So! My bananas were going bad. So I took three, copped them up. I fired up the George Foreman grill, put cooking spray on it. I grilled the bananas with honey and cinnamon, adding honey as they turned. It is amazing! Tastes like a grilled pie topping! I don't even like bananas. I like banana bread.

Someone once asked me they could "prepare me a banana." Which I found very confusing, because you just peel and eat it. My response was like "I don't know what there is to prepare, but yeah sure!" and they did kinda what you did! They sliced it in half and cooked it in some butter and sugar.

Does sound good, but don't know why you would need a cooking spray, they have a non stick surface..unless yours needs cleaned or ya wore the darn thing out
