If Sophie can work on a project like Luna I think she must be pretty good at what she does. Considering how small there team is she must multitask a lot! I hope she can continue to do what she loves no matter where she ends up.

I can agree with this. One of the things I was trying to say was that I felt things happened too fast in this chapter. Sophie is feeling like shit because a shitty boss had a shitty talk with you about a bunch of bullshit and you can't do anything about it. I have that happen before and I'm down in the dumps for a while also. I hope that Luna can tell the difference from a momentary dip in self esteem from a genuine , if unknown, need.

I feel like the hypnotism here is unnecessary. Luna with her understanding has other ways to achieve her goal. While this would be slower it would not have her harm her user. We already see her redefine her purpose her (good job by the way). I don't think having her attack Sophie like this at this time is good.

William most likely feels that as long as he can get Luna to where she needs to be then nothing is off the table. Restraints can be “add later”. As the CEO the buck stops with him. I don’t know what the “public face” of Luna really is though. So its hard to judge alot of characters.

I can kinda see where this is going I think. I couldn't find the words to describe why I think this computer is going awry right now. I did find ,during my quick search, Munchausen Syndrome. Which is close( not really). Also alot humans suck at planning ahead. I heard about this a-lot over the years. Any computer that does what Emma just did to Tish will never have respect. Maybe disdain, scorn? I don't know. However it wont be respect.

Computers like this can be really terrifying. I read online that we have computers RIGHT NOW that can predict what you will say based on a brain wave signals ( I think I remember that right. Correct me if I'm wrong) With a device like the one that Tish is wearing there is no way to know if she could be punished for thinking bad thoughts. I'm looking forward to reading more!

I like it so far! However the opening kinda makes me feel like the ending will be (IMO) bad. I am torn between reading and seeing how luna evolves and just ignoring the entire thing until the ending is posted.

I agree with this. For me it makes the story not worth the time i invested in reading it. I’m totally bummed out.

Beth's fate just shines a light on how utterly reprehensible everyone in the world really is. Amazon's will do anything to have a child. Cameron spent the entire novel fighting to save himself from being transformed into something else against his will. We see Addy throughout the novel grow to want him as his baby. Then at the end of the novel he returns to being an amazon and decides that he has to have a little/baby of his own and uses Beth to do it. Beth can't fight or save herself, has no voice. The only thing she is to everyone else in the world, including Cameron and Addy, is a resource. Why pay for a little or try ourselves when you can already know the gender of your child will be female? Amazon's will do anything including kidnapping people of the street to have a child and Cameron and Addy are no different. Cameron is even worse since he told the entire world during his hearing that people should have a voice. I guess if you can't speak for yourself it doesn't matter. I see everyone in this book as a vile and Horrable things. I see Beth's fate as a Assisted Suicide. The world created here is utterly disgusting to me. I am really really annoyed that things turned out this way.

I also think that some type of therapy is needed. Also I hope Addy doesn't feel like the guilt is too much to bare! I sort of feel like she might insist on being the little sister to make it up to him. Poor guy just needs some stability.

Didn't know you finished this. Congrats! I read an earlier chapter that I think had Matt Cheating on his wife with Paige. Did I read that wrong? I read that then when I went back to read it later I saw that you decided to change the direction of the story. After that I figured I should wait till the story is finished before I read this or it's prequel.

I feel like everyone is being a little too hard on Luke. I do want him to realize how wrong he is but wanting anything like acceptance is impossible. I think all Erin has to do is be there when he fails. To either prevent him from falling or tell him how to succeed.
