It's a different design completely. The MegaMax core is a little larger and thicker, but not quite as dense as Supreme. So far the pulp-to-SAP ratio seems real good. These things absorb and wick really great without the massive swell of others. You may find we're being super conservative with the absorbency ratings and in certain situations they will just keep being super thirsty. 6500ml is the ISO theroetical max capacity under the ISO standard. 36 to 48 oz. absorbency is the NorthShore test for absorbency before leakage. This will be clarified on the site before they start selling to avoid confusion.

I apologize if our customer service reps gave the impression that we disregarded your complaint. I assure you that the customer service manager and myself are being copied on every complaint or suggestion and we always investigate in our facility and send details to the factory when we have enough information for them to check quality control samples from lots. Please keep sending us your feedback; it's very important to us to listed to our customers. I apologize if you had any rude experiences. It's no excuse but sometimes people are having a bad day or just got off the phone with someone that was yelling at them. If we get complaints about this happening to our customers then those employees do not usually last very long at all. I can assure you there has been no change in management at NorthShore, ever. I've owned the company for all 16 years of its existence and our customer service manager has been with us for 14 years. Regarding the extra stiff briefs...we didn't actually receive more than a handful of complaints which were spread out and very difficult for us to find any stock that was as stiff as reported. We can certainly replace any defective stock that exists as we are getting good reports about the latest batches with the waistbands. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please always report any issues immediately, along with lot numbers, to info@northshorecare.com and I will personally be sure to get copied on the email and investigate immediately.

Amazon has been raising their fees very high for using their fulfillment warehouses for Prime eligibility and we can no longer afford to have every product in this program. However, we are in the final stages of testing a new program with Amazon that will allow us to have Prime eligibility when you buy a whole case of diapers on Amazon, and it would ship same day directly from our own warehouse.

We'll likely have other printed diapers this year available...not sure they will be NorthShore brand at this point. We also sell them quite a lot to the special needs market so it fits in quite well with our catalog. We're also working on colored briefs, possibly with some minor printing to provide some more fashionable options to all diaper wearers.

The only difference between the two brands is that Crinklz has colored printed animals and stars on the backsheet and BetterDry is all white. Based on our own internal testing, these products are very similar in design and absorbency as ConfiDry 24/7. However, BetterDry/Crinklz does seem to dry a little quicker and has taller leak guards...and still has the elastic on front and rear waistbands.
