360dude
Anyone ever noticed the longer you have diapers stored the more they crinkle later on? Link to comment
Padded comfort
I haven't had that happen with any of the brands I have had, but I'm not sure how long you've had yours before they started to get really crinkly. Link to comment
rusty pins
I never noticed any difference in crinkle and I've had some plastic backed diapers now for over 10 years. Link to comment
BabyLock
Ah what is this diapers have fine aging characteristics like wines and liquors ? The more they age the more the "CRINKLE" mellows out on a noisy scale. Loudness Link to comment
DependGuy
I'm with Rusty and Padded on this one. Link to comment
Misty
I pretty much like the crinkle, it depends (pardon pun) what I might be doing at the time. My recent Link to comment

PlstkBakdnghtnday
I just got a half case of dry 247s. They're much louder than the northshore plastic backed. Louder than I remember Link to comment

rusty pins
How convienient! If you should need a diaper change during your shift, not only will there be plenty of diapers at the hospital but plenty of nurses to change you as well! Link to comment
360dude
Sounds to be an interesting job. Link to comment

rusty pins
Then I guess they will have to change you multiple times during your shift! Link to comment
PlstkBakdnghtnday
If only fantasy and reality would go to that hospital too. Sounds like a possible plot for a diaper story. Link to comment

PlstkBakdnghtnday
Think I put this dry 247 on a little different today because it's ridiculously crinkly. Have to carry a surgical mask in the wrapper to hide some of the noise because I'm at work. Link to comment
Xdjskar3X
Honestly, I love the crinkle noise. it always reminds me when I’m out in Public that no one knows I’m wearing a diaper Link to comment
TheBabyPants
While I love the crinkle, I have not noticed an increase in it over the age of the diaper. Link to comment

Probably a good idea since I'm sure the people who work in the hospital are well aware of the sound a crinkly adult diaper makes. Link to comment

360dude
That’s why I wear plastic back. 2 reasons. 1 they don’t leak really. And 2 because the crinkle. 1 Link to comment

The kind they have there are cloth style disposables. I hear nurses and doctors walk by crinkling all the time and start getting excited at the prospect of meeting a padded friend "in the wild". Then I realize they've got some kind of sterile equipment sealed in plastic packaging and my hopes are dashed. Link to comment
