I can't see the video, just the picture.  I don't think it's true even with the obvious bulk in the front of the pants.  To me the guy doesn't really look that much like Donald Trump, and most importantly, I've never heard of a diaper manufacturer that makes a diaper big enough to fit a horse's ass.

I was able to view the video and I do agree it looks like The Donald.  As important as he feels that particular body part is to him, maybe it's a bullet proof Kevlar jock strap under his pants.
