Well If it feels right why take it out / 3 weeks is not two awful long to have it in! Some I know have gone for a mont and longer with one in! If it feels good leave it alone and enjoy / do you have a leg bag or ?? Might be a good old Holly Cath dumping in a diaper ENJOY!!

First never have a open cath in your diaper//If you must do a BM // Plug the cath!!!!

RiGHT know I'm in a North Shore with a small booster//finally the diaper is not hard like a piece of cardboard!! Finally they got the act together//otherwise i have been in a abena very good diaper//thats what they put me in i have no choice!! But they get North Shore in one day super delivery!!! Stay wet and warm!!!

Over the yrs have tried a bunch of diapers and always go back to North Shore Supreme and at times for night use I add a booster for safety! The price is good and the fit is great for me!! Order in the morning and they get here the next day what more could one ask for!! ??

Not sure about the sale you talked about as I don't make the call as to what or where they buy, but I have been in North Shore for a long time amd as I said the cost is great as i was told! They were using 24/7's for bit but went back to North Shore. GOOD PRODUCT!!!

Never heard of that diaper//but sounds like you need to change brands! I use North Shore diapers all the time //good fit//cost is good and 1 day shipping to my door//a very good diaper and if ya add a booster they can't be beat for the price!

Well if you want to lose all control of bladder you need to wear your diapers 24/7 all the time and you will lose control but it will take time. There are other ways to help speed up the bladder lose! You could use a catheter or a stent that will drain your bladder all the time and then your bladder will shrink to nothing, and then you will leak all the time into your diaper NO CONTROL AT ALL! But you better be sure that's what you want as you will never get back any control ever again!!! You will be in diaper for the rest of your life!!

Well I have tried a bunch of diapers out there and I must say the dry 24/7/is a dam good diaper but I like the fit and the cost of North Shore! I have been using the Supreme for my go to diaper for several yrs and still go back to them.Yes there are others out there that hold a bunch more but are very bulky as all get out. I find myself going back to North Shore all the time and if I need a bit extra capacity I drop in a booster and were good to go. Not bulkier at all and i like the fit very much! There service is great order one day and there at the door in 2 days sometimes 1 day. A DAM GOOD PRODUCT.

I started off with wearing a stent and just might have gone to far as wear time as i lost control to an extent! In shrunk the bladder so at this time i can only hold a small amount and have to pee quite often as the signal from the bladder tells me! I would say this if thats what you want then go for it but r ember this you might go to a point where if you change your mind it might be to late! I might never get full control of my bladder, at this time i have to wear at night as 9 out of 10 times i wet the bed if not wearing.

There is a product that works like you have said/it opens when the bladder pressure gets to the point it opens and then closes.It is used with a catheter and bed bag! Look for UroCycler!

I have to say I only have used modified 18/20 fr catheters to get the results were looking for!

I have found that a condom unrolled and then placed on penis while changing diaper / or toweling off after shower works best / gives you time to shave etc.Just remove condom before new diaper change.
