I assumed that but somebody posting in the Bambino thread in the Just Diapers section complained about them being small and I wanted confirmation out of somebody.

Are the cloth Cushies the same size as the regular ones?

Tried out my sample of the new Bellisimo last night. Plastic is softer, the fluffiness is great. I just wish there was a higher rise on them because I'm not really confident in their ability to hold when I'm on my stomach wetting at night. Is two inches too much to ask? I would gladly pay the $90/cs if they came up a little higher.

They totally ship to the US, and its unlikely that the cost will wipe out the savings on balance. They've shipped to me before and I was satisfied with the savings I got on clearance for pull-up cloth diapers.

We refer to it as "having special time" or "being in my specials" with the word referring to "special pants." Works for us.

Two more things worth mentioning: -I'm about 6" and the large just barely fits my body length. It's a perfect length. -The zipper runs halfway down the thigh, allowing for easy changes. This was a great surprise as another one I have that is older only goes to the end of the body. What a great detail!

I ordered one of these on Monday and received it today. It looks great. It's a little wide but I may sew it in on the sides. I panicked after reading the reviews and ordered a second one in the next size down. The first one fits great though, so I'll be returning the other one when I get it in. WHOOPS

Yeah, makes sense. This is really a matter of a company's claims right now vs their reality. If people really want an answer to this question that's probably the only way to do it. Of course a denser diaper core would compress less than a fluffy one too, so there are a number of complicating factors.

People were debating the thickness, not the width or mass. I pointed out much earlier in this debate that they were wider. I think that contributes to how it feels between your legs. I'm glad somebody put ruler to diaper but that's still not the same thing as thickness.

Something that I realized after casting my votes in the poll is that part of the fun of this is transgressing: being too old for diapers but wearing them is part of what I enjoy about my fetish. If that became OK it might diminish the enjoyment about the transgression.

I love laying back and exhaling as soon as my diaper is taped on and wrapped around my body. I love that "uh oh" moment between when I start wetting and finish. I love when I put on a diaper and as a male the sensation that my parts feel a little lost in all of the padding. I love when others around (those that have consented to seeing them) can see that the diaper is wet. I love any time when others around come in contact with my diaper or comment on the status of its wetness. I love wearing in public, hidden under clothes, but especially when wearing shorts. I love hearing the crinkle at any time.

Yeah, my tapes held well, but then again I'm coming from wearing Teddy Bambino on the regular. I readjusted my tapes in the morning to accommodate my then-less-bloated body and was able to make my way around comfortably, something I've been unable to say about the first and second run teddy tapes.

I think we need to see the long-form version of this story, just to be sure. Can you get it from Hawaii so that everybody shuts up about it?

My sample pack arrived in the mail yesterday. This first led me to think about the name. I'd suggest "Poopers" as a name just like in the TV Show Dinosaurs if I had a Facebook account. 8-) When they arrived, I pulled out a Teddy to check out how it shaped up to the New Bambino. The plastic is quite soft. It feels wonderful. The tapes are sound and so is the landing zone. The landing zone is as cute as advertised. It's thicker than the Teddy, of course, and is much wider when folded up. The New Bambino is a full inch wider at the crotch when just folded. This probably means it's 2-2/5" wider in all. That means that there's more diaper area to scrunch between your legs and feel "thick" in two dimensions: thickness and in how wide (and pushed together) the diaper gets. I appreciated this clever solution to all of the clamoring for a thicker diaper that people have done since they came out with their original lines. After trying it on, I discovered one thing I didn't like about it: I don't like how low-rise it is. I wish it came up higher. When I try the other New Bambino out, I'll line up the rise but I can say from experience that the rise of the diaper is lower. I imagine this was a cost tradeoff to fit more material into it width-wise, but I wish it really enveloped me at least a little further up my belly. That's part of the experience and something I think they'll want to work on. At $1.88 at the case price, I'm sure they can work out that kink on their next run. At the rate that I go through diapers I may not need to buy until then anyway. I wore the diaper to bed and have been wetting since. This diaper is so absorbent I haven't even made it into the the rear with any of my wets yet. I felt no concerns whatsoever about lying on my side or my stomach or my back and wetting. I haven't worried once about how much wets came out or how quickly it'll be absorbed. There's a lot of SAP in it. Although unlike other diapers like Abenas that have a ton of SAP, my skin isn't irritated. The diaper has puffed up considerably. I'm waddling when I make my way around. I'm having a lot of fun in it, and it's certainly great for playtime!

Just ordered. Can't wait to check them out.
