Good idea with the plastic pants, you can never be sure if your diaper might leak, I’ve got a few pair, but I keep forget to wear them, if I have a small leak then I will wear them the following night. ( only problem is that they make a little too much noise) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have at least 5 coffees a day plus about 3-4 cups of water a large one at lunch time, hence I have to wear Tena pants during the day with my small overactive bladder too, lucky also I have a job where I do a lot of walking, so a toilet is never too far away, most of the day I do little dribbles. I find that baby powder can make a big difference, also wearing a full size adult diaper is best, no pull-up style as they are not wide enough or big enough to cope with what might come out of your butt, P U clean up with plenty of wet wipes and wrapped up and put straight in the outside trash bin. Putting on a fresh diaper afterwards lots of baby powder just so you can smell good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
