  1. 1. Has any non-ABDL person ever unintentionally aroused you by talking about diapers, speaking in baby-talk, etc...?

I remember back when I was 13 or 14 years old, we had a very hot teacher in elementary school.

One day we had a social studies class with her. Since it was a pretty informal class which pretty much consisted of talking with the teacher about random topics, virtually anything could come up.

She was talking about how important it is to treat a baby as if it were a person that could understand anything you say and constantly talk to it, to accelerate the development of the baby's communication skills.

Among other things she proceeded to tell us in a very cute cooing baby-talk what she says to her baby when she changes his diaper (yeah it burned into my mind):

"What's on your diapee? This one's got lil teddy bears on it and this one's got froggies. Which one should I slide under you? Which one would you like to wear? Into which one would you like to release your peepee and poopoo?"

I was listening to it flabbergasted, my whole body tingling, fidgeting around because of my raging erection. Thankfully, no one noticed.

I couldn't think of anything else but that teacher saying these things to me and putting ME in diapers.

I don't understand what is "underage related" in what I have written. I was relating sexually not to the baby but to the teacher, whom I imagined to be saying these baby-talk things to me. It seems no different to me when a non-abdl teenager fantasizes about having sex with a hot teacher.

If a mother puts her child to bed then immediately goes into the bedroom to have sex with her husband, is it also "underage related" to you?

I was primarily focused on the fact that you said it happened when you were 13/14.

Well, I was talking about myself, not someone else, so I wasn't providing sexual information about an underage 3rd party person, and besides the age of consent in my country, Hungary, is 14, so technically, I wasn't sexually underage when it happened.

Not to mention that the whole thing involved getting aroused, not having real sexual intercourse with the teacher.

However, the "age of consent" in the USA (where this website is hosted) is 18.

So in the USA, it is illegal to talk about any sexual experience you had before the age of 18 (despite the fact that most people experience at least masturbation sometime when they turn 12, 13 or 14) even if the "sexual experience" was just getting aroused on something?

I don't think your post is that bad, considering it was about yourself, and didn't involve some random 13-14 year old kid. It was yourself. What are you going to be considered a pervert because you're thinking about yourself at 13 with a boner? You're sexually molesting your younger self! You pig!

In the USA they can charge you with child abuse for simply viewing a picture of a minor that might be considered sexual in nature. What do you think?

I don't know what to think. I generally like the USA, it gave the rest of the world many positive things, but paranoid laws like this remind of the medieval witch burnings. If you're patriotic and I offended you, I'm sorry, but that's my opinion.

But we have gotten seriously off-topic.

It shouldn't even happen (it's illegal- unless both parties are under 18), so there shouldn't be anything to talk about.

That is stretching it way out of proportion... What law says you can't talk about minors and what they are doing? CPS doesn't cover that at all...

Ie if my son or daughter is playing around with the neighbor boy/girl and I go talk to him/her about it ... I guarantee nobody is going to jail.

If you relate your child experiences to your kids and chastise or show them what was right or wrong with it... You are not going to jail.

You need to rethink what your claiming, I believe.

Really? I didn't know that. Who decides what is considered 'sexual in nature'?

Any naked child. Even a kid in a bathtub needs their crotch covered (with a washcloth, or bubbles, etc.).

I have a friend in prison for having a few "inappropriate" pics on his computer.

its up to the judge and jury of each case to determine what is appropriate ... a parent who has a picture of their infant or toddler in the bathtub is not necessarily going to be charged with porn .... a lot also deals with why you have the pictures ... are you circulating them etc etc

That's not true, they can't just charge you for looking at a picture of a kid. If so you better lock up the whole US! People view pictures of kids all the time. People have kids, nephews ect, according to your logic, if you view it. You can be charged. How can anyone determine what's sexual to anyone

If the child is exposed, it IS illegal.

With all due respect, as often happens on AB/DL websites well-meaning members who have no qualification present their beliefs as facts.

There are actions clearly protected by law and there are actions clearly illegal.

Then there is a large group of actions that tend to be ignored until someone complains enough.

Yes, I am an experienced attorney licensed to practice in several states as well as in all USA federal courts. My law firm only handles corporate clients. I do not represent individuals.

When people on sites such as Daily Diapers ask my opinion, my standard reply is that if you feel the need to ask if an action is legal, then you need to retain an attorney local to you with experience in that particular field of law.

Bottom line is there is no easy way to say what image is legal and what is not legal.

with getting back onto topic..

i find it happens to me whenever i hear people talking about diapers or even saying the word diaper (especially adult diapers) its not intense but it makes me think of my fetish.

sometimes i have a hard time saying the word diaper to other people

I'm not one to argue something like this but that is just simply not true. It's illegal if it's sexual in nature. However, there can be a nude photo of a child without it being sexual or illegal.
