I wear thick whenever I can but I use the Attends Breathable extra-absorbency under many pants because it gives a good balance between absorbency and thickness.

I have always found that diapers meant to be discreet do not meet my needs. Wearing full-time, I wear Abena M3s as a day diaper, which I think are usually considered to be for night wear; my night diapers are cloth.

I like the biggest and thickest all the time if i can, but when i go baby, i like to wear 2-3 of my mega thicks,. im a medium abena, so i wear two mediums and an XL over them, its waddle-tastic.

I layer my diapers on pretty thick when I'm enjoying them at home, but am too nervous to pad up in public. Have only ever worn maximum strength disposable underwear in public before.
