Bettypooh
At the beginning of this summer, my Depends taped just touching the edge of the padding. Now the tapes completely cover the padding Link to comment

Baby Brian
Back when I could still use crutches, I weighed 145-150lbs. My current weight, however, is 201. I'd be interested to know how a person in a wheelchair can lose weight. My doctors suggested upper-body exercises, but my upper body already gets a pretty good workout in the course of a typical day. I've cut calories as far as I dare (about 1200 per day at the moment). 1 Link to comment
Bettypooh
Rachael Emily, all I can offer is what you already know- when calories burned exceed calories taken in, fat burns away. Weight isn't always a good indicator of things but your shape usually is. I once weighed 150 and stayed at 155 for a couple years. My work was very active but with little effort involved. Now my work has far more effort in it so my muscles have developed to match. My best guess is that I weigh 165-170 but my body fat looks very close to what it did when I was 155, the denser and larger muscles being the cause of the difference. Link to comment
Dubious
I'm not really exercising, I just work more and cut out chocolate and other sorts of candy, Soda I quit years ago I don't buy icecream in bulk anymore, if its hot I can buy a small one.. Link to comment

tayiie
I wanna loose some weight 3: i used to be 110lbs now im up on 119! My dream is to be down on 100lbs, but yea. Im a bit too lazy to quit drinking coke, eating candy, chips, snacks. My god I just cant stop that. And I really cant count all the calories I put in every day. My math isnt tye best plus it mean I gotta read. I do however walk and jog alot, got a dog so I kinda need to go out and get my butt moving. But yea, my dream is to be at least 100lbs, I'd be happy, it may not be healthy, but I'd be happy :3 Link to comment

On July 24, I was 202 lbs. (subtracting for my shoes). As of a few minutes ago I'm 195 lbs. (shoes off). Link to comment
Bettypooh
Good to hear of all the progress When I started on my diet my 36" pants were a snug fit. Now they fall off of me and I think I can now fit a 34" but I don't have any to try. When time allows I'm going to see if I can fit a size 8 (US) dress or if only a size 10. Either way it will be my best weight in about a decade Link to comment

Bettypooh
At my best I was a size 8, though some 8's were just too tight. My average was 10, and not too long ago a 14 was a good fit I hit a 'wall' too but my almost-fasting on Saturdays seems to have knocked it down Link to comment
tayiie
wow if you fit in a 36" then thats really fucking awesome. In my family, huge and high positioned hipbones are an issue so my waist can probably only go to 36", rn its on 38", but i really want to be back down on 36" suits me better plus my hipbones wouldnt stand out as much as they do now. Dubious
Girls go by sizes, like it really matters if one fits into an 8 or 10 or 14.. Link to comment
Bettypooh
But it does matter to girls, both to make you feel good about yourself and as something to make other girls jealous of you about which can be fun sometimes Link to comment

AwakenEvil
I sweat a lot at the track in the heat... so I think I lose a ton of weight that way and I walk a lot as well Link to comment
Bettypooh
Good to hear of your progress I reached my goal (actually not quite, but close enough for me). My tummy is almost completely gone now, it's as much loose skin as anything, and now I have a visible real waistline I've been holding steady by eating some on Saturdays instead of fasting, and I'm taking a break from dieting for awhile but I'm watching- the fat isn't coming back, I won't allow it to Link to comment
