A Bad Night

Had ban anxiety and couldn't sleep last night. Ate just about everything that was within reach. Still don't know why I was upset. Feel like crap today, both physically and emotionally.

I hope you feel better!  I've been going through some rough times myself so you're definitely not alone in that regard.
