  1. I ordered a couple of large Bellas and I'm really curious to see if they give me the effect I wanted/ was complaining about with the new low-rise cut of the Bella/ Teddy lines.
  2. Medium. On the Teddies, the last batch of tapes/ landing area was atrocious. The current batch, with their glossy landing area, is great.
  3. They definitely have - it was part of an announcement in the spring that all lines were being refreshed. The new Teddys I just received yesterday have a shiny plastic tape landing zone (instead of the matte one they used to hhave), a fluffier feel to them (the company mentioned compressing them a little less), and a wider crotch (the diaper feels a little wider in there). What kind of bums me out is that the diaper comes up on the hips to a point that isn't as high (it has a lower rise) than it used to. I loved when the diaper just stuck out a little bit from the pants I was wearing, but I also need the rise to come up in case I'm pointing that way. Had I known that this changed happened, I might have just gotten a case of the Bellissimos. Oh well.
  4. Unique IPs?
  5. I'm happy not being in control of this but enjoying the ride.
  6. One could do all of that or look for a product that accommodates the fact that sometimes you point up, sometimes you point down. Even the other Bambino products do that better than the Bellissimo. I understand that the product they're producing is costly and they have to make decisions according to constraints, but the choices they have made result in a product I'm not interested in buying especially at the product cost to me. It's too bad because otherwise it's quite a product.
  7. Honestly I could see doing this simply by being a boy and "pointing up" while in one of these. The rise is too low.
  8. If anybody knows how to turn off the automatic HTNL code to add the media player to an .mp3 link, a link to the hypnosis code is in the post above. I just tried to remove it for half an hour. I'm giving up.
  9. found it: http://web.archive.org/web/20100919154717/http://www.littleab.com/wavs/Baby.mp3
  10. Found a few packs in SWPA.
  11. Question for those who've been regular orderers of Teddys for a while. In the recent redesign, did they reduce the rise in these diapers to be more like the Belissimo? I want to order during the sale, but if they've made the diapers more similar, I'll order the thicker ones, if the dimensions have become the same. Otherwise I'd prefer the Teddys, with their higher rise. I just don't like the rise of the Belissimo as much, as awesome as it is in thickness. But if they're the same now...
  12. I don't want to be some person just advertising somebody else's products on here but these things are inexpensive and are cute as all get out and are $35. http://fab.com/sale/7063/ Let's see if this loads: note: edited to anonymize the link.
  13. there actually comes a point when it's so hot that i actually want something covering my diaper, maybe little shorts or something, because it's too hot to want to touch the plastic. but not yet! living it up.
  14. on a day like today when it's going to be really hot, i like to be dry and fresh for as long as i can. eventually though that starts to change.
  15. I've had the mediums before and they fit. I just didn't want to be in for a surprise. According to the other thread going, I shouldn't be.
  16. Agreed. Please repost!
  17. I assumed that but somebody posting in the Bambino thread in the Just Diapers section complained about them being small and I wanted confirmation out of somebody.
  18. Are the cloth Cushies the same size as the regular ones?
  19. Question: are these cloth Cushies the same size as the plastic-backed ones?
  20. Tried out my sample of the new Bellisimo last night. Plastic is softer, the fluffiness is great. I just wish there was a higher rise on them because I'm not really confident in their ability to hold when I'm on my stomach wetting at night. Is two inches too much to ask? I would gladly pay the $90/cs if they came up a little higher.
  21. They totally ship to the US, and its unlikely that the cost will wipe out the savings on balance. They've shipped to me before and I was satisfied with the savings I got on clearance for pull-up cloth diapers.
  22. We refer to it as "having special time" or "being in my specials" with the word referring to "special pants." Works for us.
  23. Check this office interior out. Looks like a playland. I guess this place makes gadgets for SkyMall etc. Workplace Wonderland Davison International Inc., a 285-employee company that designs and creates kitchen gadgets, toys and other consumer products, relocated in 2006 to a 61,000-square-foot building in Pittsburgh, Pa. Its interior, which followed a year-long, $5 million renovation, is intended to encourage creativity and a positive attitude among staff. One third of its inventions are its own creations. The remainder are commissioned by third parties. -- Emily Maltby, 12/30/11 Slide Show: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970204632204577129092223578730.html?mod=rss_Running_a_Business#slide/1
  24. Two more things worth mentioning: -I'm about 6" and the large just barely fits my body length. It's a perfect length. -The zipper runs halfway down the thigh, allowing for easy changes. This was a great surprise as another one I have that is older only goes to the end of the body. What a great detail!
