognized by the lead researcher of Pannonia for my contributions to their cause! They wouldn't dare diaper me!'

"Miss? I need to see your forms and-" The Amazon bent over and looked at her badge in disbelief. "You're Dr. Miller?!"

Caroline was pulled from her thoughts to see a giant brunette gazing down at her badge with a confused expression.

"Yes, I'm Dr. Miller." The Little scientist replied, trying to sound confident, or as confident as a five foot tall woman could sound in the presence of a woman who was literally twice her height.

"You're such a tiny thing!" The woman grinned before reeling in her maternal desires. "I mean, I never expected that our guest scientist was a Little."

"Yeah…" Caroline felt nervous. She had never seen an Amazon act that way towards her. "I get that alot, ma'am."

"I bet." The woman in the grey blazer and pencil skirt looked down to Caroline’s bag. "You don't have to give me any forms, but you'll have to give me your bag."

The young researcher gulped. "But it has all my research and Doctor Devereux will be very unhappy if I lose it."

This actually caught the woman handling papers and luggage off guard. She had to think for a moment as the group of Littles were leaving the terminal.

"Well, I suppose it wouldn't be the worst idea in the world to allow you to carry your bag onto the bus with the others, but don't you dare lose it or we will both be in trouble."

"I won't." Caroline replied.

"Great. Now you be a good little girl and catch up with your group. They're leaving right now."

"Shit." Caroline muttered without thinking and took off after her group, running as fast as her little legs would carry her as she pulled her carry on behind her. Thankfully, she picked a good day to wear a dress and wasn't wearing those ridiculous heels that her grandmother had told her to wear. What difference could six inches even make if you could barely walk in them?!

"Mommy!" A high pitched voice called out. "I want that one!"

Before Caroline could even turn her head, a pair of massive hands scooped her up from the ground. In a matter of seconds, the scientist was staring into a pair of beautiful blue eyes.

"My word, Alicia. You sure picked a cutie." The giant woman beamed while holding Caroline up in the air. "She'll make an excellent baby sister for you!"

"There seems to be a mistake!" Caroline shouted.

"The only mistake here is that someone hasn't already claimed you and diapered you." The humongous woman with Auburn hair said in a voice reserved for infants. Even though the tone was sickeningly sweet, the intent behind those words were more sinister than anything she had ever heard.

"I'm not a baby!" Caroline cried out.

"Ma'am, there seems to be a rather serious mistake here." A familiar voice stated. "Would you please put down our researcher?"

Caroline quickly turned her head and came face to face with the kind Pannonian Government Representative she had first met in the terminal.

"Researcher?" The baby crazy Amazon scoffed at the very notion. "The only thing she should be researching is how to stick a square peg into a round hole."

"Ma'am, I'm not going to repeat myself." The woman in the brilliant military blazer stated in a firm tone. Caroline noticed her eyes seemed to show a fierce fire burning within. "Kidnapping a guest of the Pannonian Government is punishable by imprisonment and I promise you that you'll be locked up for at least twenty years. Do I make myself clear?"

This development was quickly attracting the attention of quite a few people who suddenly froze in place. Such a spectacle was rare in the nation of Pannonia.

"I see how it is." The annoyed Auburn haired woman stated in a disgusted tone before handing Caroline over to the Pannonian Representative.

"The Pannonian Government thanks  you for your cooperation in this matter." The woman in gray replied, holding a bewildered Caroline in her arms.

"Just because you work for the military you think you can claim any baby you see." The angered Amazon muttered as she and her Amazonian daughter walked away.

"Are you alright, Dr. Miller?"

Caroline blinked as her feet were once more returned to the ground beneath them. She could only stare up at her savior in awe.

"I'm okay, thanks to you." Caroline admitted.

"If you don't mind, I'm going to give you a personal escort to the bus." The older woman stated, not even waiting for a response before she grabbed Caroline by her hand.

Caroline didn't think much of being led by the hand like a child. If she was in her right mind, she would have objected, but she was simply too consumed by the events which had just transpired only moments before. What had startled her more than almost being adopted in the middle of the airport was what the Little scientist had seen in the Pannonian Representative's eyes. It looked almost like the woman who had saved her was ready to fight the other Amazon over who was going to diaper her.

"Here we are." The large woman announced.

Caroline blinked away her thoughts, trying to focus on what the Amazon wanted her to see. Roughly twenty feet in front of her stood an enormous shuttle bus that was surrounded by Littles from all over Pannonia and beyond.  They were all moments away from boarding a bus that would take them all to the facility.

"Well, do you want me to make sure that you get on the bus?"

Caroline simply nodded. Almost being kidnapped definitely messed with her once unbridled confidence. She’d rather be with this woman than risk walking only twenty feet to the bus.

"Alright then. Let's go uppie!" The older woman in the smart blazer cooed before scooping Caroline up and putting her on her hip. "I'm sorry about that, let's get you seated, Dr. Miller."

Caroline cocked an eyebrow. It was so startling how quickly these giants were able to turn on their previous personality after talking down to her like she was just a motherless child.

As Caroline boarded the bus, carried by an Amazon who was pretty much protecting her, a loud shouting fit erupted from the back of the shuttle. She couldn't help but wonder what all the commotion was about as she looked up at her rescuer.

"What's going on back there?" Caroline asked.

"Looks like one of the volunteers isn't happy with the seating arrangements…" The giantess replied as she approached the first row of seats.

Caroline could only tilt her head in confusion while trying to look over towards the back of the bus, but it wasn't easy since the Pannonian Representative was literally cradling her against her bosom. However, from what she could hear, the unhappy traveler was yelling about how he was much too old to ride in something called a "carseat."

"Sir. If you want to be paid for your participation in the trail research program, then I suggest you quit yelling and let me help you into your seat."

Just from the tone of her voice, Caroline could tell that the Amazon was not amused with the uppity man's behavior.

"I don't care about that!" The man replied. "You Pannonians promised to treat us with dignity. You promised that we would be volunteering for an opportunity to end this bullshit baby treatment! And the moment we get on your bus you have us sit in these ridiculous baby seats?!"

"It's best not to worry about him, Dr. Miller." The older woman stated as she approached a bench seat. "Let's get you strapped in."

"Strapped in wha-" Before Caroline had a chance to finish, she found herself in the air being lowered into a massive rear facing seat that forced her to lay down.

“Wait a minute! What're you doing? Why am I sitting backwards in this thing?!"

"Dr. Miller, please relax." The Amazon replied as her hand pulled down a strap which clicked the harness into place between Caroline's legs.

"But on the plane I got to sit upright. Why am I laying in this thing like I'm in a pram?!" Caroline demanded.

“Well, that was a mistake the airline made. You're actually much too small for an ordinary carseat. This is what someone your size should be traveling in."

"Really?" Caroline asked.

"Yes, really. Besides, you'll be able to get some sleep if you want. We don't want our guest scientist to be jet lagged and all sleepy when you get to the facility."

Caroline couldn’t really argue with that. She was starting to feel tired. The events of the last ten minutes, coupled with the cultural shock of actually coming face to knee with real Amazons was beginning to take its toll on her. So, she simply watched in silence as her new protector took a seat next to her weird baby seat.

"I'm Zsófia by the way. Zsófia Szalai." Her Amazonian counterpart said with a smile. "What's your first name, Dr. Miller?"

"Caroline."

"That's quite a nice name." Zsófia smiled.

"Thank you." Caroline replied as the few remaining Amazons and Littles slowly boarded the bus and walked past her bizarre seat.

"Looks like that's the last of them."

"How long is the trip to the Nagy Facility?"

"It's about two hours if there's no traffic on the motorway." Zsófia answered.

"Alright. Sounds good." Caroline replied with a yawn as the shuttle bus started up. "If you don't mind, I think I'll get some rest."

"Certainly. You get some sleep."

Caroline stretched and turned her head away from the admiring eyes of Zsófia. With the gentle motion of the bus traveling away from the airport, it took only minutes for Caroline to fall asleep.

I'm really curious how long it will take until she is in diapers and adopted.

I say it will happen shortly after she reports and explains her research.

Maybe one of the Amazon scientists can squeeze even more information out of her new baby with the false promise of getting free again.

Maybe there will be some hypnosis on the bus now when all the Littles are asleep that will make them more compliant and do what the Amazons say.

Oh my goodness! Now I'm so addicted!

My theory is that even if Caroline is successful and her research results in 100% Amazonian conception rates, Amazons are still going to be "adopting" littles, just maybe not quite as frequently, but definitely often enough to keep the booming little baby industry alive and well.

I also theorize that Caroline will find herself adopted... but maybe to an Amazon that isn't so bad. Maybe one who is much more caring and loving than one of the more sadistic ones. She might even find out that being babied affects her research in a positive way.... like for one, not having to stop for bathroom breaks!

Hehehehehe, maybe she'll even find herself as a model for a brand of diapers?

It could be minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or even years. ;)

But yes, there's definitely something about her research that would raise eyebrows in the Amazon facility. You have the right idea there.

Interesting point. She is one of the brightest, if not the smartest person in her field. I'd imagine that squeezing her for everything she knows would be the smart thing to do, but we all know that Amazons are driven by emotions, not often guided by intellectual goals when Littles are involved. Nonetheless, we shall see what happens next.

Hypnosis is actually not allowed in this particular nation which is one of the reasons why Caroline felt it was safe to travel to the country.

She's definitely close to making a breakthrough, but her lab has always held her back. Plus, the island she lives on in the chain of Little nations doesn't have the fully mapped out Genome of an Amazon's DNA. With more information Caroline could definitely accomplish what the Pannonia government has hired her to do. Well, technically Dr. Devereux has hired her, but that's not that important of a detail, or is it?

Also, you're pont about Amazons continuing to adopt Littles is definitely spot on. Infertility is what keeps this whole dimension diapering the small, but even if they could have as many kids as they wanted an Amazon's maternal mindset would probably make them "adopt" in between pregnancies when they finally find the "perfect" Little. That and what if an Amazon just wants a "baby" without getting pregnant? There's always going to be Amazons who care less about bloodlines and just want to be a mom. So, you're definitely on the right track there and understand how an Amazon thinks.

Speaking of the booming Little Industry, you've reminded me of the sequel I'm currently writing for Corporate Takeover that will bring back our profit driven CEO.

Will Caroline be adopted? I guess you'll have to keep reading to find out. That being said, diapers would definitely cut down on bathroom breaks. LOL

Oh I think who specifically hired her is going to be a very serious point...

And we can't forget about the Amazon males who want to be a daddy too!

Nice, I haven't read Corporate Takeover, but now I'm interested.

Yeah they would!

The always confident Caroline has finally arrived at the facility, but will things continue to go her way? Post your predictions or comments below, I love reading them! And, if you're enjoying the story, feel free to give me a like.

---

A gentle but persistent jostling forced Caroline to open her eyes as she was forced to awaken from her nap. She found herself looking up at an enormous giant in shock, startled by the huge size difference between her and the large woman. It took a few seconds for it to all come rushing back to her; 'I'm on the mainland!'

"Did you have a bad dream?" The woman asked, genuinely curious if the girl had a nightmare.

"I slept alright." Caroline replied. "It just took me a minute to remember where I am."

"That's perfectly natural. I'm sure I would be startled if I woke up in a strange place." Zsófia smiled.

Caroline nodded and looked over at the other row of seat, finding them empty. "Where is everyone else?"

"We arrived a few minutes ago, but I could barely bring myself to wake you up. You looked so cute and peaceful sleeping in your carseat." The giantess explained, her eyes all but sparkling.

Caroline didn't like the look Zsófia had in her eye and decided to focus the conversation on why they were both on this bus. "I appreciate you giving me a few extra minutes of sleep, but don't you think I should be with the others?"

A chuckle coming from the giant woman caused a pang of anxiety to rock Caroline's body. It seemed like the kind of laugh mothers made when a child said something cute. She hadn't said something funny, nor was she here to entertain the giants. The last thing she wanted was for Zsófia to think she was too cute to join the team in the lab.

"What's so funny?" Caroline asked.

"I apologize." Zsófia brushed back a lock of her hair that had fallen in front of her face. "That was completely unprofessional of me. The others are going to be giving blood samples and genetic material that you, and the other doctors, will be studying."

"Oh, okay." Caroline felt her heart rate return to normal. "That makes sense."

"Now, I think it's time we meet Dr. Devereux, don't you?" The giantess asked as she began to unbuckle Caroline from the five point harness which had held her into the rear facing carseat.

Caroline didn't exactly have a say in the matter, which wouldn't have bothered her if she had been released from the infantile seat and placed on the floor. However, she was once again perched on Zsófia's hip.

"Wait!" The little woman shouted embarrassingly loud before she regained her composure.

Zsófia paused and looked down at the small woman she was holding.

"What about my carry on?" Caroline asked, looking up at the Pannonian woman.

"That's right!" Zsófia softly slapped her forehead with her left hand while making an exaggerated face.

Caroline found herself returned to the ground just outside of the shuttle bus. She watched the Amazon hop aboard the bus and quickly walk out holding her small carry on!

Zsófia couldn't help but smile as she saw Caroline's face light up like she was a child getting a gift on her birthday. 'If only she was my bab-' Zsófia had to shake such thoughts from her head as she handed over the prized piece of luggage to the little scientist.

"I'm so sorry. If you had left your notes and research behind, your trip would truly be for nothing. I really need to get myself under control."

"It's only natural." Caroline replied, trying to keep her escort happy. "I've studied Amazons since high school and you're just going through the standard reaction any Amazon goes through when they see a Little they want."

Zsófia looked down at Caroline in awe; it was like the tiny thing had read her mind or something. "I can see why you're one of the most respected researchers in the field."

Caroline tried not to smile, but it really felt good being acknowledged by an Amazon. Of course, the almost bipolar shifts between being treated like a toddler and then talked to like an adult were quite jarring, but hearing the woman praise her for her knowledge helped ease the awkwardness she was feeling.

"Thank you, I do my best to understand the problems facing your people inside and out. Now, how about we go see this laboratory?"

"Sounds like a plan. If you'll follow me, Dr. Miller." Zsófia took the lead and, for the first time since the terminal, Caroline was starting to feel more like herself again.

The two women walked side by side as equals towards the massive structure which seemed to dwarf Zsófia. Two grey columns rose up on opposite sides of a flight of twenty steps of stairs. The building itself was a brutalist structure that seemingly had been repurposed from a possible military past to be used for modern medical applications and research. Caroline came to this conclusion as she and Zsófia entered the sterile white lobby of the building.

"Good afternoon, Zsófia!" A cheery face announced from behind a large desk.

"Hi, Erzsébet!" Zsófia smiled and leaned over the desk to kiss her friend on each cheek while the woman named Erzsébet did the same exact gesture on Zsófia.

Caroline didn't exactly know what to make of this gesture. She may have been well read on Amazonian behavior and everything that related to their biology, but she wasn't very well versed on cultural customs that each region practiced. For all she knew, it was either an average greeting or maybe the two giants were lesbians. Caroline honestly had no clue which was the right answer so she simply let the two women get on with their custom.

"And who do you have with you?" Erzsébet cooed down at the little woman.

"Oh, this is Dr. Miller." Zsófia answered.

"That's funny, Zsófia. She should be with the others, but if you ask me, she shouldn't even be here. She should-" Erzsébet released a high pitched giggle and stared at her friend with a knowing look. "You finally adopted?!"

"Erzsébet, calm down! This is doctor Caroline Miller, the Amazonian Fertility specialist from overseas."

The brunette stared at Zsófia like she was speaking a foreign language and then turned her attention to Caroline who she was seemingly studying. "She has a badge. She actually has a badge." Erzsébet said in disbelief. "But how is that possible?"

"The government is bringing in the most highly skilled scientists and doctors to tackle the Fertility issue. You are aware that Dr. Devereux isn't even Pannonian and she's leading the team."

"Yeah, but this girl is a Little." Erzsébet replied.

"I may be a Little, but your government only wants the best minds on their team to figure out a cure to this problem. We all want to find a solution to the issue, both Amazons and Littles. I swear to you both that I'll work night and day until you're all able to have your own children." Caroline stated, finally finding her moment to speak up.

Both giants looked down at Caroline and couldn't help but nod in agreement. Even Erzsébet seemed to hide her doubt and look at her with a newfound sense of respect.

Caroline watched as the brunette phoned for Dr. Devereux. While Erzsébet talked with the doctor, Caroline realized that just because she looked cute, she was having to basically promise these giants something that could take years to achieve. She couldn't help but wonder if she was going to be given a time limit just because of her diminutive size. How she hated that every Amazon she had met looked down at her like she was a cute kid or lost toddler. She was determined to end that type of attitude by not only helping the Amazons, but by leaving her mark on History by granting her people the ability to grow just as tall as Amazons. Luckily, she felt confident that she was close to understanding the Amazonian genome fully and mapping out all of their genes responsible for their reproductive health.

"I still can't get over how short she is."

Caroline frowned as she heard Erzsébet whisper to Zsófia.

"What does it matter how tall I am!? I promise you that, in a few years from now, you'll be screaming my name out in both agony and ecstasy as you push out your first baby!"

"Well, I wasn't expecting Dr. Miller to be so adamant and an adorable Little thing."  A new voice cooed.

Caroline blushed as she gazed up at the new giantess that walked into the lobby. "Are you Dr. Devereux?"

"The one and only, but you may call me by my first name; Matilda. I run the entire research arm of this facility." The raven haired woman wearing a lab coat replied, introducing herself.

"It's an honor to finally meet you, Matilda. I look forward to working with you!" Caroline held out her hand above her head.

"I trust that your trip here was an uneventful one." The giant woman stated as she shook the much smaller woman's hand.

"I wish I could say that it was uneventful, but there was a woman who tried to abduct me in the airport. I'm grateful that Zsófia was with me. She has been a great help and made sure that I got here without any trouble." Caroline explained as the much larger woman released her hand.

"I'm sorry to hear that, but Zsófia's actions will not go unrewarded. I'll mention that she was instrumental in ensuring that you arrived unharmed in my next report." Erzsébet nodded to Zsófia who thanked the lead scientist.

"Thank you, Dr. Devereux, but I was just doing my job."

"The last thing we want is for Dr. Miller here to end up attending preschool, or something far worse than that, before she can help solve our crisis." Matilda chuckled to herself and turned her attention back to the little lady in front of her. "Now, onto the purpose of your arrival here; I expect to hear that you have been continuing your research since your last book. Would I be correct in assuming this?"

"Of course I have!" Caroline beamed and gestured to her carry on. "I have almost everything on my laptop and what isn't digitally saved has been documented physically in a few notebooks where I keep some of my hypothetical equations. I think it's roughly about four years of research in there."

"Excellent! That's just excellent. I'm so glad you brought that with you and didn't load it on the shuttle." Matilda smiled.

Suddenly, Caroline remembered that her luggage was still on board the bus and, aside from a picture of her parents, all of her clothes were inside her suitcase.

"When will I get my luggage?" Caroline asked, hoping that it would be in her room after she met the rest of the team. Speaking of rooms; where was she going to be staying during her duration in Pannonia?

"If all goes well, you'll have your luggage after you finish your first day of work with us. After all, there is still plenty of time left in the day!"

Zsófia couldn't help but wonder if Dr. Devereux was making an exception for Dr. Miller since all the other Little's luggage was currently being searched for valuables and money before ultimately being burned. It would make sense since the Littles who didn't qualify to be in the long term testing phase were to be preselected by members of the Nobility and those who weren't adopted by the ruling class were immediately shipped off to Orphanages across the nation. Dr. Miller definitely wasn't going to be shipped off anytime soon, she realized, but part of her foolishly hoped that she would be given an opportunity to adopt Caroline before the Nobility were notified of her Little status.

"Ladies, I trust you can get Dr. Miller's room prepared for her and please do keep an eye out for her luggage." Dr. Devereux stated in a neutral tone.

Zsófia and Erzsébet both nodded in the affirmative.

"Very well then, we must be headed down to the lab. Say goodbye to Zsófia and Erzsébet." The giantess ordered in a slightly less professional voice as she addressed Caroline.

"Bye Zsófia! Thank you for helping me out in the airport!" Caroline waved and then added, "it was nice to meet you, Erzsébet!"

The giantess wasted no time ushering the little geneticist with her deeper into the facility until they came across an elevator. Matilda pulled out her key card and swiped it down the digital reader which opened the elevator doors with a beep.

"When do I get one of those?" The little lady asked as she pulled her carry on into the elevator with her.

"Not many people get these key cards, but I'll be happy to have Zsófia escort you around the compound if needed." Dr. Devereux replied while typing something into the digital screen on the side of the elevator.

With a sudden bump, the elevator started descending. Caroline hadn't been on too many elevators in her life, but even her limited experience with the small moving rooms made her want to make small talk; if only to pass the time.

"So, I overheard that you're not originally from Pannonia. What country are you originally from?" Caroline asked as she gazed up at Dr. Devereux. The fact that the woman was in a lab coat and Caroline was dressed fairly casual by comparison didn't help her feel any less inferior.

"My father was from Albion and my mother from Honshu. I was born in Honshu and was taught everything I know at the highest institution on the island; Tohoku. After graduating, I have since traveled the world and used my extensive medical knowledge to help nations such as Tsaria develop their healthcare infrastructure to accommodate their Little population."

Caroline had heard of Tsaria and knew that it wasn't exactly the most welcoming place for her people. They had few if any rights so it made her wonder what Dr. Devereux had been doing in that country. Still, Matilda had treated her with respect thus far and it was possible that Tsaria had relaxed their laws or even had a pro Little government come to power in the years since she had heard about the country. After all, Caroline didn't exactly know too much or care about the politics of the Amazonian nations or their geopolitical situations. Her mission in life was to right the wrongs that biology had inflicted upon the world not worry about what nation had what laws.

However, if she remembered correctly Honshu had some very unorthodox and unethical thoughts about curing Amazonian Fertility. The last thing she had read was about a "revolutionary" procedure where they were implanti-

"This is our floor." Matilda announced with a subtle smirk.

The doors opened to reveal a state of the art laboratory filled with both men and women who were staring at computers, into microscopes or running around with vials and other materials. The laboratory on her home island wasn't even a fourth the size of this facility. It was like something out of her wildest dreams. She had finally made it. With the tools provided to her by the Pannonian Government, she could cure Amazonian infertility and find a way to unlock a Little's potential to grow as tall as any Amazon on the planet!

I think in her room are hidden speakers that will play at night for the following things:

1. loss of bladder control to keep her in diapers.

2. an immense need to help the Amazons even more than she already wants to, thus neglecting her own health and care.

3. a certain obedience to some Amazons (Matilda, Zosfia).

4. a secret word to make her a baby at the end when she is no longer useful.

I'm not surprised that the other Littles are already sold or on their way to orphanages.

I wonder if they can save their suitcases.

I wonder if the Amazon who insisted that her bag of documents be put with the other luggage would have been punished or if Caroline would have been blamed.

This implanting reminds me of story elements from other DD stories where Littles were implanted into the Amazons' wombs so that the Amazons could "give birth" to them. According to the story, this was supposed to be so mentally destructive for the Littles that there was no cure for them afterwards and they would remain regressed babies forever.

Whether this happens with Caroline she is implanted to an Amazon (Matilda, Zosifa)?

Is this perhaps the government's plan, no "cure" for infertility just an improvement on implanting Littles?

I am curious to see what happens next.

I hope that was enough thoughts for you.

I'm honestly impressed by your list of ideas. The use of hypnotic suggestion is a concept that I really need to incorporate more into my works, but Patreon makes that very difficult to do nowadays with their bizarre rules. That being said, your reasoning is flawless, but in this story Caroline isn't going to be tricked into becoming a baby by subconscious cues or manipulation.

The Littles signed their rights away the moment they signed the agreement to participate in the program. That being said, the ones going to the orphanage or being directly adopted are the lucky ones.

If it could be pinned on the girl, she would be reprimanded in private while Caroline would be publicly chastised for it. After all, Dr. Devereux is fully aware of Caroline's work and wants to get her hands on Caroline's research.

I guess I am to blame for this thread of implanting/rebirthing Littles in the Diaper Dimension. It was first mentioned and featured in my story entitled "True Nightmare" and I even commissioned AusDpr to write a few stories about it. I'm kind of surprised to hear it's been done in other stories. Could you tell me what stories it was mentioned in?

I can't answer that question at this point in time. Sorry, but it'll ruin the middle of the story.

Ironically enough, the Pannonian government wants a cure, but it's the female Amazons who care more about getting a baby no matter where it comes from or who it is. So, the government is spending good money for a cure or, at the very least, something that will enable Amazonian women to have a higher chance at actually having a child since their birthrate is so low.

You've done a tremendous job or providing me with ample amounts of feedback. This whole post of yours was a lot of fun to answer!

Well, that is the nature of the Diaper Dimension; almost every Little ends up in diapers, but it's how they get pampered that is the fun part. So get ready to dive in head first!

I'm kind of surprised to hear it's been done in other stories. Could you tell me what stories it was mentioned in?

I and name there I am unfortunately completely lost.

I do not even know their and if I find them I have read them certainly and just forgotten.

I vaguely remember a few captions on Devianart that included this topic.

Yes I found the story from you and of course I read it.

What story on this page about the DD I have not actually read.

Well you give your ADHD brain what your ADHD brain wants for dopamine there is nothing you can do.

I understand, no worries. I've seen quite a few captions floating around on DA in the past year about adult baby birth so I understand what you're talking about. I can't take all the credit for comming up with the idea because I was inspired by Long Rifle who briefly mentioned it in his 2011 Halloween story. Thanks again for enjoying my work by the way!

"Everyone!" Matilda Devereux shouted, causing all activity in the laboratory to come to a standstill. Everyone was now staring at the lead researcher, but they were also gazing at Caroline with a wide array of expressions: the women were smiling, some cooing and doing little waves while the men seemed confused by the tiny woman's presence more than anything.

"Now that I have everyone's attention, I'd like to introduce a very special new addition to our team!" Mrs. Devereux gestured down at the tiny woman standing beside her.

"Aww! Did you finally adopt?" A woman near the back of the lab asked. Caroline instantly hated her.

"Why isn't your new daughter wearing a diaper?" Another woman spoke up.

"This isn't my daughter, ladies. This little lady is none other than the renowned researcher and geneticist, Doctor Caroline Miller!"

A round of gasps from the gathered scientists confirmed what Caroline had expected to happen if her real identity was ever leaked to the Amazonian public; they were in shock. They didn't believe a Little was capable of doing anything more than wearing a diaper and drooling. Even these scientists, who were well aware of her accomplishments and her books weren't sure what to make of her. They simply gazed at her like she had just grown a second head or something.

"That can't be true!" Another woman, possibly the one who asked about Caroline not being in diapers, replied.

"She's obviously an impostor!" A redhead who towered over Caroline exclaimed, pointing an accusatory finger at her.

"Ladies, let's not get worked up here." An older man, hair peppered with specks of grey spoke up. "If she is truly Dr. Miller then we must welcome her with open arms and allow her to help us."

"Dr. Barbas is right." Dr. Devereux stated firmly before adding, "I will admit that I had no idea that she was a Little, but let's not judge her due to her appearance. Let's allow her work to speak for itself."

A wave of murmuring washed over the crowd as some of the women still seemed dismissive of her abilities, but the men weren't as cold. Caroline saw a few nods amongst the gentlemen assembled in front of her and immediately felt better about her prospects here.

She knew that the Amazonian women would naturally be harder to win over, if at all, but she didn't know much about the men and was relieved to see that one of the men had already stepped up to defend her against the group of discriminating women. Her experience with Amazonian males was limited to when she had to speak with perspective fathers who were struggling to impregnate their wives. They were always levelheaded and happy to accept any advice possible to help their wives become mothers the biological way. Caroline had long assumed that they had treated her with respect because they thought she was a fellow Amazon. Maybe they're naturally more open minded than their female counterparts?

"Caroline?" The familiar voice of Dr. Devereux broke the little woman from her thoughts.

"Yes, Dr. Devereux?" Caroline answered, craning her neck towards the ceiling to make eye contact with her contemporary.

"I want you to work on the computers with Dr. Barbas and Dr. Kovács since you're much too short to work with the lab equipment."

"Alright, but I'll need access to any samples you have. It's paramount that I am able to study them." Caroline replied, asserting herself.

"That won't be a problem, but I think we should wait until tomorrow to do any chemical readings on actual samples since we don't exactly have anything here to aid you in working with them. In the meantime, I trust you'll be able to work with what we have on file. All the information regarding said samples have already been logged into the database and are at your disposal." Dr. Devereux explained.

"Sounds good." Caroline smiled.

"I'll let you get to it." The black haired Amazon stated before walking away.

Caroline stood there for a moment as scientists, biologists and other geneticists walked past her. It was so unbelievable to the small woman; she was actually on the mainland and was going to be allowed to look over all the genetic records of a population of Amazons!"

'What am I doing standing around? I better get to work!'

Caroline walked over to a row of computers and stopped in her tracks when she came face to face with the large office chair. She knew that it wouldn't be easy to move the thing, let alone climb into it, but she had to try!

"Dr. Miller?" A deep voice came from behind her.

Caroline spun around and came face to face with the Man's knees until she craned her head towards his face. She had to remember that talking to giants wasn't the same as talking to people her own size. If she kept spacing that out, she would only embarrass herself.

"Yes?" Caroline asked, recognizing the giant instantly; it was the same man who had stood up for her only moments ago.

"My name is Dr. Barbas, I'll be assisting you with your research today."

"I appreciate any assistance you can give me. Everything is so large compared to me in this lab." The Auburn haired Little chuckled, feeling tiny compared to this giant man.

"Don't worry. You'll get used to it and I'll be happy to help get you seated."

Caroline didn't exactly comprehend what Dr. Barbas had meant by that until she felt the giant man push his fingers underneath her armpits and, before she could object, was lifted off of the tiled floor. It took a second for the twenty six year old to register what was happening, but she remained silent as he lowered her down onto the oversized office chair. She stared forward at the empty space beneath the desk and was about to question her colleague about how she was supposed to use the computer when she felt the chair automatically rise into the air.

"Thank you for helping me." The Auburn haired geneticist blushed.

"Think nothing of it. Now, your login information is your last name and the password is Nagy1234."

"That's not exactly a great password." The Little Geneticist smirked.

"Government officials aren't exactly known for being creative." The older man replied with a smile. "Now, don't hesitate to ask me if you need anything, okay?"

"Will do." Caroline replied, watching the man with salt and pepper hair walk over to another computer and talk his seat.

Finally, she was alone for the first time since setting foot in this country. Caroline eagerly reached forward and moved the large mouse over to the log in area. She clicked the big mouse and then proceeded to hen peck her information into the keyboard. A new window opened, confirming that she had logged herself into the system. She was having some trouble with the mouse as she tried to find the right icon to click. It never occurred to her that she would be working on an Amazon computer. She had assumed that they would allow her to access the database with her computer, but as soon as she laid her eyes on the vast catalog of samples and the corresponding data profiles, she smiled. It wasn't going to be easy, but it would be worth the extra effort needed to operate the computer just to be able to go over every Amazon's DNA sample in the nation.

Caroline cracked her small fingers, much like a pianist would, and got to work scouring through the numerous records.

----A Few Hours Later---

The pint sized Geneticist spent the rest of the afternoon analysing population graphs and making models using mathematical equations with the information she gained from the various studies that documented which Amazons in Pannonia were infertile. It was actually worse than Albion or Catalon, nations whom she had written her books about. In fact, it was worse than the continental average! There was no obvious reason for such a big difference between the western nations and Pannonia, but after a few hours of analyzing genetic samples, Caroline made a startling breakthrough!

Unlike Amazonian mothers from the western portion of the continent, Pannonia.mothers capable of bearing children carried a recessive gene that was passed onto both their sons and daughters. If any woman with this dormant gene reproduced with a man who also had this gene then any daughter they had would almost certainly never have children of their own! It was a startling revelation and was much more serious than she had assumed it would be.

Catalonian and Albion Amazons, for instance, carried a gene that had a one in three chance of being passed onto their offspring, but the gene itself wasn't as common as this mysterious Pannonian variant. Caroline had discovered that the troublesome gene could be altered through genetic mutations when passed onto the next generation, thus rendering it inert. Using this knowledge, she went on to recommend that these mutations be introduced to the prospective mother using a revolutionary form of genetic engineering that Caroline had pioneered in her latest book; a book she had written only three years ago. The gene therapies that the Catalonian and Albion doctors went on to develop, while consulting with Caroline over the phone, utilized her research to nullify the pesky gene and allowed over half of their patients to carry children.

It had been her greatest achievement to date and had saved countless Littles from being adopted. The last time she looked over the official adoption numbers from Albion, she was amazed to see that adoptions had dropped five percent each year during the last three years. If this trend continued, it was possible that adoptions at the end of the decade could be cut in half!

However, the situation with the Pannionians had looked more dire than the other nations at first glance, but Caroline was able to pinpoint the mystery gene after a few hours  and discovered that it was actually codominant which explained why it was so common in most Pannonian mothers. According to her long hours of research, the only thing keeping the Pannionian nation populated was an influx of immigrants every few generations which added genetic diversity to the gene pool. Her research seemed to prove that roughly eight out of ten women whose DNA was catalogued by the Pannonian government were unable to become pregnant which explained why the government was offering monetary incentives for getting pregnant and bearing more than one child.

One of her notebooks had a hypothesis in regards to this very situation! If she could go over her notes, she may be able find a way to neutralize the-

'Oh, shit.' Caroline instantly pulled her hands away from the keyboard and held her stomach. She had been so absorbed in her research that she had forgotten to go to the bathroom!

The Auburn haired Little knew that she couldn't risk losing control of her bladder in front of her colleagues. They would never respect her if she did that! So, she pushed back with her body, sliding the chair backwards roughly a foot and hopped down from the cushioned surface. Upon landing on her feet, she felt a little dribble escape into her panties, but she clamped her legs together, avoiding a true accident.

'I can't just stand here like this!'

Caroline rushed past her collegues, trying desperately to find a restroom to go to before she peed her panties. Spurred on by her bladder's urgency, she ran past the racks of samples and test-tubes in the lab until she was plucked up by a pair of hands.

"Where do you think you're going in such a rush, little girl?" A feminine voice asked.

"I need to use the lavatory!" Caroline cried out, blushing at how childish she sounded.

"I had a feeling that was what was making you run around like a hyper child." The woman ho oook doing her snickered.

"I'm not hyper! I just got a bit absorbed in my research." Caroline replied, defending herself from the accusation of immaturity.

"That's cute. Auntie Ajnácska will take you to the potty and afterwards I'll put you in a nice, thick diaper so you won't ruin our furniture." The woman cooed down at her.

"What's going on over her, Ajnácska?" A familiar voice asked.

The giantess turned around, holding Caroline in her hands, and saw that it was none other than Dr. Barbas.

"I'm just taking the girl to the bathroom."

"She's going to diaper me!" Caroline exclaimed.

If the strange scene had gone unnoticed by their colleagues before, Catherine wouldn't have known since everyone in the surrounding area was now staring at them.

"Is this true, Ajnácska?" The man with short hair speckled with salt and pepper asked, frowning slightly.

"Yes, it is. She told me that she forgot to go to the bathroom and we don't need the lab smelling like urine while we're doing grown up work." The giantess explained, trying to assert herself.

"Obviously, Dr. Miller remembered that she needed to go and was in the process of taking care of nature's call when you not only stopped her from finding the restroom, but held her literally captive." Dr. Barbas shot back. "I'll handle things from here."

"You're lucky that he's second in command, little girl. If Dr. Devereux was here, she would side with me." The giantess named Ajnácska sneered and handed the petite Geneticist over to Dr. Barbas.

Caroline watched the annoyed Amazon walk away with a sigh. Her sense of relief was short lived as another sharp pain rattled her bladder.

"I really do appreciate your help, Dr. Barbas, but can you take me to the bathroom now?" Caroline asked, trying not to sound too distressed.

"Yes, of course."

With that said, Caroline allowed the scientist to carry her through the lab like she was a wet baby in his outstretched arms. It was obvious to her that he had limited, if any, experience with Littles, but she was definitely grateful for his help. He seemed to be one of the few Amazons in the lab who was on her side.

"Here we are!" The older man announced with a smile as he opened the door to the laboratory's restroom.

Caroline looked around to see a very clean and average looking restroom. However, opposite from the row of grey stalls was a bank of urinals on the wall. 'Why did he take me into the men's room?'

"I think we're in the men's room." Caroline stated, looking surprised as she fidgeted in the giant's hands

"It seems I have." Dr. Barbas observed. "I apologize about this. Force of habit I'm afraid. I'll be happy to take you into the women's ro-"

"There's no time!" The Little shouted, pointing at the first stall with her finger in desperation as yet another sharp pain emanated from her swollen bladder.

"A toilet is a toilet after all." The old scientist said to himself as he carried Caroline over to the stall door, pushing it open with his hip, and taking the pint sized woman inside with him.

"You've got to be kidding me!" Caroline exclaimed upon seeing the standard toilet sitting there in front of her. Even being held in the doctor's hands, she could tell that the thing was much too large for her to sit on it comfortably. Best case scenario, her butt would fall into the bowl!

"What's the problem?" The scientist asked, concern present in his voice. "You didn't- umm…"

"No, I still have to go to the bathroom, but look at this thing!" Caroline gestured to the massive toilet seat. "How am I supposed to sit on it?"

"I see." Dr. Barbas replied, thinking of a solution to the problem at hand. "Given your difference in size, in regards to the toilet, I'd recommend that you pull up your dress while I hold you over the bowl."

"You want me to pee while you hold me over the toilet?! No way!" Caroline whined.

"I'm not exactly comfortable with doing that either, Dr. Miller. You're a highly accomplished colleague of mine, not some random toilet training toddler." The older man replied before adding, "how about I stand you on the seat and you can take care of yourself?"

Caroline nodded and quickly found herself standing on the bowl. Thank goodness that she decided against wearing high heels on this trip.

"I'll be on the other side of the door if you need anything at all, Dr. Miller."

Caroline kept quiet and reached for the hem of her dress, hiking it up until she realized that she had a rather big problem to overcome; her panties. Normally, she would just slide them off and go about her business, but that was when she was using the toilet the proper way. She wouldn't be able to take a piss if she couldn't lift one of her legs to move the panties out of the way of her steam!

The tiny woman sighed and started to shimmy her panties down her legs. It took a few agonizing seconds, but they were finally around her knees when they ran out of elasticity. She had to life up one of her legs to get the silken garment out of the way of her impending torrent. Slowly, she lifted her foot and almost slipped off of the toilet. She stumbled a little bit as she caught herself by extending her hands and steadying herself against the top of the toilet's tank in front of her.

A trickling sound pulled her out of her startled state and made her look down at the bowl of the toilet in dread.

'Please tell me I accidentally hit the flush button.'

There was no such luck for the brightest Geneticist in the building; she was peeing.

In her haste to catch herself from falling, her bladder released itself in the ensuing chaos, drenching her panties in the urinary crossfire. She stood there in silence for a few moments, staring at her ruined underwear as her fully extended arms kept her from falling in. Her she was; twenty six years old, both accomplished and respected in her field and standing on top of a toilet seat, staring at her ruined underwear in disbelief.

"Is everything alright in there?"

Dr. Barbas' voice reminded her that she wasn't alone. She wasn't the only person in this bathroom being inconvenienced by the realities of working in a facility that had no specialized restrooms for her kind. She was a professional and she had been behaving like a spoiled brat and she now had wet her panties like a baby who had failed at mastering the toilet. Why? Because she refused to accept his help. This would've never happened if she had just swallowed her pride and let him hold her.

"Everything is fine." Caroline lied, as she tried to kick off her soaked panties into the toilet bowl.

It wasn't an easy task to keep her balance, but after the fourth shake of her foot she got the panties to drop past her right shoe and dangle limply from her left shoe. Switching feet, she managed to finally drop the ruined underwear into the toilet. With a frown, she pushed the button on the tank and watched her panties swirl around the artificial whirlpool until they disappeared from sight. For some reason, it felt like she had just watched a bit of her adulthood vanish from existence.

"Okay. I'm finished in here." Caroline announced.

Well good to know this little won't last very long, but also good to know they might get the use out of her first.

Although there have been story's where Littles have covertly been allowed to continue their work while in diapers and adopted, after all if it benefits Amazonian society anything goes!

Oh geeze! Yeah, Caroline, that was the foreshadowing of your adulthood, piece by piece, being flushed down the toilet in your near future. I assume your VERY near future.

Yeah, I think you're right, but hopefully she won't get checked by the other women. If she did, maybe she can play it off and nobody will suspect a thing... After all, she's a highly respected scientist who totally didn't wet herself on purpose. XD

This will be very interesting the Amazon women are obviously just waiting for a mistake on their part.

I'm curious what else will happen.

There's definitely a few women in the lab who are practically drooling to put Caroline back into pampers, but they'll probably have to get through Dr. Barbas to do it.

I am a fan of stories where the Little is used by an Amazon ,but I'm also a big fan of mental regression. I guess you'll have to wait and see which way I go with this story.

And you're correct. Many Amazons have taken credit for their "baby's" accomplishments after the "child" has discovered something while in the safety of their nursery or under their new mother's watchful eye. It's too early to say which way the wind will blow on this one.

She didn't have to wait long for her colleague to enter into the stall and scoop her. As she was being carried over to the sink, she felt naked and, strangely enough, a bit naughty. Not naughty like an adult during the foreplay that precluded sex, but naughty like a little girl who was hiding a shameful secret from her father. Caroline shook that last bizarre thought from her head. She had destroyed the evidence of her accident while simultaneously proving to her peer that she could handle herself; that was a victory in her book.

"I hope you don't mind, but I always wash my hands when I'm in the restroom." The old man chuckled as he lowered the little woman onto the cool surface of the counter surrounding the sink.

"No, I don't mind at all. I need to wash my hands too." Caroline replied, feeling a bit awkward in the man's presence due to her previous thoughts.

The sound of running water filled the restroom when Dr. Barbas pressed the top of the faucet, giving Caroline a bit of white noise to focus on. She watched him wash his hands and waited until it was her turn.

"Hold your hands out over here, please."

The auburn haired Little did as she was directed and watched a big pink glob of liquid soap fall into her outstretched hands from the soap dispenser. She quickly rubbed the slippery liquid soap in between her hands and then leaned forward to wash her hands underneath the warm running water. It made her feel rather childish and slightly uncomfortable. She felt like she was being observed and judged based on how she washed her hands. There was no reason for her to think like this since she was here on business, but being the size of a four year old compared to her contemporary, and the fact that he had just helped her get onto the giant toilet, didn't help her feel very mature.

Dr. Barbas had already dried his hands by the time Caroline had finished and she noticed that he had grabbed some extra paper towels for her. Luckily for her, he didn't help her dry her hands, which helped her feel more like an adult.

"Would you like me to help you get down from there or would you prefer I carried you back to your work station?"

The question caught the twenty six year old off guard. On the one hand, he wanted to carry her back to her computer which seemed very demeaning, but at least she had a choice in the matter unlike when she dealt with that rude woman named Ajnácska.

"I can walk back there, thank you very much." Caroline answered with a hint of annoyance.

"I know you can." The older man replied, instantly realizing that he had insulted the young woman. "And I didn't mean to offend you. I noticed how busy you've been today and I just assumed that it would be a lot faster for the both of us if I offered you a lift."

"Even though it would indeed be faster, I have already humiliated myself enough by being carried around by you and that patronizing woman. As a Little, I'm sure you understand that I must maintain an air of independence or else I could be fired or worse…" Caroline shuddered, not wanting to dwell on the "worse" outcome.

"But you're Doctor Caroline Miller! You literally wrote the book on Amazon Fertility! They would never fire you just because our accommodations weren't appropriate for your height." Dr. Barbas replied, trying to do his best to squash the Little geneticist's fears.

"You've read my book?" Caroline asked, her voice a little more excited than she would have liked it to be.

"I may be older than most of the people in this facility by a few years, but I like to think that I'm not too old to keep up to date when it comes to  modern medical breakthroughs." The older man chuckled.

"I suppose that my work is rather groundbreaking, isn't it?" Caroline wondered aloud.

"It definitely is. Before you hit the scene, I was primarily working on genetic engineering and testing to ensure that any woman who did manage to conceive had a healthy fetus." Dr. Barbas explained.

"So, the main mission was preserving what few children you guys could have?" Caroline asked, already knowing the answer. Her instructors on her home island had told her this years ago when she would ask why no one had figured out why the Amazons were in a gradual decline. Of course, most of her instructors would follow it up with a hearty 'And I hope they all die out faster than the statistics show.'

"Yes, that is correct. No one had ever tried to understand why us Amazons had such trouble conceiving." The older man's eyes seemed to be focusing on her and yet they looked as if he was looking off into the past. "Our mission for decades was to protect the unborn and to ensure that they were born healthy. Even at University none of my professors had humored me when I asked if there was any chance at reversing the downward trend. I was just a silly boy to them back then. Everyone seemed resigned to accept the status quo. After all, according to numerous population charts, we weren't doomed to truly die out, but there was the very real chance that our genetic diversity would be depleted in a few hundred years or so."

"So, you had the same idea as me?"

"I did, but sadly I didn't have the drive to see it through. The problem was too far into the future to be taken seriously. At least, It seems that it wasn't as serious back then as it is now. I mean, look at Pannonia. Their population is definitely at risk of dying out if we can't figure out what is causing more and more women to bs born infertile."

"I guess I showed up at just the right time to be the hero." Caroline smiled.

"You sure did! Not only did you show the governments of the world that our declining population wasn't set in stone, but you have given thousands of women a chance that they wouldn't have otherwise had; a chance to have a real child! If they knew what you looked like, I dare say that they would've already built you a monument in my native Albion."

"But I'm a Little." Caroline frowned. "I highly doubt that they would erect a statue in my honor."

"You shouldn't be so sure of that, Dr. Miller." Dr. Barbas stated. "You have altered the fate of Amazon society across the world. You have made history! If you continue to make such astounding discoveries...I would imagine that you,  and your people, will no longer be needed to act as… surrogate children in the future."

Caroline didn't know what to say. Here was an Amazon who not only respected her work, but seemed to understand her end goal. She was beyond words.

"I hope you're right, Dr. Barbas. My dream is for a world where my children and your grandchildren can coexist with respect and dignity."

"My grandchildren are actually around your age, but-" He paused for a moment, instantly realizing what the Little woman was getting at. "Yes, I agree wholeheartedly. I couldn't even begin to imagine the irony of such a situation. The thought that one of my grandchildren having your child, the child of the woman who so selflessly helped us with our Fertility problems, in such a demeaning position would be ludicrous to say the least."

"I wasn't so sure about coming here, but it really means a lot to me that you can see the plight of my kind. Not only are you different from the others, but you understand that we're more than just dolls for your women's amusement." Caroline practically spat the last word.

"I don't like seeing anyone in servitude. It's just wrong. Now, I don't know about you, but I doubt very much that we will get much work done in here." Dr. Barbas stated.

Caroline chuckled, she hadn't even realized that they were still hanging out in the bathroom. "Yeah, you're right. Let's get back to work!"

"I would be honored to see what you've been working on. That is,  If I'm not intruding upon your time." Dr. Barbas scooped the Little woman up from the bathroom counter and lowered her to the ground.

"Not at all. I think you'll be impressed by what I've already found." Caroline smiled and allowed the older man to lead the way out of the bathroom and into the facility.

Upon entering the laboratory, Caroline noticed that the annoying woman from before her bathroom break was chatting with Dr. Devereux. The sight of the two women talking sent a chill up her spine. She really hoped that it was her imagination, but she could've sworn that they had looked at her from across the room for the briefest of moments before returning to their conversation.

As she walked with Dr. Barbas, Caroline lost sight of them when a large cabinet obscured her line of sight, but when she emerged from the other side, she noticed that Dr. Devereux was grinning. The sight of the woman smiling an ear to ear smile was quite unnerving to the Little woman, but luckily her new friend started to talk as they approached their work area.

"Would you like a hand?" Dr. Barbas asked as they walked up to her computer.

"I think that would be a good idea."

Wasting no time, the older man picked her up and sat her into the office chair. The chair was still at the same height as before so all Caroline had to do was shake her mouse and the screen immediately went from black to a series of graphs.

"Well, you certainly have been busy." Dr. Barbas observed. "So, what have you discovered, Dr. Miller?"

"It looks like a hereditary condition that has laid dormant in the population of Pannonia for a very long time until a series of mutations have caused it to literally destroy a Pannonian Amazon's ability to have children. If my findings are correct, there is this one gene that seems to be the culprit." Caroline explained, pointing at the screen.

The auburn haired Little heard a small gasp come from behind her as the older man leaned past her to stare at the screen.

Naturally, Dr. Barbas wasn't expecting Dr. Miller to literally pinpoint the exact gene causing the problem and yet, there it was right in front of him. He couldn't believe his eyes. It was one of the genes that had looked harmless to him and yet her findings showed that with each generation, the gene had mutated until anyone born with it was basically sterile.

"Dr. Miller…" The older man stopped for a moment,  searching for the right words. "I may not know a lot about Pannonia, but I think you'll be getting a statue in this country when the year is out for this discovery alone!"

"Don't get too excited, Dr. Barbas. I haven't cured anyone yet." Caroline replied with a smile.

Once more, she was back in her zone. She felt incredibly proud of herself for cracking the genetic mystery in less than a day. Feeling accomplished, she went to cross her legs and noticed the absence of her panties. This odd feeling in between her legs, this nakedness, instantly brought her back down to Earth.

"You think that you can actually cure this rogue gene?" Dr. Barbas asked, utterly astonished by the Little lady's confidence.

A loud clap caught both Caroline and Dr. Barbas' off guard as Dr. Devereux stepped into the center of the lab.

"It's nine o'clock everyone. Time to call it a night!"

The auburn haired Little looked at Dr. Devereux with a confused expression and then gazed up at Dr. Barbas.

"What is she talking about?"

"It's one of her rules." Dr. Barbas answered. "She opens the lab at six in the morning and shuts everything down at nine in the evening. According to her, it's to prevent anyone from overworking themselves."

"But that's fifteen hours of work!" Caroline exclaimed.

"Not exactly. We are free to come and go as we please throughout the day. You can leave to have a meal whenever you like. Breakfast, for instance, is served in the cafeteria at seven until nine. Lunch is eleven till two and dinner is served from five until eight." Dr. Barbas explained. "You can even retire to your room before the day is finished if you like. She's very flexible."

"I see." Caroline replied.

"Let's get going then."

"But what about my work? I want to figure out how to beat this thing!" The pint sized geneticist whined.

"You have plenty of time to beat that little bugger tomorrow." After all, you've had a very long day if what Dr. Devereux said is true. Did you really just get into the country this morning?" Dr. Barbas asked.

"That's correct. I guess with all the excitement, I forgot how long I've been awake." Caroline suddenly felt the creeping hand of fatigue make it's presence known as she yawned. "I suppose I should grab a bite to eat and call it a night."

"I do believe that would be for the best, young lady." The older man smiled, trying not to laugh as he realized just much he sounded like a grandfather at that moment.

Caroline hopped down from her chair and turned to look up at her new friend and colleague. "See you tomorrow, Dr. Barbas. I hope have a good night."

With that said, the auburn haired Little started to walk towards the exit when Dr. Devereux approached her.

"I've arranged for Zsófia to take you to your room. I've had my team make some slight adjustments to your quarters. If you want help with anything else please call either Zsófia or myself via the phone in your room." The raven haired woman explained as Zsófia entered the lab.

"Okay, but what about food?" Caroline questioned, her stomach already starting to bother her from lack of eating.

"That's all been taken care of. Check your fridge when you get settled in." Dr. Devereux smiled.

"Thank you, Dr. Devereux. I really appreciate it!" Caroline exclaimed.

"Call me, Matilda. And think nothing of it. I can't have my researchers go hungry now, can I?"

"Dr. Devereux?" A woman dressed in a lab coat with chestnut brown hair appeared behind the lead researcher, butting into the conversation.

"Yes, Luca?" The giant scientist turned to look at the newcomer.

"There's an important matter that needs your attention on the phone." Luca answered.

"It seems my work is never done." Matilda Devereux sighed and walked away from Zsófia and Caroline.

"Ready to check out your new room?" The always cheerful Zsófia asked her pint sized friend.

"Sure!"
