I’ve never had the landing zone tear, I keep a roll of white duct tape handy for when I destroy the tape.

Best insert I’ve found, is a cloth pre-fold baby diaper, yes they get wet but they help relocate even the worst flood through out the diaper. This way you use the entire diaper not just the front and middle.

I used to wear the large (42” waist) but I started having some leakage issues, finally downsized to the medium and the fit is great and no leaks.

He’s a lucky guy for you wanting to do this, hopefully he comes to his senses soon. i wish I was as lucky.

I prefer Pura Stainless , they have a 27 ounce sport bottle that a standard wide mouth nipple will fit. I use a Minbie 9+ mo.

Just a note,I still have half a case of the original large white mega max. thought I would use them for comparison when all this is over.

dlsafrica, the north shore mega max is probably the best available right now, my opinion. what are you using that has that Huggies like quality? My experience with the mega max has been pretty good, so they had a glitch with them and they fixed it. And then they made it right to all that had an issue with it. They even offered to replace the case I had an issue with. I guess what I am saying, if they are available in your area that they might be worth a look. They are a good company to deal with, not easy to find.

One thing I’ve noticed about the white mega max , I’ve always used the large until the changes were made to them. ”perfect diaper I thought” I tried downsizing to the medium blue, a little trickier to fasten, but fits well enough to stop the leakage issues I was having. hopefully when the old version of the white returns I’ll have the same results with them.

The newest iteration of the mega max left me with constant leaks, north shore sent me several samples to sort it all out. the large white was the worst ,the large blue seemed an improvement , I though that maybe I could fit into a smaller size and asked for samples of the mediums. Since they have arrived I’ve tried the medium white , it’s smaller ,it fits better and it doesn’t leak. however, if it wasn’t for the large tabs, I would have to have help every time I had to change., then again if I hadn’t broken 3 dozen bones in my life then I would probably have the flexibility I needed to remain independent . i will try the medium blue mega max soon , the medium white will at least return things back close to normal. thanks again north shore for going above and beyond.

Wow! Shades of new coke all over again! Just kiddin now. ok , so now NS has an opportunity , I don’t believe they need the massive pr campaign like Coca Cola did , besides Coca Cola did all that to them selves ,like target practice at ones own foot. Haha. maybe a naming contest , like all of the packaging stays the same but they slap a sticker on the bag with the (new) Nick name on it. something like “ this ain’t Coca Cola (coke)”. Or “ Blast from the past” no need to get all fancy with it all . they have an opportunity to spend very little on advertising , let the members here and other like sites come up with something. Give the winner with the best slogan or catch phrase a free case of diapers and cred for it here. have some stickers printed, pay someone to open the box ,slap a sticker on the bags , reseal the box then ship them as they sell. i know it’s not That simple , but it could be. just one thing that I would like to note here, myself I just leak uncontrollably most of the time, but there are a lot of AB/DL folks that would go for these diapers with a little more bulk and a childish print. thanks again Adam for getting these back for all of us. quarktheory

First, thank you north shore Adam, and thank you also to all of the team at north shore. all of you have been great with a problem that your supplier has dumped on you. please pass this on to them “they are very inconsistent and should work harder to correct this dishonor “ they will understand after they translate it. also, I am guessing that the last run of the large white mega max has a wider leg opening . I am wondering , as I think I might be able to fit into the medium. It being smaller, I might be able to get a better fit. I have requested a sample to see if this is the case.

Antibiotics , depending on which one , all have unique requirements, some need fluids others are nullified by interaction with other medicines, you really need to read up on them and take them properly. sometimes certain foods will dampen their effect. do your research first, then take the full course. the worst way to take them is by not paying attention.

You guys got my hopes up , babypants has some great stuff, however their customer service (can’t express true sentiment here) is somewhat lacking. They do have an email contact, but when I last delt with them, their PayPal contact info showed their phone number was the same as the one for the 800 directory assistance. When I reported this to PayPal they didn’t seem to interested, however the Cal.state att general was. Guess they don’t like fraud. so I cut my losses and no longer do business with them. Good luck if you do.

Not sure of the xl sizing, the large , however had an amazing fit around the leg( for me) until the last product run. now , with the crotch area being less bulky, I’ve found the fit Around the legs to be lacking. you might call them about the fit and sizing and you should mention the sizing of the samples . I'm sure they can get it worked out . A sample does no good if it don’t fit.

Really disappointed with north shore,they told me that they would send me some of the blue samples to try, and if the fit was good they would replace my order with them. that was 11 days ago. Guess you can’t believe everything.

They’re working on that here, still. currently they use “distracted driving” or “inattentive driving” both vague and ambiguous laws , that ‘s been used from cell use to having only one hand on the wheel tickets ( to someone that is driving a stick shift). i think it should carry the same penalty that a dui carries.

My last order was batch HY2019901 with a manufacture date of 2019/05/30 just opened these and they were bad. the previous order was batch# HY2018610 with a manufacture date of 2019/01/04 still have some of these, you can clearly see the zig zag creases on the Diapers through the sides of these bags, also when set next to each other the bag is clearly longer, about the thickness of an unfolded diaper. There are ten diapers in both the old and new bags, that makes the new diapers 10% thinner. NS has agreed to send me a few of the blue samples to try the fit, that was Wednesday , haven’t seen anything yet. I guess they are incredibly busy with all of this. So patience.

She hit me at 50 mph, no injuries to her, her husband or her mother who was in the back seat. the husband got out of the car and toed up to the white line ,just standing there the whole time. the mother left the scene,running across the street to a local diner, the police never interviewed her. the driver avoided contact with me, when the police arrived it was like she was on a date and the cop couldn’t wait till the movie was over. i always suspected that she was the cops snitch. no tickets were given, even though she was clearly at fault. I had to insist that the police report indicated it was her fault. in my state, there is a 25,000$ minimum for liability , that’s property damage, and medical. of course she had the minimum coverage. Her insurance paid a total of 25k that was divided between my lawyer 1/3, payoff on the value of my car( determined by her insurance company’s value) and lastly my medical. my full coverage insurance didn’t pay anything as her company had paid.i did not have underinsured motorists coverage. they under valued my car, but my gap insurance made up the difference , getting ahead on payments will cost you here. and lastly my group health insurance demanded reimbursement up to my total out of pocket limit. i did sue,they settled( for the maximum they were required to pay by law). I was in massive pain for three years, I have no use for distracted drivers , insurance adjusters , lawyers, and uneducated self serving politicians who sell their selves to lobbyists. My Medical the first 3 years was over 250K , I had to buy a new car out of my pocket. And now I shell out every month for diapers , diaper covers, etc. also my replacement car, I had to trade after 2 years because I could no longer drive it comfortably. now I drive a very large and heavy truck.

In 2009 ,blessed by a near sighted tailgater on her cell, my return to diapers had started. Still if I give much thought to it, i relive the whole thing. the reality of it took a few weeks to bloom. Technically I had a “beer can fracture “ of the L4 vertebrae , ruptured the L4,L5 and the S1 disc’s. The L4 break nicked the spinal cord sheath causing fluid leakage from the cord.(this is the most painful of all of the injuries). also torn rotator cuff along with multiple soft tissue injuries and yes fractured foot. sometimes if I over do life I’ll even lose feeling starting near the groin and as the swelling increases progressing lower. So to lighten things back up. Yes that was a very dark time , as I woke up in the ER (briefly) then again in ICU 9 days later as they were starting to move me to a private room, I realized that my diaper was being changed. I was really shocked by the whole thing. my car was only a year old, the day before It had just turned 10,000 miles on the odometer ,it wasn’t anything special. I picked it off the lot and paid it off six months later. All the bells and whistles even dealer added cruise control. i had developed a nasty infection from the catheter while I was out, that’s why I had been diapered they said. I thought later that one of the less experienced nurses had changed out the Catheter and did some damage by not deflating it fully before removing it. hospital diapers are the cheapest thinnest available that they charge 150.00 each for. after a few days and multiple changes, my rash blistered ,yet again more inexperience. most of my caregivers were older, a few, male nurses mid to late twenties. But the one angel in the crowd, full breasted ,early twenties, maybe even late teens. i was so happy when she took over my care, some how the diapers got thicker, the changes more often and the rash faded. i had made it to the three week mark, they were letting me go home, ha . Had to have a ride , my car had been towed after being totaled. after waiting around most of the day, I found out that the staff had drawn straws, someone “volunteered” to drive me home. as I’m waiting by the exit , my cute little angel showed up behind me, holding her 8 month old and toting a diaper bag. guess that explains the figure and the mothering I received. She told me that her and her husband would be driving me home as a blue grey minivan pulled up. the hospital had set me up with lots of help until I was able to move around better. i wish I could have thanked my angel better, she clued me into a few web sites to buy supplies ,a few of them ABDL sites. i never saw her or her little family again, I hope life has been good to them ,they were amazing helping as they did. maybe if they read this someday and recognize my story they will know how much they helped and how much I appreciated it. so I spent the next three years between the neurologist ,the neuro surgeon and physical therapy. when I hit the one year mark, both doctors told me how surprised they were that I hadn’t landed in a wheel chair permanately. Oh! And the diapers, at first they really bothered me, after awhile I realized that we all start out in them, most of us will end up in them, a few of us lucky ones have to wear them all the time. just one last note, I joined this site a few years ago, not long after another member suggested I go to the newbie nursery and introduce myself. so this is/was part of my life the good and otherwise , this really happened to me. I couldn’t have written it if it didn’t . lastly thank god that I’m still here, upright and mobile, oh! And also thank god I love diapers. i you have questions, would like advice or just want someone to listen, I’m here, the least I can do to repay the help that found me. quarktheory.

OOOPS, So last night after giving my praises , i had finished up the last of my old case of mega max,(actually I have 2 left in a go bag i use when traveling). i started getting ready for bed , let's just say that i have really noticed the difference between the old and the new mega max. what would normally last me through the night ,had to be backed up with both cloth and a pair of plastic pants. on the other side of this, I emailed N.S. and they sent me a reply before my alarm went off. so please relax Adam , one of your very efficient staff members is already working on this. Thank You for the prompt service, that does mean a lot. i don't know what the outcome will be , but for now , I'll stay positive. all of us start out in diapers,most of us will finish in them, only a few of us will be fortunate enough to have to wear them all of the time. thank god I enjoy them.

I've tried the new mega max , they're my second favorite.more absorbent than thier other offerings, fit better than most disposables. the only diaper that i have found that is better is the Rearz Dinosaur at 6200ml, but it doesn't fit as well and the back sheet is weaker. guess I've lucked out and missed all of the changes,maybe North shore could list the Lot numbers of the bad product. Please.

Hi i’m looking for a mommy. Someone that doesn’t mind changing diapers,someone that will check if i’m Wet at 3 am. Change me if needed,feed me my bottle or nurse me back to sleep.
