Everyone Knows And Its Embarrassing

Like i said it would be easier to explain things if i mentioned names. but the third associate supports my fetish she just told the guy associate to stop bullying me and to back off immediately etc. that was it. she told me that he had a very scared look on his face and said yes mam several times to her... she had witnesses and i gave the manager the name of the third associate that confronted the guy associate and one witness that was right there. she said that he tried denying it then admitted to what he was doing the witness said about him calling you retard and stuff when i asked if she was a witness. That is all she said so I don't know if the third associate confronted him about telling everybody my fetish or not or if he ran his mouth about my fetish or not I don't know what was said all I know was the associate tried denying it then admitting to it. But the investigation is bigger than what I thought it was. Day time managers are being forced to go over night to help investigate as witness to what every body has to say. I told one associate that told me the girl associate was called into the office that I'm surprised that they didn't close down the investigation if she lied to them and denied me messaging her girlfriend on fetlife because the manager had to ask the associate if I said anything about messaging the associates girlfriend which means the associate lied to the manager. The associate said that they would rather keep the investigation open because they want to catch that girl associate that told the guy associate my fetish lying. I told the associate I'm surprised they haven't called the guy associate in the office and said the investigation is on him and that they don't even want to hear the guy associates side of the story because he lies so much they just want to fire him.

P.S. I just ordered 2 nuke5 white pacifiers and 1 hot pink nuke 5 bottle. I hope I get them soon I choose priority mail. I am eager to get them its been a while since I had a nuke 5 pacifier I'm going to order onsies next and hopefully cloth diapers soon but I'm going to go from disposable diapers to plastic pants and washable cloth diapers which will hopefully save some money. So I don't have to worry about buying diapers when I'm out of money I can just wash them and start wearing them 24/7 which I want. Since the guy associate went around telling every body my fetish I'm not afraid to wear diapers to work now but I would probably get in trouble if I get caught or someone notice I'm wearing one. I don't know if I would get in trouble... I want to suck on the pacifier in front of the store manager lol nah not really she would probably write me up for doing that... I'm going to wear a diaper to work tonight in case I get pulled in the office for more questions I hope the manager investigating notices but doesn't say anything if it happens. I want to cry in front of her again this time while I'm wearing a diaper.

Really??? You want to wear diapers to work while the complaint you made about being “outted” at work is still going on. That is just STUPID. You made a complaint because you felt you were be “harassed” about something that is personal and private. but now you bring it into work and hope to be “caught” wearing a diaper. It sounds like this company has already bent over backwards for you and now you seem to want to do something that will damage the investigation or at least your reputation. Don’t do something you will regret. As it is they have gone above and beyond where they need to go. Our “fetish” is not protected by law like race or sexual orientation. (I know, I was outted at work and was later fired. Talked to a lawyer and was told that it is not a protected right.) So again don’t do something stupid that may come back to bite you in the ass.

What great advice! Better listen to SoakedinTexas! You seem to have had a hard time with this situation at work, yet you continue to act stupidly at times! Sometimes after reading one of your posts it's hard to believe you, but I take it at it's face value. This is what I have been saying for years about the fetish taking over control of your life! With me, yes, I like diapers but they don't control my life! I enjoy them when I feel like it, but there are times when I really wanted to wear a diaper but situations in life at that time dictated that I didn't wear. Those could be work situations, camping with friends, family gatherings, etc. I keep this part of my life to myself and a couple DL friends I see now and then. If you feel that you want to wear diapers to work or go 24/7, then you need to get your feelings under control about how others view you and your fetish! Sure, people shouldn't tease you or make fun of you for wearing diapers, but remember, in your situation it's not like you are incontinent or disabled. If that were the case, then you have a perfect case against anyone who gets on you because you need to wear diapers. In your case, you have chosen this lifestyle and while it's still not right for others to harras you because you enjoy wearing diapers for personal pleasure, you can't expect the company to stand behind you when you say things like , "I want to suck on the pacifier in front of the store manager lol nah not really she would probably write me up for doing that... I'm going to wear a diaper to work tonight in case I get pulled in the office for more questions I hope the manager investigating notices but doesn't say anything if it happens. I want to cry in front of her again this time while I'm wearing a diaper". Rather than showing everyone, the store manager and other employees that you are really upset over this situation, it shows that you are an exhibitionist and get your jollies by flaunting your diapers, pacifier and AB tendincies purpously in front of others, especially the ones you have gone to for help and support for your harrasment! If you walked into my office wearing a diaper, sucking a pacifier and crying, I would close out your case immediatly and tell you, "You made your bed, now lie in it! You are not doing anything to help yourself by taking your fetish public at work by wearing diapers and using a pacifier when you have no medical need for it" Come on, man! Grow up a little and use your brain!

Jesus this thread is a sad slice of pie from corporate America.

Have you never worked in a restaurant, or in construction? There are no "sexual harassment" cases because people either put up or shut up, and thats what I think you should do. You could have nipped this in the bud by simply confronting the employees directly and telling them off. Hell, if your bigger than the male, you should have popped him one in the parking lot. Not only would they stop, but they would respect you, which right now you are sorely lacking. Or you couldve just quit and found another minimum wage job.

Instead youve allowed your fucked up fetish profile to get two people fired who were reacting the same way Id expect any moron working at the bottom rung of retail to react. And because of this we have a whole segment of the economy devoted to sueing employers over a problem that wont go away as long as humans continue to be humans.

Im guessing Rihanna is correct and youre really just a troll. Ill admit I have found peoples reactions entertaining, so thanks for that.

Sorry TBlazer but I'd have to disagree. I'm a disabled Marine and have had to learn the hard way we're not cave men (even if I was fighting cave men before). "Popping" him to earn his respect isn't the answer as violence really does beget violence. Still standing up to him and (firmly) talking about it would have probably been a better course of action. Only failing that would I've gone to HR to get his arse fired.

wow Tblazer what awful awful advice you just gave... put up or shut up about sexual harassment.. or even better.. physically assualting another employee because he's a 'man'... yes cause tahts just so helpful... dear lord...

and then to say the way i'd expect any employee working at the bottom of the retail rung to react... such a great opinion you have of others....

And he talks about retaliation in this romper room of a supermarket if you get 2 employees fired your home or apartment and your vehicle are targets for vandalism, thats what goof ball teen and twenty year olds do when they get fired for making jokes about someone who put their info out on the net for anyone who comes by and realizes who they are in real life, then when penalized for that, flat tires broken windows bent antennas, keys ran down the side of the car, broken tailights all start to magically happen because they want to get even and as somebody else pointed out the Manager needs college everyone else just needs a pulse, so when the investigation ends i hope for your sake no one losses there job, because losers are sore and the economic damage you start to incur from sore losers may have you quitting and finding a different job to stop the vandalism to your property.

I agree, Brian. Standing up to someone and telling them to back off is one thing, but "popping" him one in the parking lot is not the answer and can get you arrested for assault. Lots of people here like to act like babies, and to each his own, but when you have to live in this world, sometimes you have to act like an adult! Childish behavior that can harm another person, such as hitting them in the parking lot, is not proper conduct! Some people may pretend to be babies, but the fact is they are actually grown adults and need to act that way among other people when a confontation may be imminant!

When I was being teased about the pink dildo I told him that's sexual harassment I don't have to put up with that shit. He said he was my friend but I still hold him accountable because even if he does drop it 4 months later he might bring something up again but so far since I told him I don't have to put up with that shit he his attitude has changed but I don't trust any one so I still hold them accountable. I would have told the guy associate to quit going around telling every body my fetish but I'm to embarrassed to do something and say something to him because he might retaliate and do something to me that's even more damaging. But I asked one of the managers whats going on with the investigation she said that I won't know if anyone came forward unless I see the associate get fired. If they don't find anything in the investigation it is closed but they would be more stricter on the associates involved and reprehend them for other things they do until they are fired. So even if nothing is found in the investigation at least I brought it to the store managers attention.

Basically, it is illegal for a company to tell you the results of an investigation... they cannot tell you why they fired someone, even if you KNOW it was from this.. they cannot tell you... they also cannot tell you what if any disciplinary actions were taken or against whom.... its all confidential unless you took it to court.

They called the associate to the office and fired him with in an hour of clocking in. They escorted him out of the door. 40 minutes later I was called to the office and she let me know things were taken care of and the investigation is closed now. she brought up concern for prescription abuse I told her I wasn't and blah blah and that a few associates brought it up to her saying they were concerned and my eyes were red and glossy for 2 months. I told her if it starts affecting my work then I will let her know I need help but its not affecting my work. But the associate was fired. She said that there has been some hear say so shes going to open up an investigation on me. I told her I don't say anything inappropriate at work and i dont participate in harrassment. I told her the only thing I said that was inappropriate was a crossdresser being in the bathroom that brought the associate to say about the guy associate and him telling every body about my fetlife. She said that is the inappropriate stuff that shouldn't be at work. But I don't say anything inappropriate at work I don't even cuss at work so I'm not worried. I'm pretty sure the associate that lies came forward and told her the truth about the associate going around work telling everybody my fetlife since he got fired.

I am glad that it is over for you with this problem. But as your manager pointed out everything is far from over with you. Watch you step and make sure that you are doing your job. From what you said, the manager is going to be looking for a reason to get rid of you too. I lived though that a few years back and lost my job. It first started with them finding out about my diapers then they dug into work ethics. Where I felt I had good work ethics and was a good employee they were able to take small problems and make them something big. After talking to a lawyer and going though the motions I moved on to find a different job. Bottom line is if they want you gone they will find the right reason. One more piece of advice, take it how you want. I would be using my free time to be looking for a new job, for the one you have may be short lived. I hope that it is not but do you want to take the chance. Lesson learned keep your private life out of the work place.

No one knew about my diaper fetish at all. No one knew I had one for the entire year and a half I worked there until someone else brought it into work going around telling every body. I did not ask for that to happen and did not want it to happen It just happened. But I don't think they will fire me. She said I hope you stay with us your a good worker we know that. So I know they don't plan on firing me. Never had a write up in the year and 7 months I've been with them not one but the investigation took 28 days I turned in the statement November 15 and it was closed December 13. but the managers know I didn't want to write the statement or even let them know what was going on.

The reason it is not is that, even though the specific cause was an online incident, it got into the workplace with the ensuing horror show. Now if something that starts outside the worplace gets into the wrokplace dynamic, what about something that STARTS in the workplace. So it is related and comes under the larger, over-arching issue of taking care of oneself. Not all logic is unidimensional. One event can have more than one consequence on the same level. If you toss a stone in a pond, the ripples proceed outward in concentric rings, not straight lines

The situation described in the OP is a textbook example of a hostile work environment created in part by an employee's use of her knowledbaton the OP's sexual orientation or preference. It calls for involving a lawyer to assess your options.

Just let people know them for who they are. People close to you who understand. Eventually it will get spread into the non fetish world that these people are horrible biggots, and they will lose friends.

Just like homophobic people lashing out at the gay community? Oh wait, it's still pretty rampant even in today's "more accepting" society. Yeah being gay is no longer considered a fetish but their are still plenty of bigots
