Men's underwear are so boring. I would rather be naked if I can't have a warm cushy diaper on, or a cute pair of panties. Woman have so many more choices in undies, different cuts, colors and materials.

Baby powder helps dry the skin after using baby wipes. Of course Desitin as needed for diaper rashes.

Hello, I have tried several methods over the years. Cloth pre folds make excellent liners/doublers. I like their wicking ability and will even wrap them around my new favorite liners. gDiaper makes hybrid baby diapers that give the convenience of disposable with the eco friendliness of cloth. Well, anyways, they make a disposable stuffer/ liner. Basically a diaper with no plastic backing, so 100% pass through. I also have had good luck with the new Pampers extra protection. After removing the tapes and reaffixing them to the front and back to hold it in place inside the adult diaper. I use an awe type punch or large needle to make rows of leak holes. This methods has been working great as I wear 24/7 even in public and have had involuntary wettings. Hope this helps. Baby Bink

I'm an AB that has recently become 24/7 temporarily due to medical condition. After finding the Molicare SuperPlus about 6 years ago, they quickly became my #1 favorite. I still like using the old white attends as an outer shell, more of a appeance thingey. These thing The Molicare SP are very absorbent, I have been able to wear one all day with many wettings and even several bm. The price can be expensive, I pay $2.50 per brief but I can get them locally, same day pick up. So I know I am paying a premium for that conveniece. Hope this helps. Baby Bink

Molicare Super Plus is my primary diaper of choice I used to just line them with cloth pre folds to increase wicking but have now added Pampers extra protection and g-diaper inserts into the mix. This hold me up through the day well, at night I add an Attends as an outer shield just incase baby has a leak. Btw, currently have a condition that has left me 24/7, so using them this set up for all my AB needs.

Very different looking. I prefer a traditional white or baby designs. Just saying.

Being an AB and now 24/7 I am really enjoying living out my baby fantasy. The smell and feel of a fresh is wonderful but also it can be very satisfying to use the donned baby attire for it's intended use(s).

I have quite a stash, some our my favorites and I need to replenish and others that I bought, tried and didn't like. I don't know why I hang onto the ones I won't wear, probably thinking in case of emergency...lol In terms of my favorites, I have several packs of Molicare super plus diapers, they are so soft and I have been able to wear them for 24 hours. Some older Attends with 6 tapes, they make a great outer diaper with their white plastic. Recently started using Pamper's extra protection size 6, it's a night time diaper and works great as a stuffer. Another new find is by G-diaper, they make disposable inserts that pass through so also very good for all night/day. Of course I love my Gerber Birdseye diapers, I use them also as a stuffer. I really like the wicking action and softness of cloth. And finally my Priva plastic panties to cover my diapers. Baby Bink

Just watched his video, what is his problem? We are not hurting anyone except maybe our own bottoms. That's the problem in society, people always want to think the worst of others especially those of us that don't fit the mold that others would believe we should all fit into. Baby Bink
