ok a diaper can be used for clitoral stimulation, rubbing the outside so it presses against it, a dildo is more commonly used for insertion into the vagina or anus. That, for a male, is a curious question to ask. Normally, questions like this are asked of ones partner, in order to better satisfy her, and the second reason is that every woman is different, and it is the woman that is 'played like a piano' by the person with 'fingers like a concert pianist' is msot appreciative.
