Hello! Some of you may know me, and many of you won't as I have been away from this board for a while. However, I decided to try something I ran across in my random wanderings on the internet.

Having been a MTF TG, long before "TG" was even the term used, I have felt that my body had an extra part, and everything else about it was wrong as well - but one thing in particular really irked me. When I used to put on panties, or these days my diaper, even if I tucked that appendage out of site, I could still feel it and was aware of its existence. Thus, why this process that I am about to describe held a great deal of fascination for me, and so far, one of the funnest and best things I have done. Making a pseudo-labia that holds it place and shape without tucking, as well as internalizing the extra appendage - to the point of making urination close to what it is in a natal female.

The photos that are in this entry are not of me, or my result, but from the original document I followed. My results are similar, but not exactly like pictured due to slight differences in anatomy. Additionally, since the original document was in Japanese, I had to go by the pictures. There may be additional information in the original to produce better results. I welcome anyone who can read/translate Japanese to post the original instructions as well.

The pictures for each step appear directly under the step in the instructions.

DISCLAIMER:

I DO NOT advocate that anyone else try this, and if you do so, you do it at your own risk. You do run the risk of causing damage to yourself (i.e. tearing skin), and since I am not a physician, I cannot speak on any other long term damage this may cause.

WARNING:

Do not try to attempt to do this without Acetone! Failure to heed this warning may result in skin damage or being stuck in a very embarrassing position with some interesting explaining to do if you have to call 911.

If you have used a chemical hair remover in your pubic area, wait at least 24 hours before continuing!

If at any time you experience an erection while doing this, STOP. Wait a while for it to subside before proceeding!

SUPPLIES:

  • 1 Roll Surgical Tape
  • 1 Transparent Dressing (such as Nexcare Tegaderm dressing available at Walgreens)
  • 1 Tube of Dermabond or Superglue
  • 1 Container of Nail Polish Remover containing Acetone
  • 1 Washcloth

BEFORE WE BEGIN:

  • Make sure the area to be worked on has been washed clean and thoroughly dried.
  • Be sure to have removed the pubic hair from the area.
  • Pre-cut for yourself several strips of surgical tape. Most pieces I would recommend to be 2 to 3 inches in length. I used 2 full width pieces and 4 pieces that were 1/2 width. Uncircumcised individuals will also need 1 pieces that is 1/4 width.
  • If the transparent dressing is a square, cut a small portion out of the middle to form a "U" shape.

For UNCIRCUMCISED individuals:

  1. Stretch out the foreskin as far as it will comfortable go by the tip.

    post-15407-1246650591_thumb.jpg

  2. Measure back from the stretched tip about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch.

    post-15407-1246650606_thumb.jpg

  3. Wrap the small 1/4 width tape around the foreskin, creating a small tunnel for fluids to flow through.

    post-15407-1246650621_thumb.jpg

For ALL individuals:

  1. Gently push the testes up into the abdominal area with your index and middle finger.

    post-15407-1246650649_thumb.jpg

  2. While you have the testes pushed upwards, gently pull the penis down between these fingers towards the perianal area.

    post-15407-1246650654_thumb.jpg post-15407-1246650659_thumb.jpg

  3. While keeping inward pressure on the testes, switch hands to have a downward push on the penis and testes. With your free hand, use a piece of surgical tape to temporarily secure the penis to the perianal area.

    post-15407-1246650666_thumb.jpg post-15407-1246650675_thumb.jpg

  4. Gently spread apart the scrotal skin, pulling outward and excess skin. This lets the penis rest snugger to the body, and gives you extra skin to work with on the upcoming steps.

    post-15407-1246650683_thumb.jpg

  5. Pulling from the outermost base of the scrotal skin, stretch the skin outward and together meeting in the middle.

    post-15407-1246650692_thumb.jpg post-15407-1246650700_thumb.jpg

  6. Figure 09 gives you the approximation of where the testes should be sitting in the body.

    post-15407-1246650720_thumb.jpg

  7. While pinching together the scrotal skin add 1 to 2 drops of Dermabond or Superglue.

    post-15407-1246650732_thumb.jpg

    WARNING!

If the superglue runs onto your fingers, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PULL THEM AWAY! You will rip your skin if you do this. Instead, wet a washcloth with your nail polish, and gently stroke/roll the scrotal skin apart from the fingers with the washcloth.
  8. Add one of your strips of surgical tape just above the area you just glued. Be sure to pull the surgical tape as tightly as you can.

    post-15407-1246650742_thumb.jpg

  9. Press together the scrotal skin a bit further down from your initial glue drop, and add additional drops/tape to hold the kin together.

    post-15407-1246650750_thumb.jpg

  10. Repeat until you get almost completely to the tip of the penis/foreskin.

    post-15407-1246650757_thumb.jpg

  11. Once you have applied all the tape strips, get your transparent dressing. After pulling away the back, apply the dressing so the opening of the "U" shape is centered over the opening at the base of the glued labia.

    post-15407-1246650768_thumb.jpg post-15407-1246650777_thumb.jpg post-15407-1246650789_thumb.jpg

And now you are done!

Your end results may or may not look like the following, but seeing these was enough to get me to attempt it myself.

WoW!!! That is hardcore! Super cool looking but hardcore nonetheless. That was very long instructions but was very impressed with the outcome. If I had been a lot younger and read this I might have tried it. But since I'm older now and have accepted my penis I won't be trying it. But would love to hear if it worked for you. Was it painful to take off? How long would a person keep it like that? Thanks for posting that!!

Thanks Katharsys, I thought I'd seen it all but you learn something new every day. I think I'll just stick with my tuck and roll upholstery though, the upkeep on that custom interior is way too much work for this girl.

Thanks for the feedback on this.

I have decided to post updates on this, just to let others who are curious about it know how it works. But first, in reply to the other posters.

While I have to agree with Kvetinka that surgery would be better, I have to say that until I can afford surgery, the $14 option is more within my reach right now. And so far Freta, it seems after the time spent on this, the upkeep would really only be worth it if I was on the stage as a professional female impersonator. I tried it mainly as something different, and a bit fun. The tuck is heck of a lot easier. That said, I will keep this one in place just to see how long it lasts, and I may just do it again after since I have the supplies.

Now to answer Backindiapers. I don't know yet if it hurts to take it off - I am now going into my second day of "modification" from the first application. But so far, everything is still holding into place - through several wet diapers, shower and some moderate activity. However, if I use the nail polish remover to take off both the tapes and the superglue, I don't expect it to hurt other than some stinging.

Some things are so different than the normal though, as to be expected.

When getting un/dressed, over the years I have developed a bit of a twist while taking on and off my panties/clothing to protect and keep the tuck in place. That is the first difference - there is no need for that. Nothing pops out of place. And right along with that, there is a big difference in the sensation against the crotch area. Everything sits right where it is supposed to. There is no accidental pinching of the skin in the elastic of the underwear.

So far, I have not experienced any ill effects from this (knock on wood) other than some minor irritation from placing and replacing the surgical tape on freshly shaved skin. The first day however, there was a little extra discomfort when I had to use nail polish remover from some runny superglue. That did burn a bit, but not more than the stinging sensation one would have putting rubbing alcohol on a fresh scrape. The other minor bit of discomfort is that superglue, while it breaks it's hold with acetone, also crystallizes. Some of those crystals managed to get stuck on a few stray hairs, and getting them off did some hair pulling. The crystals that remained poked a bit, but they went away in the shower.

There has been a little shifting of the placement of everything on day two. The tip has retreated a bit under the folds of the lips, but not anything that is worrisome. The non-glued/taped extra skin on the underside (near the perianal area) have popped up a bit once the tip retreated. This is nothing more than an aesthetic issue, but since I am not looking at it, nor worried about anyone else seeing it really doesn't matter to me too much.

Due to some of the graphic nature of discussing some of thing that occur with this part of the human body, I have placed them behind spoiler code to read if you so choose.

Urination:

Urination is also a completely difference experience. When sitting on the commode, there is no longer that "splashback" that is ever present with the appendage hanging down. The stream shoots straight down into the bowl, coming through the "lips". And yes, you need to wipe after. The stream effect also applies to the diaper. Instead of having to place the appendage, and make sure it is aiming in the right spot within the diaper, the stream shoots naturally into the padding of the diaper. The slightly strange feeling that I am not quite used to however is the lack of moving or shifting of the stream. Even when sitting on the commode, there would be a movement back and forth from the penis. So having something gone that you have spent your entire life being used to is slightly odd.

Orgasming:

Orgasming is also still possible in this way as well - if you, like me, use a vibrating egg or massager to masturbate. There was not too much displacement from the swelling of the penile material, though personally I usually do not get rigid when using the egg. The downside is you still get that sticky goop, but it is a bit easier to imagine it as coming from a lover since it sits in the folds and the opening of the labia. So while you cannot yet achieve being penetrated in that way - nothing will achieve that short of surgery - this does make it easier to visualize it. And if you have ever dreamed of having a "creampie" post-surgery, this will give you something very similar in effect until you can finally actually experience it.

Hopes this helps the curious. I will post another update in the next day or so on how it is lasting, and eventually on the removal process.

I'll have a go at this! Been turned down for the 3rd time for my surgery. Starting to get upset :crybaby:

Looks to give a bit of discomfort, especially for the well endowed, but not having to adjust every couple hours, might actually be worth it. THANK YOU FOR THIS! Now for another vicodin as my broken foot is starting to hurt again...

Actually I paid 150 €, about 210 US $ or 218 British Pounds for a SRS referral letter to my therapist. Rest was covered by my health insurance in Germany (e.g. hormones, bood tests). T* should consider working or studying in Germany and becoming member of the German health insurance system. People with German background my consider re-imigration to Germany which many Russians with German backgound do nowadays.

I had to wait 2,5 years from the first appointment at a therapist till SRS at the University Clinic of Goettingen.

The problem is, that not all therapists understand the phenomenon of babygirls and systematically exclude us with reasons of fetishism and conected borderline personality disorders, etc. Best is, to keep reference to AB/DL outside of indications and refferal letters.

PS: A good reason for T*kids to study German language in school.

That's a lie. I know MtFs who have had to move house 3 times to get an operation, go with the cash flow so to say.

I'm screwed if my doctor picks the wrong PCT to contact because well we'll call them 1 and 2.

PCT 1 is where my hospital is located. They don't pay for ANYTHING, not even for the consultation 200 miles away with a gender therapist.

PCT 2 is where my house is located. They pay for 1 per year, depending on who has the better RLE and chance of 'passing.' They will pay for the therapist, but not travel.

So if my doctor sends me to the hospital 30 odd miles away for surgery, then I'm covered, if not, then I can expect a massive fken bill at the end.

To my fellow girls across the pond, I commiserate with you all. Please, do not mistake my earlier comment as being glib.

I know this is an ongoing need for many of us; all of us have various tasks, hurdles and hoops we are made to go through - some are similar, some different, and many of them seem to also center around cash flow. I was in truth only trying to put a bit of a bright side on the wait and frustration many of us have to go through in order to feel right in our body. However, I do think this might be an interesting subject for a different and ongoing thread. Maybe we can create a compilation of resources (and yes, I know they are already out there on the web in various spots) - lists of the differences in each country for requirements to get surgery.

Now, onto the ongoing experiment!

In response to the endowment comment, I can't say for anyone else, but I didn't have much of an issue. I won't say I am endowed (read: cursed), but I do have enough tissue there that Ms. Bowers would have no difficulty creating a vagina that could accommodate an average sized male.

The morning of day three, and the end of the temporary modification. To answer one of the original questions, the removal of the tape and superglue posed no pain, but that may be due to why they came loose.

I would expect that if the person doing this modification was wearing just panties, the tape and glue would have held for an additional 2 to 3 days. However, my incontinence and wet diapers, seems to have loosened the glue backing on the tape and cured loose the superglue.

So my overall rating on this, if I could assign it a letter grade, I would have to give this method a C+. The distinct feeling of having nothing dangling there was interesting, and gives me something to look forward to. However, the time necessary to do this lowers the grade. While for the first time, it really took me no more than 30 to 45 minutes, I don't foresee that much of a reduction in time with additional practice of doing this.

Cost wise, the $14 mentioned in an earlier posting was for the initial supplies. Of that you can get 8 applications. Now, this breaks down to $1.75 per application, and the main ongoing cost would be the replenishment of the Tegaderm bandages. Of the initial surgical tape and superglue, you have enough to complete 3 full rounds of application - for a total of 24 total applications. Basically, the cost breakdown if you use all the supplies and just replenish the Tegaderm is a total cost of $30.98 ($1.29 per application). So, if you are in the same boat as me, and have to wear diapers/pads for incontinence, you will get a total of 48 days. If you wear diapers just for fun, the number of days the full run of applications may be significantly higher.

Is this worth the expense and effort? That depends solely on how you much you wish to make that part of you look and feel right without having to tuck. I do know that I will use up the rest of the supplies doing it again, but I am not sure if I will replenish them unless something special comes up.

One particular thing to note however, the incontinence pads worked perfectly for the first time, as they would on a natal female - unlike what happens if you leak while tucked.

Good luck everyone and be safe!

-Kat-

Update once again.

So now, I am on my third go at this, and I do have to revise some of my previous thoughts on this process. It is strangely addictive, to say the least, the ability to hide that part of you - making it closer to what it should be. While I want nothing more than to get the surgery, this is both a blessing (in that it is hidden away where I can't see it) and a curse (in that I have a while to go before until I don't have to worry about it).

The ongoing time estimates have shortened quite significantly. This last application took approximately 10 minutes, while the second application took around 15 minutes. This is a significant reduction in time, so now taking no longer during the daily ablutions than shaving or washing up. Almost to the point where reapplication every few days is not all that significant. This is trending to my making this a part of my morning routine.

There were a few other questions I saw. The problems of trying to do this when erect is two-fold. The first is there is the issue of placement. You want to get the shaft as close to the groin area that you can. If you are erect, that placement is hard (pardon the expression) to accomplish. Also, you want to keep as much of the penile material within the scrotal range as possible.

The second issue is if you try to do this when erect, you run the risk of breaking the penile material. Yes, that can break, which can cause other major health issues.

One other thing that I have determined. If this is done as a two person operation, better results can be achieved. So far, I have only had myself to do this, so the "sutures" end up being a bit crooked from operating in the mirror. I am including photos of my latest results. I apologize for the poor quality of the photos, only having a webcam to take them with, but you can get the general idea.

It reminds me of a part from 'Forced Into Frocks And Frilles' by Jonatahn (My favourite story BTW):

This time, however, she picked up a tube and proceeded to squirt the clear chemical smelling paste on my flacid penis.

"Tell meJohnathan"

Joanna whispered in my ear as Pauline worked her way all around my manhood,

"have you ever had sex with Elizabeth".

I shook my head as I was still gagged by the dummy.

"Have you ever had sex with any girl"

she whispered sounding concerned, again I shook my head.

"Oh dear what a shame because now your a little girl you will never be allowed to use your little thing for anything other than doing your wee-wee's".

"All little girls are virgins Joanna"

Pauline said

"he will be no different".

Pauline was now rolling something very carefully up my penis, it looked like a small condom with a small rubber tube at the end which was shaped like the letter U. Pauline continued to apply the clear paste around my scrotum, under my crutch and the now hairless area above my penis. Joanna then handed her the strangest looking thing, it looked like a lump of dead skin. It was in fact latex and as Joanna onfolded it I could see it had what looked like a girls vagina in the centre. Pauline took it from her and very carefully pressed the thin latex to my skin above my condomed penis. She held it there for a few minutes, then she attempted to pull it off, I tried to scream as it felt like she was going to pull my skin off. Satisfied it was well stuck, she inserted the rubber tube from the condom into a hole in the latex.

She carefully examined it to ensure it was correctly fitted, she came behind me and I felt her reaching through my legs. I gasped in pain as she viciously pulled the latex through forcing my penis and balls between my legs and into my crutch. Her hand cupped under my legs pushing my privates tightly into my body. I closed my eyes, I thought I was going to faint and wondered when she was going to let go, then I realised that she had, as she came to the front to admire her handiwork, but the pressure on my privates remained the same.

"Now that looks so much better"

Pauline laughed as I looked down at the begining of my false female sex,

"no more dangly bits to spoil the look of your pretty panties Johnathan".

Tears of pain and humiliation ran down my cheeks as I shook my head.

"Oh stop crying Johnathan"

Joanna snapped

"you should think yourself lucky you've only got a latex girls sex.

Okay, so after seeing a few replies, I figured I would check-in and see if I can answer some of the questions posed:

wow...if you do that will u be ok? like still be able to have children, get erections, that kinda thing?

Anytime you do a proper tuck, and I am sure most of the T-girls in DD know what I am talking about, you will place the testes into a higher heat condition than is optimal. This can cause a decrease in sperm motility, and eventually effect in the long term your chances of producing offspring. The steps listed above, if done long enough, will have the same effect.

As to the ability to get erections, I can't say on the long terms effect of that.

...As to this question, I'm curious as to if you can get hard after the procedure and what happens if you do?

Well, that depends on several factors - however, for most I would recommend that you undo it all like Munch was saying. But once again, I cannot stress this enough - BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING THE SUPERGLUE!! You can very, very easily tear your skin (yes, I am speaking with personal experience, despite my own warnings). However, the few times that I had gotten even mildly aroused, I didn't run into any issues. But then, I have been tucking since about the age of six, so as I developed through puberty, my body became accustomed to "it" being down and hidden away even during aroused states.

One other word of note on this though. Watch for developing a skin sensitivity to the superglue. I have had to stop doing this for a while since the superglue now irritates me within a couple of hours. So if you notice itching, redness or soreness remove the glue and take a few week break before trying it again.

From a medical perspective, this can be extremely dangerous.

  • Cryanolate (bonding agent within super glues) can cause a caustic reaction to human skin.
  • Although supposedly designed for ease of use, sometimes large quantities of superglue excapes from the tube, and normally floods the object to be glued
  • Once glued, the weak part of this joint is the human skin. Torn skin from cryanolate normally will damage down to the lower dermis layer.
  • Cryanolate on the fingers fails to infect lower than the epi-dermis. On sacral tissue, it can burn for days below the skin layers.

If you wish to try this, use a specialized skin adhesive rather than super-glue.

If you wish to try this, use a specialized skin adhesive rather than super-glue.

Here, let me correct a few of those for you there...

I do recommended using one of the medical approved adhesives, such as Dermabond, FloraSeal, etc. These are compounds made of 2-octyl cyanoacrylate. While side effects CAN occur with commercial superglue (such as the aforementioned sensitivity), it is due to the ethyl-chain compounds, not the cyanoacrylate itself.

In the initial posting, it is advised that you use one to two drops. But I will add here, remove excess runoff with acetone.

Repeatedly through-out this series of posting, the warning is there to be very careful about how you remove the glue. Never at any time should you pull the skin apart, but use a solving agent like acetone. This will break down the molecule chains and free the skin without damage. Additionally, you should not have the glue there without the tape reinforcement.

That said, in limited exposure, superglue can be used for this. The decision is yours on what you want to do, and I highly recommend that you use your own good judgment and research to fully determine the risks.

There are many days I feel more like a girl than a guy. I CD a fair bit too. I've thought a great deal about it, but decided against it. In any case, I love my penis and wouldn't trade it for the world. It's that good. TGs shouldn't feel too paranoid about the dick 'problem' either - plenty of people (incl. myself) just can't get enough.

Apart from that, that process looks something potentially painful
