Falling asleep with a pacifier and keeping it in my mouth. Actually accomplished that last night

Also been listening to lullabies. I got an app on my phone that plays 4 of them. 1 of them being somewhere out there from "An American Tail". I just let it play all of them and put the timer on to how long I want to sleep.

And had my thumb in my mouth for the most part. So I'm getting there.

Mine has white noise along with others but I choose the womb sounds option. Takes a few minutes but I fall asleep to it

I have an app that has different sounds and I just set it to Doppler Ultrasound. (Aka Womb sounds .)

Just curious. Me its natural sounds. For some reason it just makes me more relaxed you know. Womb sounds for some reason just does it for me. This can be for naptimes or sleeping times. .

Here's my plushie. Isn't he cute :). And yes I sleep with him -
Mine actually isn't a teddy bear. Its a husky toy from Build-a-bear. And he even has a heartbeat. I bought 1 of those hearts where if you hug him it sounds like he has a heartbeat. He also barks if I press his left paw .

i just bought mine. theyre kinda snug and dont come up completely on me but theyre great.

found some new kinda enemas that doesnt use a bag. theyre little bottles. work just like youre regular enemas. try that.

hey i can relate. some1 actually saw some of my diapers and asked. boy that was a mess. thankfully i gave part of the reason was that i was having accidents which is true by the way. not here lately though. im a dl but the whole humiliation thing i can understand. but that hasnt stopped me.
