Finally have a day off (maybe just one lol) from helping my friend at his deli. It feels so good to shed the big boy clothes and thin pull-ups I wear to work and be in my pj's and bambinos this morning!

I'm getting unwanted time off every day of late Seems my right knee has attracted a case of the gout and it hurts like you wouldn't believe after a few hours at work. Still kicking though with only tone leg, and very carefully
