Happy to see I could inspire more contests to be conducted on the site. Wish I saw this earlier, but like they say, better late than never! Even though it's late, I wish you luck and hope the contest goes well!

I've now looked at Posteo secure mail system. It is definitely a better product than ProtonMail for some one needing as strong a secure privacy protecting email service as they can get. In my opinion, I don't "need" that level of security..... I agree that someone needing it, this is a better option and someone needing it would work through the additional issues to make it secure.
I'd have to look closer, but their "promise" of blocking email not delivered of TLS based connections I suspect would not be correct for my planned usage (if enabled), as I'm using this via a mail forwarding server. For those going direct, it probably works as advertised since most email is sent direct based on DNS information these days and not forwarded through a third party system, unless you are with in like a company subdomain structure..... And I can understand the help in blocking spam this way.... So while this is a nice feature, it could block communication that I don't want blocked. Ok, I don't have to activate the feature. And while they allow one to test the setup for a short duration for free, I'd want to test some things that require a (very minor) payment......
Since I think ProtonMail better lines up with what I'm after, I'm still favoring that even though it is "less secure".
Yeah, TLS sending/receiving is optional.
You should use whatever service you feel most comfortable with, in the end there's no perfect solution. You have to weigh the pros/cons for whatever provider and make sure that it's right for you.

In reviewing Posteo, they are located in Germany, which means, Germany is part of 14 eyes.... As such, I think I trust Proton over Posteo at this point....
Doesn't mean as much as you might think. Protonmail actually got the climate change activist because of a French court order which went through swiss government to make ProtonMail assist in taking the guy down. So you're not actually dealing with just the Swiss government here due to MLAT treaties. Something that Protonmail neglects to tell you about, except very briefly when discussing the incident regarding the climate change activist.
Posteo has some good features which allows you to not have to trust them, such as them being 100% open source, allowing you to encrypt your entire mailbox (including all content metadata) along with some other things. Posteo also supports PGP through integration with Mailvelope, so your PGP keys aren't actually stored on their servers, where with Protonmail, they are.
In the end, though, you shouldn't be sending anything truly sensitive over email, it's inherently insecure and should not be trusted with actually private/sensitive communication.

Very good point. One way that I get around that issue is by using prepaid cards. I usually get them at the grocery or gas station, and once that card is used up, I just get another one. That way nobody gets at my bank account, and I can still help here if I want to.
I use privacy.com. All my bank statement sees is "NSA Giftshop PAY WITH PRIVACY.COM"
It's also locked to DD, so if it got stolen, it could only be used on DD and i'd get a notification if someone tried to use it on anything else.
It also allows me to put fake name/address info on the transaction.

I think if I had to pick one superpower it'd have to be the power to transform. This would essentially give me any ability that any living creature had.
If I wanted to fly, I just transform into a creature that could fly.
If I wanted to be invisible, I'd just pick a creature that's so small that no one would be able to notice it.
Etc...

Nope. My health issues allow me to live a care free life. My wife's job is one where she works by taking care of me through a state program + we get disability money. It's so much better to deal with the inconveniences of my health condition than to deal with the stress and struggles of a normal life.

Tags are used differently on this site, filtering by tags will most certainly filter out a large amount of content you want.
I personally use the search feature and search for content of the post, this is more reliable than doing a search based on tags.

i hope there going to be more to this story soon
I don't think this story will be continued any time soon. I haven't had the urge to write in a long time, literally the last update to this story was pretty much the last time I did any real writing.
I could see a future where I reboot this story and change things around a bit, as I'm not very happy with it as it stands. But If it does come back it would not be in the form of a continuation and instead be in the form of a reboot of the entire thing.

It makes me happy to see that you enjoyed that story. In all honesty, I experienced the opposite problem that the OP had to deal with; the client ghosted me after I wrote the story which forced me to end the "honor system" payment method I had been using for years. He actually paid me after I put the story up so maybe him seeing it publicly posted reminded him to pay me? XD
You did reach out to me, but I never replied because I was swamped with commissions. In fact, I'm working on ten different comms as we speak, but that's why I don't put my information up; I'd rather have people message me so I can get to know them and understand exactly what they want to read in a commission.
Sorry, I do remember reaching out to you, I just didn't recognize the name.
I think you might misunderstand the point of the post, listing authors and their terms. It's not to skip through the communication process, it's more so it get a very basic understanding of the author and advertise that they are, in fact, available and taking commissions. It was a response to the very messy "is anyone taking commissions?" posts that I would see pop up here and there. I figured it'd be easier if authors had one place where their basic rates as well as terms and conditions were up for everyone to see, if they were looking for someone to commission.
However, if you have ten separate commissions going right now, it would seem you might be more burdened than anything by having your information on the Writers & Their terms thread.

I also remember reading the story " revenge of the diaper doctor" by @Cya, and I believe he said that this story was commissioned by someone and then he decided to post it. was a darn good story and it was awesome! i'm not sure if he is one of the commissioned authors that is on this list, but it is worth a look!
Brian
I do not generally reach out to authors to find out if they take commissions (I did for the initial post, so I had some authors to start with), but usually, I let the authors come to me. The page is pinned to the top of the Story & Art Forum, so I assume if people are interested, they'll reach out.

As Brian mentioned, try to keep an updated list of writers who are currently taking commissions and their terms over at:
However, I understand what you're complaining about. I commissioned someone a while ago through Email, spent over $200 on commissions with them, had the first commission go on without a hitch, then on the second commission I was ghosted after a chunk of it was written. After a year, I emailed the person back asking for a refund and still have not received anything. I'd never do a chargeback or anything like that, and the circumstances for this specific individual are a bit special. However, I totally get where you're coming from, it really sucks to have a commission paid for and for it to not be completed all the way through, especially without a refund or at minimum a heads-up.
I have had nothing but positive experiences commissioning @Elfy, so I can vouch for him as far as quality and reliability are concerned.

Just accidentally formatted the wrong drive and erased 600 photo sets and videos...... thank God for redundant backups!
I once accidently completely formatted my 2TB Harddrive with absolutely everything important on it. I had no backups, nothing. Thank god HDDs don't actually delete their data right away, they simply mark the zones as "free space" to be written over later. I was able to recover almost everything, with only 1 non-important folder having corrupted data.
This reminds me I need to do a backup project I've been putting off. My goal is to have 1 off-site backup, 1 backup at home and 1 (possibly 2) encrypted backups on servers that I control.

[WINNERS CHOSEN] The 3rd Kasarberang Story Contest! The NON-CONtest #3
in Story and Art Forum
Posted
Hello everyone and welcome to The 3rd Kasarberang NON-CONtest!
This contest was approved by @DailyDi ahead of time.
"The 3rd Kasarberang's NON-CONtest"
As the name sort of suggests, this will be a story contest for writers new and old. The purpose to create more femdom/non-consensual stories here on DD.
CONTEST THEME:
All stories must include this theme or a derivative of it to qualify.
This time the theme will be super broad and will instead just be that your story has to focus around one or more of the following kinks.
I feel these kinks are nearly as represented as they possibly could be, so this is kind of my way of trying to boost said representation.
RULES TO QUALIFY:
Please read through the rules carefully so that your story qualifies, if you have any questions or need clarification feel free to ask.
1. Story must fit with the theme.
2. Story must contain and primarily center around a dominant female(s) and submissive (male(s)/female(s))
3. Story must be new! Previously paid only content made free and stories posted prior to this post do not qualify.
4. Story must be properly tagged based on the stories content and contain "3rd kasarberang non-contest" as one of those tags. (You can use my Non-con list to see what other type of tags I'm referring to).
5. The beginning of the post must mention that the story is being created as a part of this contest and include a link to this page, so others can easily find it.
6. All characters depicted must be over the age of 18 years old.
All stories must be submitted by or before August 7th 2023 all stories posted afterwards will not be entered.
IF YOU WANT TO BE CERTAIN THAT I'VE RECEIVED YOUR STORY SUBMISSION PM ME A LINK TO YOUR STORY WITH THE TITLE "Kasarberang NON-CONtest Story Submission" OR LEAVE A COMMENT ON THIS POST WITH A LINK TO YOUR SUBMISSION.
Prizes:
Prizes may be added closer to the end date, depending on if I can swing it. The first contest had slots added and prizes increased before it was over. (Prize money will not decrease, but may potentially increase.)
1st Place: $300
2nd Place: $100
Prizes can be either redeemed as various gift cards (Amazon, Google Play, Apple, Uber, Netflix, Hulu, etc..), sent directly to a PayPal account or as a direct donation in your name to DD.
CONTEST DURATION:
The contest will begin now and officially end August 7th 2023, this will give people tons of time to write and submit their stories.
JUDGING:
Judging will begin August 10th 2023 and will aim to end by or before September 17th 2023.
I will be judging stories primarily on readability, length, my personal enjoyment of the story and of course how you incorporated/interpreted the theme.
Community feedback will not impact the judging, this is to keep veteran members and new writers on a level playing field.
Questions & Answers:
(This will be updated as questions get asked.)
Q: Can SFW Stories be entered
A: Considering the theme this time around, I will not be accepting SFW entries.
Q: Does the story have to be completed by the deadline?
A: No, you can submit a story that is being periodically updated with chapters, but just know I can only judge what is available by the time the contest is over.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum length the story has to be?
A: Nope, your story can be as short or as long as you want, but length will be considered when judging. Favoring high-quality stories that do the most with the concept.
LIST OF ENTERED STORIES:
All entered stories will go here so that people can easily find them.
