Well needless to say, I am looking to be in diapers 24/7 without control of either my bladder or bowels. So I want to know, how do I first start? I wish I could have someone progress with me to make it easier.

Before even getting into the mind set of becoming incontinent you'll have to get used to wearing diapers 24/7. I recommend a good premium diaper such as abena xplus, molicare super, or xp a plus. Once you're over the hurdles of wearing all the time (cost, embarrassment, others finding out, Etc) it will be much easier to focus on becoming diaper dependent.

What Blake said a trial period of wearing diapers 24/7 to see if you really want to wear diapers all the time then follow the 12 month program but be warned once acheived it is irreversible 99% of the time. This is a decision you'll have to live with the rest of your life.
