I learned at a hotel in Fiji, that for some reason, they always make sure that the mattress is protected for Korean guests

If you have to wear for need, I would pack as many along from home as you thing you will need, or cloth and plastic pants that you will be able to launder if you start to run short.

The "+" doesn't work with Google anymore. They eliminated that and some other "Boolean" functions in their search engine when they activated "Google+" It was one of my favorite search 'tricks' too. If the OP gets stuck, perhaps they can search for "Incontinence Korea English" and find a medical supplier who speaks English

Yes and no.

I was attached to RAF signals in my 20's, Indochina area, and wherever I was posted, the stores issues me with a rubber sheet.

The wet draw sheet was collected and returned with other laundry by the "Wash Waller" every day.

That shows how different the attitudes are (or were) between the US and UK military.
