    I have been changed by lots of nurses in the hospital been in way to much and also by my wife several times and once by my mom right after I got out of the hospital one time I did not enjoy that!

    I have found that stress definitely makes mine worse somdays I may only have one minor accident but under stress I have no control and go through several changes which just adds to the problem

    I were pull-ups as my minimum level usually around the house or after a bath and to bed if my belly is behaving if im leaving the house its at least a diaper usually a diaper and rubber pants but I also wear pull-ups over a diaper under the rubber pants on days I can tell my belly is not going to go well it gives me a quick change and extra protection.
