I bet I didn't spend more than $400 building mine and I had to buy all the tools since I didn't have any yet. I doubt I barely spent over $200 on building the crib itself and that was without taking any kind of existing bed/frame and modifying it. I built it completely from scratch.

I have a mixture of feelings regarding my diapers. I get a lot of comfort out of diapers (the thicker the better) and the way they feel tightly wrapped around me. And then also like Nia, having been molested as a child, diapers are like a protective barrier, guarding that area from everything/everyone else.

I ordered a couple to see how well they fit and I'm hoping they fit so I can order a lot more!

What is the size range for these?

I don't put random things in my mouth but I do have a bad habit of wanting to touch EVERYTHING. I get in trouble for that all the time! It's especially bad at haunted houses when you're not supposed to touch actors or props...

Is "all" an acceptable answer?

I don't believe that cloth is too popular amongst our generation. Personally, I love cloth. I gave it a try when I was a teenager and then gave up on the idea until recently due to laundry being an issue. Since I now have my own home, I've been able to enjoy the use of cloth again. I love being able to make it as thick as I want and if I don't max out the diaper to it's fullest, I don't feel guilty with a cloth diaper like I do with a disposable.

For me, I would love to add Legos, Lincoln Logs (I love to build stuff!), and a Lionel train set!

I saw the announcement on Tumblr! I'm pretty excited that we're that much closer to receiving the product! Already preordered here!

I figured I would jump on the bandwagon and show off the crib that I built for myself about two months ago.

I'm currently giving the Wellness Superior Briefs a trial run and I am pleasantly surprised at how well they seem to be holding up considering how awful their original briefs are.

I'm more in the toddler range around three. Not potty trained yet and young enough to get away with a pacifier and bottle but old enough to play with toys and run around outside.

Good to know! I've been exploring cloth options and have been trying out cloth diapers from different places trying to find what feels/works best. I like colors and anything boyish... just fyi.

Just out of curiosity, what is the projected absorbency with the single soaker that's included? And I'm also curious whether you plan to expand on your options for smaller people?

I wear 24/7 and I keep a variety of different diapers on hand, but I always wear the same thing to work. I wear Tranquility ATN to work with a Tranquility booster. The ATN is my normal "go-to" diaper for during the day and then at night I usually wear the Tranquility Smartcore diaper with an Abri-Let booster. I like wearing the Smartcore at night since it is cloth-backed and it gives my skin a chance to breath and it makes it a little easier to sleep since they're not as hot. I wouldn't trust them wearing them to work, which is why I reserve them for bedtime use.

As long as I have someone to play with, I love to play with guns and swords! Most preferred are swords because I like to pretend I'm defending a kingdom or fighting off evil!

My favorite cartoon as a kid was definitely Rugrats!
