sarah_ab Posted August 8, 2010 Share Posted August 8, 2010 also just getting out of the house. go to the mall, go to the grocery store, go to the park, go to a coffee shop, just physically be around other people, get some fresh air, see new things, even if this is jsut walk around the store and looking up and down every aisle. Go somewhere you very rarely go... just get up and get out of hte house... Link to comment
