Diaper rash...

Has anyone ever gotten diaper rash from the OUTSIDE of their diaper? I’m pretty sure I do on my inner thigh.

If it is on your inner thigh then it might be chafing.  Not really a rash.  just put some ointment on your skin and it will go away.

It could also be fungal, the outside of the diapers (even the cloth-like ones) aren't exactly "breathable."    A little lotramin powder (they sell this as athlete's foot/jock itch powder) will clear it up pretty fast if it is.

Could be.  Dampness between your legs and the diaper could cause a rash

I find some nappies seem to make rashes more common place than others.

Try some Sween Cream.  If it's chafing the Sween Cream will clear it up usually overnight or sooner.  Pat the area with a hto wet washcloth first and pat the area dry (don't rub) before applying the Sween Cream.

Please treat it asap because if it becomes fungal it will cause many more problems. Air out keep dry wash daily and as rusty said us lotromin powder but I feel a more natural remedies is coconut oil because of it's anti microbial and anti fungal properties make sure it's virgin oil. It's going to be a common problem if your prolonged to wearing for a while if wet.
