A question to those who have been in diapers for years and didn't need them for any medical reasons.

I use Suprima plastic pants.

Once you have the basic down, that is stash of diapers etc. when to change, going to friends, travelling etc. then you can enjoy being free and just enjoy your able to wet yourself everywhere and anytime you need. you will get accustomed to be in a wet diaper 24/7 or close to. In the beginning your skin may suffer a bit, but it will get used to constant being exposed to urine.

Yea, although my frequency have gone up, I still sometimes have problems letting go - for instance when I'm in business meetings, and I sit down, it's like my way of sitting down on the chair somehow blocks my bladder from being able to release. Just had one such experience today, it's just like driving...you cannot let go, because you are too focused elsewhere. However the pressure is still going up and starting to become uncomfortable even in small volumes, less than 200ml. This is what I guess my bladder releases and feel going in my diaper, once the path again is clear.

ok, long time since I last updated. Mainly because I didn't think I had any progress, boy I couldn't be more wrong. during one week I used Urobladder diary for Iphone, to monitor my fluid intake and output / frequency

At work, A Molicare Super plus and Abena MAxi booster, or a Comficare M10 and the Abena maxi booster. when at home usually always cloth diapers - however when having friends or family over, I use disposable at home also. Since my cloth diapers are a bit too bulky and obvious.

I use both. snappi below, and boingo on topwings - thereby you'll get a secure and snug fit of your clothdiaper for the night.

Some of it is in your head, some of it is about changing your mindset, from holding it in, to it's ok to go in my diaper etc, if you use diapers you'll be able to let go as soon as you feel the urge / sensationer to urinate. If however you don't wear a diaper you're either forced to hold it in, or wet your pants - meaning your mindset won't change.

2 pairs of Suprima model S1249 - use them daily over my diaposable, they are the snap on style, 3 pairs of Gary highback for night time diapers 6-7 pairs of other types just in case

Woke up dry, however almost immediately, I wet my diaper, snuggled up for another 10 min. in my now warm and wet diaper.

I don't think so, but anyway I enjoy being in diapers and not care about restrooms anymore..... As I said, maybe next year...I might be closer,

Apparently it should be able to keep water from coming into your pant and diaper....

Just ordered one really thick clothdiaper.

In the morning my wife discretely reminds me to go change. Usually because I'm wearing cloth diapers at night at in the weekends, and they do smell more when wet.

24/7 - 365. 14 months now and counting. I don't think I'll ever get out of diapers anymore (Not that I wan to anyway...)
