  1. Could you share some more on the program? I've used ChatGPT to bounce ideas of off but haven't built a training program/plan.
  2. So you think at this point I should just continue wearing to bed every night and just let nature run it's course instead of trying to specifically train (or un-train) for my final scenario of fully dry undiapered wetting?
  3. I’ve been training to become a bed wetter for about 6 months now with some breaks and training a variety of scenarios: diapered, undiapered, naked, underwear, just pjs. I’ve gotten myself used to peeing in any position and pushed past the fear of wetting the bed. The current status of my success: if I fall asleep in a dry diaper I wake up wet with no recollection. If I fall asleep in a partially wet diaper I wet without recollection. If I fall asleep undiapered with partially wet underwear or PJs I wet without recollection. If I fall asleep with a full diaper I wet in my sleep and leak out the diaper without recollection. The last hurdle I’m struggling with is wetting undiapered without being partially wet. I’m not sure how to break this last barrier. Every time I try I wait up needing to pee. I usually just wet the bed and go back to sleep but I really want to get past this to become a true bed wetter. Anyone have a similar experience or progression that can offer advice?
  4. I've been considering them for penis reduction surgery but wanted to talk through their approach and how many they've done.
  5. I've been meaning to start measuring my output too. I've gotten to the point where I wet almost every night when I'm wearing a diaper (still working on wetting undiapered). I'm still drinking a glass of water before bed each night but my output fluctuates pretty significantly. Some mornings my diaper bulge is massive leading me to believe I'm wetting multiple times, other mornings it looks closer to a single wetting. I'm really curious to know how many times I'm wetting a night. For reference my daytime capacity is around 250-300ml so you're wetting the equivalent of 2 full bladder wettings for me. Do you think you dribble all night or have distinct wetting events?
  6. So it seems I've hit a bit of a snag and it's stressing me out. For the 4 months I've been training to become a bedwetter I've been training on a new mattress (100% latex) since my old one had turned into a sunken hole. Unfortunately I had been experiencing a lot of lower back pain the entire time I slept on the new mattress and had pretty terrible sleep. I eventually gave up a week ago and returned the latex mattress in favor of a new Tempurpedic. The Tempurpedic is absolutely incredible and after a few nights I've fully acclimated and no longer have any lower back pain. I'm also able to sleep on my stomach again with no pain. I feel I get much better quality of sleep and toss and turn less in the night (maybe you see where this is going?). As a result the past week I have been unable to wake up in the night needing to pee and thus it feels like all my progress has halted. I haven't had any nights where I wet in my sleep which wasn't the case on my old mattress. I was almost to the point of wetting every night or at least every other night with multiple nights in a row. I have a feeling that because my old mattress was causing me to toss and turn that I was very rarely if at all achieving deep sleep and thus it was easier to wet during the night. I'm not really sure where to go from here. I'm not ready to give up on my goal. I'm thinking about maybe trying to start the night already wet and see if that encourages me to wet. I'm also considering trying to drink more right before bed (I've been just keeping hydrated sipping through the whole day with clear pee). The other thing I've considered is maybe setting an alarm for around 1-2am and waking up with my watch vibrating and wetting and then falling back asleep if I can't get my body to wake up naturally needing to pee. Any ideas how to proceed from here? I'm super distraught.
  7. During training do you guys pee before diapering for the night or do you just go to bed with a full/partially full bladder? I've always peed before diapering when untraining over the past 4 months but sometimes I find my diaper is only 1/4 or 1/2 full in the morning. I'm wondering if going to bed with a full or partially full diaper will have any impact on my training.
  8. I’m considering sleeping in less and less durable diapers and even pullups over a week or two to assist with convincing my subconscious that leaks and a wet bed are ok. I’ve commented this before in my bed wetting training thread but I’ve purposely wet the bed during the day in underwear and naked to try to help my subconscious adjust but likely this did not take or just helped with wetting in various positions. I’ve gotten to the point in my training where I’m mostly wetting every night and not remembering waking so using a thinner less absorbent diaper should result in slight leaks and condition my body to sleep through leaks and eventually full on undiapered night wetting.
  9. I'm still training and I run into this on occasion where I wake up like 5 hours after falling asleep which is usually around 4am or 6am depending on when I go to bed. In both cases I wet in whatever position I wake up in regardless of whether it results in a leak or not. I'm hoping with continued training that I start to more reliably sleep through the entire night which has been the direction I'm going in. I talk about this in my training progress thread too.
  10. Month 3 Update I have been consistent in wearing every night! I'm loving the Trests, I haven't had a single leak! I'm a bit of a combination sleeper but I mostly sleep on my side and occasionally roll to my stomach and back so it was hard to find a diaper that does it all. From my last update on the 20th I had a few days where I was around a 6/8 on the night wetting scale. The past week I have reliably been at a 10 (falling asleep and not waking at all until the morning and finding myself wet). I'm very happy with the progress, so much in fact I decided to try an undiapered night sleeping on a pad. I had a very hard time falling asleep and I tossed and turned through the night eventually waking up needing to pee. I did let go and pee the pad when my body woke me up and then went back to sleep only to wake up again a few hours later and get up and change as I was cold and uncomfortable (hoping this doesn't set me back). Honestly I'm a bit upset that my training hasn't bled over to undiapered wetting. I had hoped all my training of peeing the bed in clothes and undiapered during the day for weeks at time in the beginning would have been enough to let my body do its thing. I'm guessing I just need more diapered nights at a 10 on the scale before my body relinquishes. I'm not letting it put me down though. I'm enjoying waking up each morning with a wet diaper and no recollection of waking to wet. I'll enjoy the progress and hopefully get to my end goal of wetting regardless of what I'm wearing or where I happen to fall asleep/nap. On the off chance that I do wake up during the night to pee I can do so in any position and no longer have to concentrate. When I do hazily remember these events I can't recall if I fall back asleep while still peeing or shortly after which is great! Anyone who trained to wet the bed have any idea how long it took before you were wetting undiapered? I'm hoping I can get there in the next year.
  11. Progress update! I broke through the dry diaper barrier! For the past week I've been at a 10 on the wetting score scale while falling asleep with a dry diaper. I've only had one dry night this month and I think it was because I was very dehydrated. I tried one night earlier this week sleeping without a diaper to see if I would wet but unfortunately I had trouble falling asleep and kept waking up a lot during the night, very uncomfortable and felt like crap the entire day. I'm not sure how to train past this particular barrier without training the same way I have been but without a diaper. I'm thinking I might just keep going the way I have been and see if in time my body gets so used to wetting during sleep that it doesn't matter if I'm wearing or not. Not sure if anyone has any feedback on how long it was before they started wetting undiapered? All in all I'm happy with my training so far, my sleep has gotten a lot better but still short of my goal of wetting whenever and wherever asleep regardless of being diapered or not.
  12. I thought it might be time to start my own progress thread in this subforum as I've fully committed to becoming a bedwetter after previously falling off the wagon! I started down the path back in April for 3 months before quitting cold turkey because I wasn't seeing results. I didn't have the right mindset at the time and instead of focusing on the journey was too caught up with results and I became frustrated when it wasn't happening fast enough. I've since then recalibrated and fully embraced the bedwetting lifestyle. I've become quite patterned with my nightly routine at this point. I began training again on 9/6/24 and have been diapered every night since (54 days). My end goal is to wet whenever I am asleep, wherever I am, whatever I am sleeping on in whatever I am wearing. Asleep or napping, home or away, bed, couch or car, diapered or in underwear. My methods have varied. I've read through a number of threads including SoakedSheet's guide to achieving bed wetting which I've implemented several techniques from. I drink enough liquid through the day to stay relatively hydrated and then have a tall glass of water before bed to prime the pump so to speak. Currently I pee the bed before diapering up for the night (more on this below). My current progress: most nights now I'm between a 6 and 8 on dlmolicares' Nightly wetting score with the occasional 10 here and there. I used to wet my diaper before falling asleep which would practically always guarantee I would be an 8 and 10 on the nightly wetting score sheet but on nights that I didn't wet before sleep I would wake up almost every time for the first wetting. I've since tried to break through this wall by forcing myself to fall asleep dry and just keep trying to stay as relaxed as possible when I do wake up needing to pee, I really hope I can push through this stage but it's just taking time. The other thing I've incorporated that has really helped is to wet the bed whenever I'm home during the day. I purchased several bed pads and I lay them on my bed and then I wet in different clothes all through the day (pajamas, sweats, jeans, underwear, naked) and I'm focused on alternating positions every week. I started with wetting on my stomach the first 2 weeks and now I'm moving on to wetting on my back for the next 2 weeks before moving to left side and right side. This has helped tremendously making my body comfortable with wetting the bed and getting used to the smell, feeling, temperature. My hope is that this really furthers the goal of not just wetting when in diapers. If I get to a consistent 10 on the nightly wetting scale I will test how my body responds to napping on the couch or other sleeping surfaces and I may do my daily wetting practice in those places too to further cement in my subconscious that it's ok to wet outside of the toilet. Thank you to all those who have posted their journey and offered tips along the way, we'll see how long this journey takes but I'm not in a hurry this time, I'm just fully embracing the lifestyle and taking it all in, every night waking up wet is great! I'll continue to post my progress as things change or my methods change and I'm going to start scoring each night in the morning based on the above linked scoring thread.
  13. Figured I would start a separate thread for this. I've been training to become a bedwetter for a couple months now but I'm struggling with something: If I go to sleep with an already wet diaper I wake up significantly wetter almost every time indicating that I'm wetting in my sleep without remembering. This is consistent and I find I'm wetting this way almost every night. If I go to sleep with a dry diaper I wake up in the middle of the night needing to pee, so I pee and fall quickly back asleep. Has anyone else experienced this pattern and if so how were you able to push past that block? It's almost as if my body needs permission to be wet first before it will just unconsciously wet without waking me.
  14. I wet before going to bed but noted how full my diaper was (mostly the padding between my legs), the front was still dry. I woke up with a very full diaper front completely soaked and I do not recall waking up to pee! This is most nights where I wet before falling asleep. However I'm really struggling to wet if I fall asleep in a dry diaper. It seems if I fall asleep dry I will wake up to wet and fall back asleep but if I wet first before falling asleep I'll wet in my sleep without remembering. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I push past this block? It's almost like my body is only comfortable wetting subconsciously if it was given permission prior to falling asleep by already being wet.
  15. @justforfun I know you mentioned you may be able to use this method to retrain yourself out of bedwetting but do you think this method would work to train someone to become a bed wetter? And if so do you think the method would cause daytime issues too?
  16. @SoakedSheets I asked this a while back in your training but I’m curious if you’ve tested yet: do you wet when napping like in a chair/couch or on a plane? My end goal is to wet whenever asleep regardless of the time of day or what I’m wearing.
  17. Do you also wet when you're not in bed and fall asleep or nap such as on flights or in a chair or the couch?
  18. Sorry if my post was confusing, I wasn't looking for information on how to train, I'm already well into the process, have read just about every thread here on the matter and I am actively doing everything you listed out. I'm really just looking for people to answer the 2 questions I posed as I am trying to collect data points.
  19. I asked this question in one of my other threads but wanted to poll a wider audience if possible. I've been training for 3 months now and it seems most nights I wet in the night but wake up in the morning occasionally and have the urge to pee. Sometimes it's a small amount, other times it's moderate. Secondly, I'm at a point where if I wet a little before falling asleep I won't wake up at all when I pee again later in the night and I know I'm peeing in my sleep because my diaper is much more full. However, if I go to bed with a dry diaper I will wake up for the initial pee and then fall back asleep and wet without remembering later in the night. Do you wake up and feel the need to urinate or do you feel completely empty? Has it always been this way for you? For those who trained to bed wet do you need to have a wet diaper before sleep in order to wet without waking/remembering? If this eventually stopped being the case how long did it take to get to a point where you wet regardless if you fell asleep dry or wet?
  20. I'm working on wetting in my sleep without diapers. After 2 months in diapers, I started wetting in my sleep without waking up or remembering. But without diapers, I wouldn't wet the bed. My goal is to wet no matter what I'm wearing, so I started trying to wet the bed in regular clothes in different positions. After a week of this, I got used to falling back asleep in wet clothes and sheets. Took a break, but now I'm back at it, aiming for a month of wetting in regular clothes. After the month is over I hope to reach the point where I wet without waking up, no matter where I am or what I'm wearing at which point I will switch back to wearing diapers indefinitely whenever I'm in a situation where I might fall asleep.
  21. I'm going to go for a week or two undiapered and keep training the same way by peeing in whatever position I wake in and see if it helps boost my training along. I've gotten better at falling back asleep after wetting undiapered especially with wet clothes. The only downside is my clothes wick the pee up and down and I'm completely soaked head to toe but nothing a morning shower wont fix. I have the bed to myself and I don't mind the laundry either. I use a plastic sheet and a bed pad. I'm thinking this should be the quickest path to becoming a bed wetter and taking down the mental hurdles for me.
  22. When you say first wet night was a 6 months what do you define as a wet night? No waking/remembering that you wet? I wear during the day occasionally. Currently my goal is just to wet at night, I'm not looking to go full-time incontinent at this time. I have both a full waterproof bed protector as well as a big washable underpad that I use under the sheet so I'm at ease that wetting will not destroy the mattress. I've leaked a few times on purpose and incorporated that into my training as well. I figure the more situations and varies states of dress I can get my body used to wetting in the more likely I am to just let go wherever I am and in whatever I am wearing. I may eventually go one week on one week off with wearing diapers vs clothed at night. I've thought about wetting while taking naps in various places as well but those are harder to protect against urine damage. I'm basically just trying to make my subconscious as comfortable as can be to wet when asleep or napping. Do you wet when you're not wearing at night? I'm hoping I can eventually get comfortable enough that I can stay asleep the entire night. I might play around with fluid intake a bit to see if there's a sweet spot. I'm consuming a good amount of water before bed currently.
  23. I've been actively training myself to wet the bed for the past 45 days, with the goal of achieving this regardless of whether I'm wearing a diaper. Initially, I followed a routine where I wore diapers every night for the first 30 days, stayed well-hydrated, and consciously let go of my bladder whenever I needed to before returning to sleep. During waking hours, I occasionally practiced urinating without a diaper to acclimate my body to the sensation. After the initial 30 days, I began incorporating fully clothed bed-wetting sessions once a week, alongside wearing diapers on other nights. My strategy was to wet the bed while clothed in various positions upon waking, aiming to become accustomed to this scenario without relying solely on diaper use. I faced initial challenges during these clothed bed-wetting sessions, finding it difficult to fall back asleep immediately due to the discomfort of being soaked. However, with consistent practice, I've managed to improve my ability to drift back into sleep while fully soaked. To ensure that my bed-wetting experiences were truly involuntary and not just a result of forgetting, I devised a method using my phone. I place my phone beside me when sleeping and flip it over if I wake up to urinate. In the morning, I check the position of my phone to determine whether I wet involuntarily or consciously. Recent observations indicate that my phone remains in the same position as when I fell asleep, suggesting that my body is indeed releasing urine involuntarily during the night without my conscious awareness. Despite these advancements, I'm encountering a recurring issue of waking up with the urge to urinate later in the night, typically between 4-6 am. This may be attributed to factors like morning arousal or lighter sleep states. I'm curious to know if others have experienced similar challenges and whether this aspect of my bed-wetting journey will improve over time.
  24. Really curious to hear your results if you do attempt to go undiapered for a night or two! On the nights I go undiapered during my training when I wake I still forcibly wet the bed as a way to tell my subconscious that it’s okay to wet the bed. However if you’re at the point where you’re not waking up in the night it might be hard if your body is subconsciously fighting wetting the bed. This is the reason why I’m trying to teach my body it’s okay to wet outside of diapers as well. My end goal is to wet in any position, any environment and any time I’m asleep regardless of what I’m wearing or not wearing!
