Martin Cloons (spelling?) said in an interview I remember many years ago that he was "sort of obessed with nappies and things", I don't remember much more than that I was pretty young! but I remember that sticking in my mind
-
No it's really easy to find them, so much easier than the UK, almost all of the supermarkets have some & alot of street shops!
-
yeah the quilted channels are cool! they have alot of different ones, mine had like fruit on the landing zone and was promoting keeping active when you're older
How is your mandarin progressing Bboy?
My bad, I wasn't thinking properly when you said Beijing lol for some reason I was just thinking it was humid like the south is but it gets really cold up there!! How long are you staying for?
-
I found that too. They don't seem to lock wetness away so well, maybe it's the humidity though. What are you working as over there? teaching english? if you don't mind me asking that is

Why would you want to wast your money on something that is not made for you or will do the job you need it to do for you? Just buy something that is A made to fit your body B will work and hold what you need it to. I mean you wouldn't try to bot on a baby's oneis or baby cloths that was made to fit a baby would you?
they'll do the job i/we want it to do. my gf prefers baby ones. I do know what you mean though, if I had more privacy I'd buy the bambino adult ones cause they do look ace however I'm still living at home and saving some money for moving later on. Plus I find adult ones hard to dispose of, since there's usually always someone in my house when I'm in and I work 9-5 mon-fri I don't get time to do it in secret really, whereas baby ones are tiny and can be easily hidden.
I understand what you're saying but for now baby one's will do what i require so all is good

I've had some pampers 6 before and they've not leaked, perhaps my bladder wasn't full to the max. I'm not planning on wearing out and about really it's just for a bit of home comfort

[edit] ignore this bit
the english name for them is Elder Love.
Elder love is the name of some different ones sorry my bad
[/edit]
doesn't help much but it's something! Not sure where to buy from though
-
actually they work reasonably well if you wear them under some tight underwear. I know they won't fit like an adult nappy but they still hold a wetting or 2, I wasn't planning on messing in them so they work fine for me.
I was just wondering what people's impressions of them were that's all
-
I've been reading the reviews on the site, and people seemed to think huggies were bigger. I've had babydry 6 before and they didn't quite fit, still comfortable though.
What're your thoughts on huggies? Is the size considerably better than pampers? 'cause the smell of pampers is great!
I've not tried them, I'm thinking of getting some pull-ups large size as people said they stretch a fair bit & some superflex large.
saying this my fellow uk friends asda have a sale on for huggies drynites at half price £2.49 or something, but I used to work there so I can't go buying them damn!

Hi - PHP, LotusScript, Java, Perl and of course HTML! I am in the web applications side of development so different languages have different benefits - I don't profess to know Java completely though! When I graduated, it took 18 months to get a programming job and spent the time working for one of our lovely supermarket chain home delivery services - Transit vans are gods gift to driving
haha indeed, my company has one, although it's getting a bit old now! Java...java....java that not so nice language that most people I know don't like! me included mostly because when we were learning it; it was confusing but I'd like to go back now and try again I'm sure I could get it! I'd like to get into web design but all of my 3rd year projects were application programs in vc++ so I have a preference for that!
anyway hope you're enjoying the site!
-
welcome!! I see you're a fellow computer-er! what sort of coding do you do? I wish I could score a coding job but I just graduated so I'm doing tech support at the moment!
-
I have no idea which is the most popular one, but I was in the south (Zhongshan to be precise) and my gf just nipped into a local supermarket to get some and came out with those, they were a dark blue package, with Dr. P written across it, I think the P was red but don't hold me to it!! the one's I think are the heart ones are in a white package, I never saw them close up, but there was a heart on the front haha so I assume that they're the infamous ones!
Where abouts is your gf? I might be moving to China too in the future, depending on jobs and things!
-
Yeah you can buy them in the supermarket in China, they're alot more readily available than in England. Dr P ones are quite common, I had some, although they weren't the one's with the hearts on. I'm sure you can get them though I saw packets like them
-
My girlfriend had some tape like the smaller one below. I think it was from Muji, although I guess you can get it from other places.
-
haha yea I saw that too. Scrubs is my favorite comedy by far! I'm glad I wasn't watching that one with friends or i'd probably have died, I get embarrassed easily ^^"

how about postage descreetness? I'm still living at home

Incubus - Are you in?
awesome song, such a brilliant album as well!
-
I've not had a problem with them. the 8-15 ones fit me fine, the 4-7 I could just squeeze into but they ripped to about half way if I moved alot
-
interesting topic. I'm not sure if I am or not, I enjoy the aspects of acting young, (no responsibility, accidents, being mischievous etc) but then at other times I feel kinda strange to it. but on the whole it's fun for me I guess and less of the emotional.

Firefox 2.0 all the way. Although I encounter rare websites that something goes wrong with, for instance I was visiting a mandarin language website the other day and the text was flashing which didn't in IE7 but still I told them and they're going to fix it
-
Well in! my girlfriend is awesome too, although I am her boy, she still understands it and enjoys me being her baby very much. I guess we are both very lucky to have met such understanding girls!! I know a hell of alot of girls who'd run off telling all their friends I don't understand people who can't accept other people for being different

I considered it for my finals at uni (well my gf suggested it) but i chickened out cause I thought it'd be too noisy, especially if I finished early ^^
