All disposables are subject to leakage at night but these are the absolute best and seldom leak. I do suggest you wear high rise plastic pants to protect your mattress from any leaks that may happen. Of course, I suggest you get a good quality waterproof mattress cover. NOT plastic sheets. They are very uncomfortable and can contribute to skin issues over time. Link to comment
