Hi all long time lurker just signed up. From Aberdeen UK . Had incontinence issues most of my life mixed incontinence.(oab) never to far away from a toilet , as well as the occasional bowel accident. Decided it was time to embrace it just over a year or so ago. started wearing 24/7 for urinary (had the occasional bm when not able to make it). Just not worrying and just going I am alot happier now as my anxiety levels have dropped been to Uroligy and not got a full diagnosis but they have definitely said mixed ic. Exploring the Abdl side of things and would love to take this further. Would be so much happier if I atrophied to such an extent that I was constantly dribbling.
