erevu
Premium diapers should be loads better. Store brands are awful as a rule. Boosters have an adhesive strip on them. You put them in your diaper adhesive down, and they stay in place. Link to comment

BabyJune
I make absorbent "boosters" or "diaper doublers" out of a material called Zorb. I sandwich it between a couple layers of Birdseye diaper fabric--Zorb isn't supposed to be used against your skin. Zorb 2 comes already layered. I suppose you could make those soakers and use them with disposable diapers although I use them with cloth flannel diapers and waterproof pants. Chafing issues might not be the material itself as that is caused by rubbing motion and not the content of the diaper material. A rash would be caused by material allergy or irritation from contact with urine/feces. Diapering really is a science, isn't it? Hope you find a solution. Link to comment
Hookedondiapers
Cloth boosters work well inside disposables. Link to comment
