also just getting out of the house. go to the mall, go to the grocery store, go to the park, go to a coffee shop, just physically be around other people, get some fresh air, see new things, even if this is jsut walk around the store and looking up and down every aisle. Go somewhere you very rarely go... just get up and get out of hte house...

I've been on and off with mood swings as of late. I've been a little relaxed since I went on a four day camping trip away from society. Slowly everything I hate is creeping back in again, however I'm just rolling with it.
