My wife and I did. My opinion is I personally wouldn't buy them again. They run small and don't have the same feel and support that their abena brand has. I thought it was going to be a dry 24/7 replacement but sadly it wasnt.

If they were thicker I would like them a lot more; however, they feel extremely thin.

I use them 24/7 as well. They are not thin diapers, but the plastic is. The tapes are extremely difficult to remove without destroying the diaper, and they do not have leak guards. However, these diapers still do perform extremely well and will absorb a lot. They also have lots of padding in the front and towards the sides so they are good diapers for flooding and ok for side sleepers too. I have given Gary my feedback, but you have to email him from his contact link on xp medical.com since he does not follow these forums.
