Yup, I have some sort of IBS that can hurt like hell....and a year ago, I would have a situation where my guts would let go far from a bathroom when I was out walking about once a month....but I was wearing diapers, so I spent a half hour cleaning up when I returned to the bathroom. A roll of "first aid" adhesive tape and something sharp to cut the duct tape seems more reasonable to hold the diaper on after removing it if a bathroom is available....

sounds like not....but if you are putting in large numbers of screws, you really do want the screwdriver bit in your electric drill!

Heat index has been something else up here in VA, too....very much a limiting factor on exercise. I have a pedometer app on my smartphone, one called pacer...and use it to track steps during the day...the goal is 10,000 steps, roughly 4 miles....which has fallen apart because there's no longer a dog in the house to force me to do it! And, $20 a month for massages???

There's a word for that...projection...as in the doctor thinks you want to do what he thinks he would want to do in your shoes....never having experienced the pain or the infections, and never gotten over his own feelings of shame about diapers!

BabyBlood, I said that *if* you *had* to wear diapers all the time, *then* to tell your doc.....but you don't do that so no need! As to the OTCs, those are the ones I am familiar with in the US...I don't know what your chemists will have!

I think it's time you started thinking about the rest of the environment in your crotch....like whether your underwear needs replacing (it can be re-infecting you), what kind of soap you use (Neutrogena or Dr Bronners plain is best), and if you can shower and dry out completely after sweating.

I'd say that this is one of those cases where becoming incontinent might just help...since scar tissue forms in response to trauma, and if you are pushing hard to pee, that section of the urethra just might not like it and form more scar tissue!
