Yep, the war criminal comment. Did we cut off the heads of detainees? Shoot them in back and leave them to rot in the desert after questioning? Bake them in ovens? Gas them? Medical experiments? The CIA was indirectly working with some of Iraqi generals and some rebels to take out Saddam back in the 90's. Unfortunatly Clinton recalled the agent in charge and had him arrested and put on trial for trying to assasinate Saddam. Yep, Saddam, who invaded Kuwait, set oil fields on fire, ignored UN rulings, and...... Oh Yeah, slaughtered and tortured thousands of his own citizens to DEATH. I bought attends at a small drugstore a few years ago. The store manager jokingly asked if wanted a bag or if I wanted to wear them home. It caught me off guard. Luckily, I didn't have to respond. The clerk working with him (a lady, probably mid 60ish) scolded him. The whole thing was kind of funny. I wish now I'd have had the nerve to ask if there was somewhere to change!!!!!

Well, I'm not doing the whole pad and everything, but as I type, I am sittting here with two decent sized nanners in there. I got two fairly green bannanas, and some KY jelly. I cut the first bannana in quarters. The first piece mushed a little but went in. The next three went in pretty easy so the second bannana I just cut into halves. They went in whole, tapered end first. It feels weird. I am feeling like I have to poop, coming and going in waves. I am debating whether or not to let it go, or hold as long as possible.

Could part of the problem be part of the solution? It seems to me that your AB/DL side would be a good way to leave macho man at work and be loving husband/baby boy at home. Telling the work counselor is a double edge sword. Tell and risk your employers finding out, don't tell and risk not finding a way to release part of the stress. Stress that could prevent you from keeping your job. If it is 100% confidential, I say go for it. If not, I'd get private help. Good Luck. Actually it is not that unusual for enlarged prostates to have stones as well. I have seen one case of a prostate that one of the lateral (side) lobes had almost entirely calcified. Usually, there are just small stones embedded deep in the tissue.

Has anyone tried ATN's lately? I got some a few weeks ago. Not what they used to be. They are still pretty absorbent, but, also very thin and do not do much to hide odor.

This doesn't sound like BPH. The getting up to pee does, but not the quantity. BPH can cause you go more often because an enlarged prostate prevents the bladder from completely emptying. The bladder fills up quicker making you pee more often, but not as much each time.

I operate several types of lasers in a hospital. I have seen a sphincterotomy performed with a laser that has the best coagulation of any laser around. The patient bled horribly. The doctor (one of the best I work with) had to use a resectoscope to slow the bleeding and the patient had to stay in the hospital just like after a turp. Did I mention the doctor fired the laser for only about 15 seconds? The doctor said this procedure rarely works and the only reason he was attempting it was that the patient was paralyzed from the neck down and there were issues with using catheders. Also, this prcedure can affect the bundle of nerves that allow you to get an erection. So, bottom line is this: If you want to risk your sex life, your health, and possibly your life in general, go for it. Let us know how it turns out. Otherwise, just wear a diaper go whenever, and eventually you'll probably lose control anyway. Now I'll get off of my soapbox and answer your question. You have two options: 1. Make up a story and lie. If it is a good enough story the doc won't see through it and do the procedure. 2. Tell the truth, maybe the doc will do it for the money. Either way, I would not want either of those guys cutting on me.
